The Westlake

Le par terre était horriblement sale, nous avons passé plusieurs fois la serpillière pour que le sol ne soit pas collant, les serpillières étaient dégelas. Concernant les draps non ne parlons pas de côté hygiène, c'est vraiment la catastrophe.

Le plancher était très sale et collant. L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait que dans le salon/cuisine. Aucune fenêtre dans la chambre #2.

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures! Super convenient and well located.

The location was great. Public transit in front of building. Beautiful parks very close. Parking convenient behind the building. No elevator to access rooms but our mistake for not verifying before our stay. Not a deal breaker but if you have mobility issues with stairs it could be. Not really a complaint but a garbage pail, dish cloths and face cloths would have been helpful. I imagine if I contacted the management they would have brought them. Again not a complaint! It was our first time visiting this area of Toronto and it was great. I would definitely stay here again! Convenient to all amenities. Felt safe, quiet at night, very nice neighborhood. Room was nicely updated, beds comfortable and bathroom very clean and updated. Very walkable area close to Humber College. Full size fridge and freezer was convenient. Shoppers directly across the street. Visited Rabba grocery store on Thirteenth Street. Staff here are wonderful and a Tim Hortons inside. Loved how quaint this place was. Definitely would stay again! 🙂

Gostei bastante da estadia! O quarto é excelente: amplo, silencioso, muito limpo e bem equipado, inclusive com itens completos de cozinha, o que trouxe bastante conforto durante a viagem. Apesar de o hotel ficar um pouco distante do centro de Toronto, há transporte público praticamente em frente ao local, facilitando muito a locomoção. Também existem boas opções de fast food, mercado e farmácia nas proximidades. Outro ponto muito positivo foi o atendimento. A equipe foi sempre muito solícita, educada e profissional, respondendo rapidamente às dúvidas e passando todas as orientações necessárias. Foi uma experiência muito agradável e certamente me hospedaria novamente.
