La Chambre bleue

Une nuit dans la Médina de Sousse pour l'expérience d'être au coeur d'une famille locale, tout ce que j'apprécie ! J'aime quand j'arrive à l'étranger, je me sente comme à la maison. Je peux avoir une boisson, un café sans souci. Ça vide la tête. Les hôtes parviennent à susciter ce sentiment avec brio. Merci à Aïcha, son papa, Essia et Sonia.

The room was very well decorate, spacious, and clean. The staff was what made this a wonderful hotel. They went out of their way to make us feel right at home. They scheduled a taxi pickup and drop off from the airport, contacted a doctor to visit my sick daughter in the hotel, gave us advice on things to see in Tunis; plus many other things. The breakfast was fantastic. It is located in the medina and you can easily walk to all the sites. Definitely stay here if you visit Tunis.

Amazing hotel and architecture - great location and the owner and staff were amazing and so friendly. Highly recommend this place to all.

Beautifully and lovingly restored home with magnificent mosaic details. We were treated like family and enjoyed our homemade breakfasts everyday. The owner and staff were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place and hope to visit again some day!

Fabulous hotel with rooms dating back to 14th century lovingly restored by the owner. Unfortunately the shower in my room was in the process of being replaced so I had to use my friends room to shower, but the owner was keen to make this right.... he offered me a partial refund but apparently this isn't possible when you use hotels.com. I asked hotels.com to contact him to see if this could be arranged, but they said they tried but couldn't get in touch with him, which frankly I find hard to believe as the owner told me he had received no communications from them. The owner and the staff were all really nice, the breakfast was fabulous and hotel was truly unique. I would stay here again - but would think twice about which platform I use to book it with.
