Very pleasant English pub with rooms. Friendly staff, good food especially fresh cooked breakfast. Good parking and overall a successful night away with dinner etc. My only disappointment is that £250 for B&B single occupancy felt excessive hence 4 out of 5.

Stopped for one night. First impressions - the Walhampton Arms is a very beautiful structured building. Nice friendly staff. There is plenty of seating and a nice dining area. There was plenty of choice for the dinner menu, but l felt it was very limited for the breakfast. And found my egg was a bit greasy, maybe that's because it was fried quickly as we came for breakfast just before closing. The rooms were spacious, but being ground level, I felt l couldn't really leave my window open at night, so I just had the smallest gap. The room can get stuffy very quickly but thankfully there was a fan in the room. The Walhampton Arms is nice and close to the centre of lymington quay and towns market (that was a treat, fantastic stalls) and museum.

We had a lovely stay with our two large dogs who were also very well looked after and catered for by the lovely landlords. Modern rooms, perfect size. Good walking distance of Lymington. We will definitely stay again thank you!

This was a pleasant B&B and was quite good for a handicapped person. Handicapped shower was excellent. The free breakfast was very good and Ed, our server was delightful.

A very warm welcome at the reception. A really nice room which was very well presented, clean and all the necessary amenities. If we are nit picking, the only thing missing were a box of tissues in the room or bathroom! We had a really nice freshly cooked breakfast in the morning. All round, very good.

Very friendly staff and accommodating, particular as we arrived early. Although room wasn't immediately available was able to change and leave our belongings so we could enjoy our day. Breakfast was tasty. Room was very spacious and clean and modern.

Attractive and Great Rooms which look like they have been refurbished. Great Shower with large overhead in roomy shower and bathroom. Large King Size bed very comfortable. Rooms are in courtyard separate from the pub. Nice breakfast freshly done. Typical pub food in the evening which was average.

Lovely quite location, room was lovely and the king bed was extremely comfortable. Food was fantastic, compliments to the chef for both the evening meal and breakfast. Staff very attentive. Will definitely come back.

Everything was really good with our stay at Walhampton Arms last night! We were welcomed when we arrived to check in! We ate our dinner in the restaurant (I really like the small portions available for people like us who have smaller appetites) and breakfast was brilliant this morning! Set us up for the day, which we spent in and around Lymington before driving back home! All in all a lovely stay at the Walhampton Arms. Thank you!

A fabulous place with lovely rooms and excellent staff and food. We were a big party of mixed ages and the staff really looked after us...Big thank you to Ed, you were SO helpful throughout booking, changing our numbers constantly, and our eventual arrival. Brilliant assistance from everybody. Perfect service, Thank You. See you again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Walhampton Arms. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient with assisting in our requests. This is a great place to stay to experience the local town. You get the perks that come with staying in a hotel balanced with the “mom and pop” feel associated with B&Bs. We will be looking to stay at their sister locations for our next city break!

My fiancé and I visited for a two night get away and were thrilled with our choice to stay here. The setting and accommodation was beautiful and atmospheric and the staff were so friendly attentive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend the Walhampton Arms again and had a lovely trip.

The room was fine - very spacious. Very friendly staff. Cooked breakast good although if you wanted something smaller or healthier, no prepared fruit or croissants. Being just outside Lymington, a lovely little town and the New Forest close by, it was a very convenient place to stay

the hotel was lovely and near the ferry to, there was not very much to offer in the way of food and it was not cheap at all and the food could have been hotter

Very pleasant English pub with rooms. Friendly staff, good food especially fresh cooked breakfast. Good parking and overall a successful night away with dinner etc. My only disappointment is that £250 for B&B single occupancy felt excessive hence 4 out of 5.

The room was fine - very spacious. Very friendly staff. Cooked breakast good although if you wanted something smaller or healthier, no prepared fruit or croissants. Being just outside Lymington, a lovely little town and the New Forest close by, it was a very convenient place to stay

Stopped for one night. First impressions - the Walhampton Arms is a very beautiful structured building. Nice friendly staff. There is plenty of seating and a nice dining area. There was plenty of choice for the dinner menu, but l felt it was very limited for the breakfast. And found my egg was a bit greasy, maybe that's because it was fried quickly as we came for breakfast just before closing. The rooms were spacious, but being ground level, I felt l couldn't really leave my window open at night, so I just had the smallest gap. The room can get stuffy very quickly but thankfully there was a fan in the room. The Walhampton Arms is nice and close to the centre of lymington quay and towns market (that was a treat, fantastic stalls) and museum.

Attractive and Great Rooms which look like they have been refurbished. Great Shower with large overhead in roomy shower and bathroom. Large King Size bed very comfortable. Rooms are in courtyard separate from the pub. Nice breakfast freshly done. Typical pub food in the evening which was average.

Everything was really good with our stay at Walhampton Arms last night! We were welcomed when we arrived to check in! We ate our dinner in the restaurant (I really like the small portions available for people like us who have smaller appetites) and breakfast was brilliant this morning! Set us up for the day, which we spent in and around Lymington before driving back home! All in all a lovely stay at the Walhampton Arms. Thank you!

Lovely quite location, room was lovely and the king bed was extremely comfortable. Food was fantastic, compliments to the chef for both the evening meal and breakfast. Staff very attentive. Will definitely come back.

Rooms were very nice and comfortable. We had to leave at 7.30 so could not have breakfast as service started at 8am. Pub part felt soulless and having to sit and drink whilst staff have finished their shift and were chatting to working staff spoilt the quiet atmosphere. To me it felt overpriced for the product we received

We really enjoyed our stay at the Walhampton Arms. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient with assisting in our requests. This is a great place to stay to experience the local town. You get the perks that come with staying in a hotel balanced with the “mom and pop” feel associated with B&Bs. We will be looking to stay at their sister locations for our next city break!

Great except for one thing - they were closed from 3 to 5 in the afternoon with no way of getting a key to our room. It would be useful if they could devise a system so that keys are available in this critical time in the afternoon so that people can gain access to their room and relax before the facilities open at 5 PM. Other than the above, all was excellent.
