Great new property. Staff and service great, went to the republic tavern onsite and was excellent, only issue we had was the key kept losing it program and we had to get it reprogrammed 4 times in 3 days and housekeeping removed out second key from the power socket, which was a pain

Lovely hotel, great staff, very clean. Weird food approach, the hotel has a restaurant, bar and brewery - no beer available in room service after 11pm only canned wine, Sunday breakfast option is buffet only, not able to buy just a pastry or something small to take away.

Everything was good, but the parking prices are shocking. On my first night, I was charged $25, which should have been $10 per night, even if I was staying at the Hotel. I think they should reassess this, it doesn't make sense. This will be my last time at the Mantra; the experience isn't the same.

In preparation for moving interstate we needed a place to stay near by and this fit the bill beyond our expectations. It was clean, quiet and has everything we needed, not to mention a super yummy pub downstairs (ordered a lot of yummy food from there)! Room was super clean, shower AMAZING, and bed was comfy. One thing that was different (as I have visited the area before) was now you have to pay for parking, but if you’re staying a night or two it’s pretty reasonable (first night is free if you sign up to be a member, then $10 a day after). I would highly recommend a stay!

I only spent a night here and it was very average experience. The room was basic levels of cleanliness, however the shower had a brown coloured residue over the tiles which made it feel like it hasn’t been properly cleaned. There was quite a bit of noise in the hallway over night, and when I opened the door in the morning it appeared as if someone had vomitted on the hallway floor, and it had only partially been cleaned up.

Nice place in northern suburbs of Melbourne. Great place though but a very important stuff is missing : the room have no microwave. When I asked, I was told by front desk, to bring whatever I need to heat up, down to the reception, where there’s a single microwave for all guests to use. Reminded me of my student days of backpacking. Not great at all.

Cloud of smokers to walk through at check in was a poor welcome. Person on the desk was on a speaker phone call unrelated to hotel duties. Didn’t hang up or silence the call. Rushed through the check in and was quickly back to giggling on the phone call. This person was unfocused and appeared bitter to be doing the job. Fake smile and unfriendly. Not ideal for hotel front of house.

24th November when I checked out , 2 admin guy were very rude. I asked for the invoice under my company firstly he refused to do it. And started showing me attitude and misbehavior. I’m a regular customer there and he says we don’t need to see you again and also refused to give me his name. It’s not acceptable I’m going to write on their google page and feedback. They need to choose their staff carefully. Admin people are the face of the company. I’ll tell all my employees not to use their service anymore. It’s a shame such a nice hotel that has terrible staff. He was bullying. I was about to call the police but I was in rush so I left. İ will take further action and call their directors.

In preparation for moving interstate we needed a place to stay near by and this fit the bill beyond our expectations. It was clean, quiet and has everything we needed, not to mention a super yummy pub downstairs (ordered a lot of yummy food from there)! Room was super clean, shower AMAZING, and bed was comfy. One thing that was different (as I have visited the area before) was now you have to pay for parking, but if you’re staying a night or two it’s pretty reasonable (first night is free if you sign up to be a member, then $10 a day after). I would highly recommend a stay!

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience in the Beer republic taven being ask to leave because they wanted the table we were sitting at for someone else even though we had been there for over an hour. Never ever will we stay there again and we will make sure all my business friends and our friends will know of what happened. Utterly disgusting.

Easy check in, professional and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable modern room with extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Dining options were fantastic. Great food and beverage options at both venues. So was the service. Thank you for having us. Highly recommended.

Mantra Epping is a great hotel, check-in was quick, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast service. The food itself was fresh and delicious, what let it down was the long wait to be admitted, the lack of cups available at the tea/coffee making area, no teaspoons to fit the small yoghurt pots they had and we ended up paying for a Barista coffee which was bitter. The staff were doing an excellent job, we just got the impression that they were under staffed for the amount of people staying / having breakfast.

The room itself was a four out of five. Onsite parking, and not too expensive. Nice room. Nice enough lobby and hall. Checkin left a lot to be desired. No explanation of anything hotel or area regarded. Still unsure why they require a bank card when the minibar is non existent, and room service is pre-paid. The attendant just handed a pen and paper to me without saying much at all. The pillows in the room were the worst I have seen. And the towels looked ten years old. There was also a strange issue with the temperature, where even with the AC on high, the room never heated up by more than a degree or two. Overall, good hotel, but lacklustre staff.
