Sehr nettes Personal beim Check-in. Obwohl ich sehr früh ankam, durfte ich schon das Auto auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen und habe bereits die Karte für den späteren Check-in bekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber und trotz der Lage nahe einer Straße recht ruhig. Die Bahn nach Stockholm ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Gute Restaurants gibt es in der näheren Umgebung leider nicht.

Det enda jag kan klaga på är att det inte var tv vid sängen utan den var i rummet bredvid med bord och stolar och att kuddarna var lite små. Skönt med bastu nere vid gymet.

Stayed one night and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Sauna was great, breakfast buffet was in a lovely room with great views of the surrounding area. Walking distance to the mall, where the only local action occurs.

Vom Hotel aus ist das Stockholmer Zentrum gut in 30 bis 45 Minuten mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen (davon 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg zur Metro). Die Zimmer sind eher klein, die Ausstattung etwas spartanisch. So verfügte das Zimmer über keinen (Schreib-)Tisch. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war sehr gut, wenngleich die Zimmerreinigung während meines fünftägigen Aufenthalts auch nur einmal erfolgte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war recht reichhaltig, die Industriebrötchen hätten jedoch gern etwas knackiger sein dürfen. Das Personal war freundlich.

Overall I would recommend the hotel to travelers, staff is friendly and courteous, the place is clean and well kept breakfast is great transportation bus train a very short walk taxis readily available shopping museums restaurants and other places of interest easily accessible did not know I had to pay extra to have the room cleaned

Hotel was netjes en schoon. Prima kamers. Ontbijt was prima. Vlakbij station, op loopafstand, en binnen een half uur ben je in Gamla Stan, Stockholm. Ideaal. Hotel ligt pal naast de metrolijn, wat voor erg veel lawaai zorgt. De ramen van de kamer moeten wel open omdat er geen airco is en het anders veel te warm is. Dit zorgt er helaas wel voor dat je elke 10 minuten overlast hebt van de metro en om 6 uur wakker bent. Al met al prima hotel, alleen de omgeving is niet tof.

All in all it was a nice stay. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was ok equipped. Our specific room had a weird solution with a little "living room" walled off, separate from the bathroom and the bed. I say weird, because the TV was hanging on a wall in there, in front of two uncomfortable chairs. Like, that doesn't make sense. When you stay at a hotel, if you DO want to watch TV, you want to watch it in bed. Or at least on some comfortable couch or something, not two single stand alone chairs. Anyway, minor thing obviously. The bigger thing that happened to us, was that we arrived for a late check-in. We had received an email regarding check-in routines and got our key card out of the box. Took the elevator up to our room, only to open the door and find it already occupied with someone else's luggage. We ran out of there and managed to get a hold of someone over the phone, and with their help were able to scan/generate two new key cards for a new room. But it was strange and scary how that mix up could have happened.

Resa med barn och barnbarn. Mycket trevlig personal i receptionen, nytt, rent, fräscht och trevligt boende där rummen har fullt utrustat kök. Sköna sängar och liten separat tv del. Lätt att hitta och gratis parkering är extra plus. Frukosten drar dock ner betyget då där fanns mycket att önska. Frysta bullar, torrt pålägg och servicen var inte så bra där. Helheten gör dock att vi gärna kommer tbx.

Mark from the front desk was very helpful, kind and friendly. Overall, all the contacts that I have at the front desk were great. I love this place I strongly recommend it. Breakfast is delicious they offer a variety every day.

got nothing help with 0 information anything you need you need go down and ask and the workers special there was a girl with 0 help cant even book other time there. but i need to inform you this every time comes a gust to the hotel you guys must inform a little information.

Mycket trevlig personal. Bra hundrum nära att gå ut, nära till bra ställen för rastning av hund. Lätta att kommunicera med via telefon. Mysig frukostlokal. Bra frukost, saknade bara pannkakor.

Reception was great even though we were early for our booking. I got good tips from the front desk about moving around in the area. The room was fresh and clean and the stay was really pleasant and price was super affordable! I will definitively choose this hotel again next time i will travel to the area.

We stayed for several nights at this convenient location. We had a lovely studio room on the 7th floor and the 8th floor restaurant provided great views. The staff were very helpful and engaging and there are also many dining options in the Kista Galleria, just a short walk from the hotel.

We stayed for several nights at this convenient location. We had a lovely studio room on the 7th floor and the 8th floor restaurant provided great views. The staff were very helpful and engaging and there are also many dining options in the Kista Galleria, just a short walk from the hotel.

Lätt att hitta och gratis parkering är extra plus. Frukosten drar dock ner betyget då där fanns mycket att önska. Frysta bullar, torrt pålägg och servicen var inte så bra där. Helheten gör dock att vi gärna kommer tbx.

Stayed one night and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Sauna was great, breakfast buffet was in a lovely room with great views of the surrounding area. Walking distance to the mall, where the only local action occurs.
