Great relaxing stay! The rooms were nice, sunset cove was gorgeous and has an excellent area to snorkel to (have to swim out to the white buoy), and the food was delicious especially at the jerk hut.

We stayed at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton from July 27th to August 1st, and it was truly an amazing experience! The resort was super clean, the food was delicious (especially the Indian and Asian restaurants), and the natural views and beach were breathtaking. The kids had a blast with the water park, pools, and play areas everywhere — perfect for families! Drinks were always available, and the entertainment every night was so fun. The staff were kind, helpful, and made us feel at home. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and fun family vacation! 🌴💦🍹

This was my 8th trip to this resort. My previous experiences have been exceptional however, this one was not as good. I was traveling with my mother who has trouble walking and the elevators in the lobby were broken. We always stay near the adults pool and was told on day 2 this is no longer accessible to guests and you must be a signature member. The cost for my family to use this per day would have been $250!

This property is very beautiful and clean… however, the rooms could use some updating. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The pools are beautiful and well maintained. There were plenty of activities to do. We had a great time at the white party and the silent disco. The nightly shows were pretty good as well. The food was delicious. My daughter loved the fresh mango. When eating at the buffets, make sure to go early because they don’t always refresh the food after it’s gone. The virgin drinks were better than the alcoholic drinks!! Overall, we had a great time. We just needed one more day!!

They don't enforce their own "No Smoking" rules which made many areas of the resort unpleasant due to cigarette smoke. Not a lot of organized entertainment during the day compared to other resorts I've been to, that is both positive and negative, depending on what you want. The snorkeling off the beach was awesome, and is why we booked this resort specifically. The Indian restaurant was probably the best of the ala carte options. I was frequently annoyed by staff trying to contact me to up-sell me on things I didn't want. They tried calling my cellphone repeatedly. My phone plan costs 3 dollars a minute...STOP CALLING! If you need to talk to me call on the room phone and leave a message. The restriction of the one beach for their new Signature rooms is ridiculous. I booked before they started that nonsense and was restricted from using parts of the resort. It really didn't seem worth the money. Overall the resort was good value for money.

This property at first glance is beautiful. It's after you have been there for a couple of days that you start to notice the conditions. There seem to be many repairs needed. From painting to fixing woodwork finishes. It rained every afternoon during our stay. Unfortunately our roof leaked and the water ran down the wall of our bathroom and flooded the floor. We were constantly soaking up the water with the towels provided for our shower. Our spa tub needed repair. Water for filling the tub could not come out of the faucet. It only came out of the shower head so the tub took hours to fill. We gave up. When we did try to start the jets, one of the jets blew out of the side of the tub and water went flying across the room and the water that did accumulate in the tub ended up getting contaminated with black mold and particles from the jet that came away from the tub. With that said, maintenance is necessary but we still enjoyed our stay. It would be nice if there was an entertainment staff around the pool with organized activities. We have stayed at other resorts that offered these types of services and it really makes a big difference in your experience. The Italian restaurant was our favorite. We ate there twice. Taj was our waiter. He was spectacular. He was so attentive to every one of our needs and so personable to talk with. We so enjoyed him and specifically asked to sit in his section on our second night. Lack of music throughout the property.

The staff was friendly & helpful. Food was good - nice variety. We had trouble finding chairs around the pool. They were all reserved with hardly anyone on them. Other resorts we’ve been to had activities and contests going on around the pool & resort during the day. The Bingo night was rigged, prizes were bogus after how much they collected on $10 a card. They could have given out Huge cash prizes, but didn’t.

The only good thing about this resort was the food and the transportation 6-7. The cleanliness was trash, they barely had linens for the rooms. The staff in the specialty dining was amazing but the staff in the Xtra Sports Bar was the worst. They never cleaned off the tables in the buffet dining room and that bar. I seen a fellow vacationer cut his foot from glass in the pool and blood was all on the ground around the pool and they never cleaned up the blood. The pool had floating dirty cups I was only in the pool just one day out of my 5 day vacation. I would not recommend this resort, I would never go back.0/100 experience.

