レンタカーで到着しましたが、駐車場は建物の1〜4階にあって楽です。施設自体も清潔で、何より洗濯機なども付いているので長期滞在にも便利だと思います。繁華街からは少し離れていますが、逆に夜は静かですし、のんびり15分ほど歩けばロビンソン百貨店や繁華街がに行けますので不便はありません。

Rooms are really nice, spacious and comfortable. Pool is freezing cold and mostly in shadow. Very good shuttle service and nice hotel design. Hotel staff could smile a bit more. They were service minded but a bit cold in our opinion.

Underrated property due to its location. Rooms are large with a small kitchen, bathroom with tub and a large TV. Dining is limited to breakfast but room service is available. Shuttle service is good to get to the shopping mall or the waterfront. Town is too quiet with not much to do. If you have a car, Pattaya is a half hour drive south.

It's close to the downtown area. A few blocks from the pier and some shopping malls. And this is an apartment type hotel, with a washing machine. I didn't eat the breakfast so I don't really know and can't speak about that. The staff was very professional and the check-in was pretty easy. They also have a courtesy shuttle that'll take you to either the pier or the mall in a couple other places. For free properly, would stay again if i'm in the area.

Overall it was very pleasant stay, clean, convenient and hospitality from the hotel staffs. In room washer + dryer is a plus point. Honestly, the breakfast needs significant improvement, totally not appetising with very limited choices and not delicious.

Overall experience was good, room is large and clean even I booked for Studio but they do have 1 bedroom, 1 living room, kitchenette and washing machine. Check in and check out was rather disappointing. Upon check in, I have been waiting on the queue for 10 mins, 3 staff at front desk but only 1 handling check in guest. Upon check out, staff said one small towel was missing, I told them it was hanging above the hanger in the bathroom and maid could not find it. Staff aske me 3 times and finally let me go.

Good hotel to stay with spacious room. The room is large and clean. The staff is polite and helpful. However the check-in took a while to proceed (not too long) and still need to wait for housekeeping to check room before going in even after 2pm. Looks like all room may not yet be ready. There is a trolley available but if you come during busy time, you‘ll probably need to carry all bags and luggage by yourself with no trolley unless you want to wait for probably longer than 10-15 mins. They have soap and shampoo available but I‘d expect shower cap, some sanitary kit but there‘s none of these provided for you. Overall good, comfy room but the amenities are very limited and average.

受付でタクシーを半日予約してもらったのですが、最終目的地までの道中に数カ所立ち寄っただけで1075バーツの追加請求をチェックアウト時に受けました。旅程最終日でフライトに乗り遅れる可能性もあったため渋々支払いましたが納得いきません。部屋は広く清潔で申し分なかったのですが、上記経験により二度と泊まるまいと固く心に誓いました。

The property is conveniently located and good as a base. I had pre-paid in full but arrived to find out that they had somehow given my room to another guest and they are fully booked. The thought of having to find another room in the middle of songkran was at all appealing. Staff was calm and reassuring and managed to get me a room in a much lower level. Not an ideal experience but I appreciate their professionalism. Will still give it another go.

レンタカーで到着しましたが、駐車場は建物の1〜4階にあって楽です。施設自体も清潔で、何より洗濯機なども付いているので長期滞在にも便利だと思います。繁華街からは少し離れていますが、逆に夜は静かですし、のんびり15分ほど歩けばロビンソン百貨店や繁華街がに行けますので不便はありません。

Shuttle service is good to get to the shopping mall or the waterfront. Town is too quiet with not much to do. If you have a car, Pattaya is a half hour drive south.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Room are nice and clean. Great breakfast. Unfortunately, unless you are there for business, there is not much to do. Not many restaurants nearby. Have to walk 4-5 blocks but hotel does have a courtesy tuk tuk. I used it once and never saw it again the next few days. No beach close by. Recommend for the right people but I probably won’t stay again.
