Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

It was a really good hotel had lots of fun things to do and the entertainment was great .There were many different places to eat and the food was delicious. The swimming pool was a great place to sit and have family time in the pool. It was very kid friendly and the kids club was great and had many different activities.overall we loved it🙂👍

The food quality was inedible and inconsistent. While understanding the resort is still being repaired due to the hurricane, there should have been more considerations to repairing the roofing before opening; we had water leaking into the unit after rainstorms.

Room is good an clean but service is average. Fridge is supposed to be refilled everyday but we didn’t get water bottle refill for 2 days. Tv was not working, shower didn’t have shower gel or shampoo. Complained to the front desk but nothing happened. Property is huge. Restaurants are a hit or miss just like the staff. Some are kind and friendly but some have attitude and rude. Entertainment team is good. Good to visit once but wouldn’t visit this resort again.

I went for Valentines Day 2026. My husband and I had a blast! The resort was clean, the rooms were clean as well. Staff was friendly and the beach was amazing. There was always something entertaining going on. I’d definitely return.

The room did not meet my expectations. The staff was very friendly.