All the reviews that you see say very clean. There are so many to confirm it. After being at the property now I know all of them are fake and they had gone on and padded them. Our fist day. The room floor was not clean. You can see where the mop was either dirty or the mop water was dirty as there were streaks and foot prints. Under the bed had not been swept or dusted in a long time. The floor had not been either. There was a pillow with some crusty white stuff on it. The toilet seat didn’t even fit. And it was sliding to the side. The tv didn’t fit in position so it was more of an eye sore. The channel’s on the tv didn’t have a guide or a channel line up. Half of the channels didn’t have sound and the others were in Spanish. The plugs worked off and on and same for the lights. Something electrical was going on in there. The lamp was all old; it looked like early 90’s lamp. It had the cord wrapped around it. And bed was hard and cheap. The buffet didn’t contain anything with fiber except I saw an Apple once. Told us we had to do reservations for the restaurants. But when you went to do that there were no slots. We finally just started walking up asking if they had any openings. Now those places had pretty good food. Our first full day there they schedule a meeting said they wanted to show us the property but what it really was wasn’t that! They wanted to sell us a vacation package just like a timeshare but for limited number of years. Got an attitude when we didn’t bite.

They have roaches….. This is my 5th time going to Grand Palladium. I was even married there with over 40 guest. BUT this time…..I saw at least 7 huge roaches in room 2706 located in building 27. They came to exterminate but I have asthma. I have to be extra cautious of my breathing conditions. When I reported I saw more roaches they wanted to come back and exterminate. I had to say no due to my asthma. The exterminations was not working… The power went out twice, the toilet had issues flushing, and the jacuzzi tub stop working. Y’all, I got tired of complaining. I didn’t want to fight roaches on my 3 year anniversary. I don’t want Jamaican size roaches at my home.

They came to exterminate but I have asthma. I have to be extra cautious of my breathing conditions. When I reported I saw more roaches they wanted to come back and exterminate. I had to say no due to my asthma. The exterminations was not working… The power went out twice, the toilet had issues flushing, and the jacuzzi tub stop working. Y’all, I got tired of complaining. I didn’t want to fight roaches on my 3 year anniversary. I don’t want Jamaican size roaches at my home.

This property is very beautiful and clean… however, the rooms could use some updating. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The pools are beautiful and well maintained. There were plenty of activities to do. We had a great time at the white party and the silent disco. The nightly shows were pretty good as well. The food was delicious. My daughter loved the fresh mango. When eating at the buffets, make sure to go early because they don’t always refresh the food after it’s gone. The virgin drinks were better than the alcoholic drinks!! Overall, we had a great time. We just needed one more day!!

Staff was friendly but not enough. Alot of times we were ignored at the buffets and had to go get our own drinks. Our room was in building 26 and it was extremely noisy at night because of the entertainment. The noise level was extremely high until after 1am in the morning. I didn't sleep well all week. They need to cut the noise level off at 11pm.

We just got back from our vacation here. While our vacation was not ruined, I would not go back to this resort. The food was not great at all. I’ve had better food at different Jamaican resorts. The staff’s pleasantness was extremely hit or miss. We had some great servers at the steakhouse, the Jamaican restaurant, the Asian restaurant, and the pool bar, but other bartenders and servers were unpleasant. Our mini fridge never got restocked. I called for housekeeping to bring us some stuff and they never showed up. A couple we were with went without AC for over 30 hours before the hotel decided to do anything. Only after several complaints did the hotel finally move their room. Everyone got steadily harassed about booking the spa. The pool was amazing, and we spent a lot of our time there. The drinks were good. The activities the hotel had and shows they put on were entertaining. A lot of inconveniences, not just for us, but for everyone out of our group of ten. I love Jamaica, but there are much better places to stay.

