Foi ótimo, tinha secador, tudo funcionava, bom atendimento. Fiquei com medo de não achar devido a outros comentários, entrei em contato por whatsapp com a recepcionista e ela foi nota 10. de qualquer forma achei facil.

I may have missed it in the description but the door to your room is on the road so it felt a bit less safe than a normal hotel but the area itself felt safe and it was the cheapest room in the whole of Milan for my stay so worth it. 10 mins if that to the central station so the area is perfect. You only see the staff when they hand you the keys. They were polite. Due to the price I would stay here again but if it went up I’d stay in a normal hotel.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, we had a number of issues, the room door is directly on the pavement which is not shown or described, also will not give a refund even though we specified it was not safe to stay, due to the road situation and also that the bathroom had a hole in the ceiling with exposed wires and heating pipes and the shower was having work done to

We paid extra for air condition and the air condition never worked. It turned on and then shut back off so we spent the night in 90° heat.

Everything was good , the room is not what i expecte, it was surprising for me , but it worked very well and had close some busses and metro transportation.
