Beautiful property with exceptional service

The rooms are beautiful and updated and great view, pools super nice. Very nice spa. Service however is slow- at check in, at breakfast, at the pool and housekeeping didn’t arrive til 4pm. Had a nice stay but would expect better service for the price.

Property is great but lacks facilities such as tennis and padel courts, access to golf and free local transportation within the compound among others. Guests should not have to pay exuberant amounts of money just to get out of the complex which by the way is very far away from town. Hotel is responsible for building allies with local taxi companies charging 3 times or more what an uber would charge. Completely unacceptable and definitely a massive turn off for not going back. Breakfast should be included. Had to request room upgrade as part of the perks included in my booking. One would expect for the level of customer service they claim to have, that this would have been mentioned at the time of checking in. My wife and I wanted to experience the Nobu hotel for the first time and we were expecting the best. It was not.

Wonderful stay; wonderful staff (especially Roberto and David) and beautiful resort.