This is our second time at the Grand Palladium. Hotel is nice, pool is very clean, food is okay, but the service has gone downhill. The property is outdated and could use a little more modern updates. Our air went out two of the days we were there. Though several buildings were down they worked diligently to get it fixed. This property at first glance is beautiful. It's after you have been there for a couple of days that you start to notice the conditions. There seem to be many repairs needed. From painting to fixing woodwork finishes. It rained every afternoon during our stay. Unfortunately our roof leaked and the water ran down the wall of our bathroom and flooded the floor. We were constantly soaking up the water with the towels provided for our shower. Our spa tub needed repair. Water for filling the tub could not come out of the faucet. It only came out of the shower head so the tub took hours to fill. We gave up. When we did try to start the jets, one of the jets blew out of the side of the tub and water went flying across the room and the water that did accumulate in the tub ended up getting contaminated with black mold and particles from the jet that came away from the tub. With that said, maintenance is necessary but we still enjoyed our stay. It would be nice if there was an entertainment staff around the pool with organized activities. We have stayed at other resorts that offered these types of services and it really makes a big difference in your experience. The Italian restaurant was our favorite. We ate there twice. Taj was our waiter. He was spectacular. He was so attentive to every one of our needs and so personable to talk with. We so enjoyed him and specifically asked to sit in his section on our second night. Lack of music throughout the property.

In 2019 the property was amazing. We decided to go back. This time 2024 was a downgrade. No pool towels available everytime we go to the pool. Alcoholic beverages were watered down and taste horrible. Went to book for dining the day before it seemed to always be book up. The soliciting was just too much. I am on Vacation. Stop it. Staff was pleasant and buffet was about the best thing.

Then they charged me another night even though it I had my conformation numbers. So my next trip to Jamaica I will not be using this location.

Needs work and training: 1. Check in very disorganized, rooms given away. Although every person (20-24) , in our group traveling from Britain, USA and Canada;completed pre-registration and uploaded their passport information online as instructed by the resort; not one of us had a room available. Each person was required to fill out A REGISTRATION FORM AND PASSPORT. After traveling so far many of us due to flight delays and weather were up 28-36 hours. Everyone wanted a shower and food only to be delayed further by your disorganized staff no rooms had been reserved! We had wait for rooms to be readied. Meanwhile we were each sent on wild goose chase to find food at an open restaurant only to be told at each restaurant reservations were required even though we win groups of 2 or 4 at different restaurants. 2. Day 2 everyone had breakfast buffet and went to sign up restaurants only to be told there wasn’t any restaurants available, each individual had to reserve the day of one person couldn’t organize for the group. Thank goodness an Expedia rep on site booked reservations for my group of four for the rest of the week while other group members had to scramble for reservations at restaurants or arrive at restaurants at 5:30 hoping to get seated otherwise buffet over and over. Restaurants that were booked we observed were never filled to capacity and closed by 9:30!. paying so just to eat buffet. I had belongings that were taken by an employee of the resort and saw it happen with my own eyes, then they denied it. The maid for the room did not ever leave us towels, restock the fridge like we were told would happen all because we didn’t leave a tip after the second day for the maid services.

Beware don't stay here this place will rob you we stayed 6days and it was pure hell first day. The lock was not working. We was stuck outside for hours sweating finally they came and fixed the lock. Then the next day the AC went out we were sweat and sweat and sweat until we went up to the front desk and got help now we're leaving. Someone went in our room robbed us for a $400 each beats headphones. I had them clipped on to my traveling bag and it was me and my fiancé. We look to see if we had them there we had two and they robbed us. They took our neck pillows to travel. We called the front desk. They said they will call security. We never seen security the next morning. We had to check out. We told them that we was very disappointed that the security number arrived. They call security right then and there and they knew we had to leave 10 minutes or shadow was coming to pick us up to take us to the airport they came and they told me why didn't I lock my headphones in the safe and I told them why should I do that? I travel all over and never in my life had this problem don't stay there they open your safe. It's not safe. They know the combination that you're putting in them safe read your reviews before you book. Don't book in that resort. Food is horrible. People are rude. They don't care about you. I'm so disappointed, but this doesn't stop for me because I am gonna take this higher. Nobody steals for me and get away with it.

