Hotellet ligger vackert placerat med utsikt över vattnet och är modernt och i bra skick. Bilderna på hotellet är lite missvisande då de har två hotell, ett stort modent på 26 våningar och ett mindre med bungalows som ligger ute på en ö dit båttransport krävs. Si Racha har inga beacher och i vattnet utanför ligger fiskodlingar och båtar.Vi bode i det moderna hotellet och bokade ett familjerum för fyra personer, men när vi kom in på rummet fanns det bara en dubbelsäng. Personalen menade att man kan bo fyra personer i den, men det går inte om man som vi hade i bokat in en famil med två 15-åringar. Fick efter mycket diskussion med receptionen in två extrasängar. Simbassängen är inte uppvärmd och har sol från efter lunch. Frukosten hade ett brett urval med bra alternativ. Vi köpte till access till deras business lounge där de serverar afternoon tea och enklare rätter med dricka på kvällen. Det var mycket människor där och servicen var bristfällig då ingen städade borden och folk tog med sig mat och dricka ut från loungen eftersom ingen kontroll förekom. Köket serverade en till två tallrikar med varm mat som gick åt direkt och sedan tog det 20 minuter innan de kom med nästa fat. Annars bra mat och utval av vin, öl och drinkar och definitivt prisvärt. Hotellet har mest Thailändska och asiatiska gäster.

Everything was great except for the noisy families with kids that made the pool area an impossible place to be at. Why not dedicate some time slots for only adults? Breakfast area very crowded and noisy after 8.30 am. No sun in pool area before noon. Pick a sea view.

Check-in and room itself was perfectly fine. The issue came from the lounge access. I have never seen such a horribly maintained lounge. I visited for the free flow drink period. Front desk staff at the lounger were dismissive and didn’t really bother even checking in with us throughout the time we were there (marked difference from every other lounge I’ve ever been to). Drinks were a little underwhelming due to the lack of selection but the staff was great on that front. Food, on the other hand, was abysmal. Fish sticks were beyond chewy and tough. When they brought out a new batch, it was already cold and the final batch I decided to try tasted sour. They also offered fries, which were quite cold upon arrival. To make matters worse, they ran out of plates and didn't even bother filling them for well over ten minutes. The cake on top was the fact that they allowed children to stay at the lounge during this time period. Nearly 15 screaming kids really is a bad idea when drinks are involved. The following day, I visited the lounge a little before their afternoon tea time. I walked in and got a wave of the hand saying I can sit anywhere. There was literally one other guest but I ended up dodging 3 different tables due to their not having been cleaned. I truly have never had such a bad experience with a hotel that considers themselves a luxury hotel. Again, all other aspects of my stay were perfectly fine. It’s just this specific department that is a bad joke.

We checked in, time to shower before sleep relapsed that hot water not working properly. Called front desk and she said someone will be right up, unfortunately after 10 mins of waiting callled again and then a technician shows up. Tries to convince me that hot water works but very low pressure, which is not practical when having a shower. They then decide to change our room to another floor. Once in the room we realize there were pants of another guest or staff in the cupboard and the end was hurriedly made up. We wasted more than an hour which we felt was not worth. I would recommended anyone checking in to enquirer the room they are getting has proper hot water pressure. Best to check before you unpack. We are not staying there any more, the place is not good. My last review was positive but this time the experience was not pleasant at all.

We had a room with sea view. Loved it as the whole wall is a glass wall not just window so the view was great! Room and amenities were great as well. Buffet was not to be missed. I would return. If you don’t have to play on a beach or walk on a beach but just find a get-away place, this is a hotel to consider.

Friendly helpful staff — only had 1 hot shower over four days- I mentioned to staff on first day ! On departure I approached front desk for discount as hot shower I thought I’d let part of any hotel facility! they weren’t interested in any form of discount.
