Nice hotel, convenient location 5 mins to metro station. However the immediate area is the old old old gold market with old awfull alleys. Which for Doha standard are among the no so nice remnants of the city before it was ripped appart and renovated rebuilt. Hotel has amazing view from the top terrace restaurant, good 24hour gym, amazing front desk staff, amazing cleaning staff, room windows don't close properly and noise enters. Rooms are good and tv offers smart connection to Netflix prime for free

I just loved that everything was in my hotel. From a shopping market, a cafe and a restaurant. I love that the staff were so kind and considerate. I felt so safe at this hotel. Room service was impeccable. I can’t wait to visit Doha again and stay at this very hotel.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff was very helpful. We ate in the restaurant in the hotel and the food was good. We were there for a few hours during a 10hr layover just long enough to eat,shower and catch a few hours sleep. I would stay there again.

Stayed here for 5 days and was amazed at everything, simply the best hotel I have stayed at. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and whole building was very clean. I really the enjoyed the breakfast too. Will stay here again next time when in Doha. The location is very central too easy access tor metro and exploring the souq.

The Hotel is conveniently situated. The service was terrible, as we had a leak in the bathroom and despite multiple calls they never showed up to fix it, changed the room or even gave us a mop.

The property is very clean, both inside and out, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was outstanding—one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The only drawback was that the King room felt a bit small for two people, which is why I didn’t give a full five stars. Overall, though, it’s a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel has a good position close to the souk and the underground. But it’s not possible to close properly the windows so during the night it’s noisy. I was there with friends and also their windows were badly closed. Staff is nice.

It was very close to the Souq Waqif metro station and to the Souq itself, so convenient location. Room was great and the wifi connection was excellent. And it the nightly rate was a great price. Would stay here again. Thanks!

All the hotel staff were really friendly and very welcoming. They were polite and helpful. The room was good and spacious, only thing negative was that the windows had gaps at the top so there was a lot of draught and road noise, also quite dirty but once mentioned they cleaned it up quickly The room had 2 toilets and the small toilet had a drainage smell so hardly used it. Did mention to hotel staff. The bed was very comfortable and the staff really looked after us when we requested certain things. They also ordered us a taxi to go airport early morning. The hotel is ideally located near the metro station and there’s restaurants nearby along with mosques. I will definitely come back to this hotel again. Thank you central inn for looking after us

The room was in a good condition when I arrived and the staff were very polite and helpful! The only bits of feedback I have are around the breakfast options! The breakfast options, while there are many are also very limited. I stayed for 6 nights and I only had a proper full breakfast for 1 day. They should think of maybe having a specific cuisine per day and basing their menu for the breakfast buffet on that as well as ensuring the temperature of the food is sufficient through having better food warmers. However, all staff that I encountered during this stay were so helpful. They practically saved my life when I had an allergic reaction and they ensured I was able to access medical care swiftly, so a huge shoutout to the security team at Central Inn! Reception staff and housekeeping were also so incredibly helpful as well as the bell hops and restaurant staff. Another piece of feedback is that our keys had constantly stopped working while we were there which required frequent trips to the reception to get the keys reset. Although this process is very swift, it was an inconvenience as it meant I had to constantly go downstairs to reception to have keys reset and reconfigured. As well as this, it would be great if they had the room numbers printed on the key card as this would make it easier for myself as I would sometimes carry the key cards of others in my group. Overall a 7/10 from me. Great hotel!

I stayed at the Central Inn for one night during my stopover in Doha. The hotel is nicely located, 5 min walk from the Souq Waqif, about 10min to the Al Corniche and many other attractions. I had an issue paying with my AMEX card (so be aware if that’s your payment method) but the staff was really really helpful and understanding, it was resolved and I had a nice stay. The security personnel was also very friendly. The hotel is located at about 15min from Doha Airport. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Doha.

We booked a twin room. We were put in a different room on the 1st night. Only after I complained the room was changed twice the next day. Very chaotic. The room was cleaned at different times every day. some days we arrived and there was no towels. Some days there was 2 towels but no bath mat. Reception service was OK. sometimes nobody answers the phone. The security outside was very pleasant and helpful.

Shuttle was not free, i was under the impression when it says shuttle included means its included. But they charge extra for it. I didnt take the shuttle, took metro and walk to hotel. Breakfast was alright. Its was very close the Souq Waqif. Neat and clean, staff was very nice. Thank you all

Nice hotel, convenient location 5 mins to metro station. However the immediate area is the old old old gold market with old awfull alleys. Which for Doha standard are among the no so nice remnants of the city before it was ripped appart and renovated rebuilt. Hotel has amazing view from the top terrace restaurant, good 24hour gym, amazing front desk staff, amazing cleaning staff, room windows don't close properly and noise enters. Rooms are good and tv offers smart connection to Netflix prime for free

It was very close to the Souq Waqif metro station and to the Souq itself, so convenient location. Room was great and the wifi connection was excellent. And it the nightly rate was a great price. Would stay here again. Thanks!

Very good hotel close to Souk. Easy and quick to get to by metro from the airport. Nice restaurants around. Overall very good expeeience.

The room was in a good condition when I arrived and the staff were very polite and helpful! The only bits of feedback I have are around the breakfast options! The breakfast options, while there are many are also very limited. I stayed for 6 nights and I only had a proper full breakfast for 1 day. They should think of maybe having a specific cuisine per day and basing their menu for the breakfast buffet on that as well as ensuring the temperature of the food is sufficient through having better food warmers. However, all staff that I encountered during this stay were so helpful. They practically saved my life when I had an allergic reaction and they ensured I was able to access medical care swiftly, so a huge shoutout to the security team at Central Inn! Reception staff and housekeeping were also so incredibly helpful as well as the bell hops and restaurant staff. Another piece of feedback is that our keys had constantly stopped working while we were there which required frequent trips to the reception to get the keys reset. Although this process is very swift, it was an inconvenience as it meant I had to constantly go downstairs to reception to have keys reset and reconfigured. As well as this, it would be great if they had the room numbers printed on the key card as this would make it easier for myself as I would sometimes carry the key cards of others in my group. Overall a 7/10 from me. Great hotel!

This is a lovely hotel. The staff was very helpful. We ate in the restaurant in the hotel and the food was good. We were there for a few hours during a 10hr layover just long enough to eat,shower and catch a few hours sleep. I would stay there again.