Beautiful resort with great entertainment, but inconsistent service. I recently stayed at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton and overall had a good time. The resort is beautiful, the food was delicious, and entertainment was lively. Some staff were genuinely kind and helpful. That said, there were a number of issues that affected my stay. Check-in was frustrating—I requested early check-in in advance, but when I arrived, I was told rooms weren’t ready. I waited over 3 hours with no updates until I went back upset—suddenly the room was ready. Had I not asked, I might’ve waited longer. Housekeeping was inconsistent: towels, washcloths, and soaps weren’t restocked, and decorative pillows were left untouched. A broken showerhead we never used was left exposed—I reported it before checkout. Snorkeling gear was said to be complimentary, but staff insisted on a $30 deposit. I had to walk back to my room unnecessarily, and clean and used gear appeared to be stored in the same bucket. Some staff had poor attitudes. A shuttle driver gave me attitude for a simple request, and a buffet hostess tried to deny me seating near the ocean despite empty tables—until another staff member helped me. Also, the spa receptionist oddly accessed my phone’s photo gallery instead of just the email app, which felt like a privacy violation. On a positive note, the massage included with my Expedia booking was relaxing and the therapist was excellent. I had a good overall experience.

I travel a couple of times a year. This was my 4th trip to Jamaica. I fell in love with the people of this beautiful country and that’s why I’ve continued to return. Had this been my first trip, I would I would not return. I’ve never encountered this level of rudeness from staff in all of my life. Of course there were exceptions- but they were far and few between. The food was edible but definitely not exceptional. The property itself is massive and gorgeous. Be prepared to walk. Upon departing, I called for a bellhop to bring a golf cart to help with luggage and they never showed up. The front desk barely issued an I’m sorry after we showed up sweaty and out of breath. The customer service was not the best, the female staff were kind of rude. The food in the buffet was not that great and they had no plaintains at all. What I love was the kids activities; including the water park and slide. However, as an adult, this place was very disappointing. The staff were absolutely polite, but having to reprogram my fob over and over because I wasn’t able to get in my room several times (then having to call to be told I have to walk back to the lobby). Upon my arrival, the room floors were so dirty (but because I was so tired from flying and traveling all day, I didn’t make a fuss). As for room service, the foods great, however, I had a hard time getting someone to come back and pick up the plates off the floor. The plates sat outside for damn near 24hrs on two separate occasions. Not good! This will be my first and last visit here.

Our stay at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was lovely overall. The staff were friendly, and helpful. The resort has many amenities, and we really enjoyed the entertainment crew. We participated in a Jamaican rhythms and culture activity, a sip and paint as well as a chocolate tasting. There were nightly shows and lots to keep you busy. The buffet restaurants were decent - they had a wide range of options and most of the food was good. Chicken dishes were amazing everywhere. We also did many a la carte spots - our favourite was the Indian and the Steakhouse. The downsides - The check-in process was lengthy and the attempt to upsell and invite us to a breakfast in order to push resort upgrades onto us was a bit overwhelming. The reception desk rarely answered the phone when we called for basic requests, and our room wasn't fully prepared when we checked in. Good variety of food selection. Buffet overall better than the sit down restaurants. The main pool was out favorite part, it's massive but its showing it's age: lots of loose or missing tiles and bandaid plaster work. Very large sprawl, we did ALOT of walking to and from our suite which we enjoyed. Be prepared to walk alot. Very friendly staff. Drive to airport is About an hour.

The food was average- could have been better. House keeping was fair- we stayed 6 nights and our room was taken care of 4 mornings. The pool was COLD! It was a true shock to the system after being in the hot sun! The largest complain by our group (22 People) the bar running out of beer... how does that happen in an all inclusive property?

Overall our experience at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was great! Food at the Buffets and drinks by the beach/pool were just okay. Not too many options food wise and barely anyone serving drinks at the beach, which was a little disappointing. The A La Carte restaurants were so much better and their service was excellent (Japanese & seafood restaurants). Also, the guest relation services need to improve. We tried to rent a cabana by the beach multiple times and we couldn’t do it due to their spreadsheet malfunctioning. However, nobody followed up with us when it got fixed and instead they tried to charge us $150 during the time of check out when we couldn’t enjoy it. Lastly, if you are a beach lover, this is the place for you! Even though, there were some seaweed under the water in some parts, most of the time, the beach was so calm, clear and clean. Loved it and recommend the Caribbean ocean 100%!!

Great service from staff..Only downfall was the food at the buffets ..Please change your ingredients and flavor of all food ..Very bland no flavor ..drinks were watery..deserts were untasteful .too much of the same options ..and consider not all people eat pork and beef ..yea there was some fish ..chicken yes ..but no turkey options for burgers or breakfast ..

The staff was great; the food was very good for the most part - we didn't like the Italian restaurant or steak house, but the Jamaican and Japanese restaurants were amazing, and the breakfast buffets were great. Fresh crepes every morning were JaMazing! The rooms were nice. We had a Jr. Suite beachside. Nightly entertainment was hit and miss. The sound system was inconsistent. The pool was fantastic. All the bars were pretty consistent and they didn't skimp on alcohol. The beach was okay. We stayed mostly poolside though. Overall, we enjoyed our week at GP Lady Hamilton and overall recommend.

Overall beautiful property and great pool. Over the years I have noticed a decline in the quality of the food and alcohol. They have highly trained bartenders but the drinks taste weird because they’re using bottom shelf /no name liquor and overly processed juice/drink. I understand you have to take shortcuts but not to this extreme with this price point. Give the people better quality drinks and food. I can’t leave without thanking Kadedra Buchanan. She went over and beyond to make our stay worthwhile.

The property is beautiful and clean. I would keep coming back here. One thing they need to improve is updating the rooms and the food. The buffet food sucks. They need to bring back more of the local jamaican food. The jerk pit needs to reopen back and actually serve jerk chicken on the grill not baked chicken. Overall the property is very very beautiful.

The customer service was not the best, the female staff were kind of rude. The food in the buffet was not that great and they had no plaintains at all. The steakhouse is amazing, the Japanese restaurant, terrible food and please make your dinner reservations at check in or else they try to give you a hard time.

I like the beach. The food was absolutely awful, all meats was ether hard to cut or too spicy, mostly beans and rice which some too spicy as well. Practically No sea food. For salads was plain lettuce and tomatoes that was not even ripened, cucumbers just cut in huge pieces like you would do at home in a rush, NO beets at all, No salad leaves, onions need to be looked for; absolutely horrible presentation of salad bar with minimum of items. For fruits one week was only water melon, and nothing else, next week they added some melons. I never saw that little or even lucking fruits and vegetables ever in a history going to resorts in Caribbean see every year for 35 years we've been married. Horrible, just horrible. No bread ether, just plain kids square bread loafs and thats it! one week there was no yogurts or any dairy products at all. No orange juice ! for juice the have man made sugary water with a fruits flavor !!! NO lemon and NO limes and NO mints at the bars for drinks! I will never ever return and will write how horrible food was to all reviews in all the areas Food in the restaurants was so minuscule, I would not considered its a meal. Italian was a little better. As good as a property was not having any food and lucking of everything the vacation needs is absolute disaster.

O hotel é bonito , mas é um dos piores atendimentos que já vi em minha vida. Faltam toalhas pro quarto, os funcionários não buscam as malas no horário combinado e te obrigam a levar, o restaurante asiático te deixa uma hora esperando e erra todos seus pedidos, etc . E tudo que vc reclama na recepção eles falam que lamentam mas não podem fazer nada pra ajudar. Realmente um all inclusive a deriva , bem pior que Riu ou Iberostar.
