Amadria Park Grand Hotel 4 Opatijska Cvijeta

I highly recommend this luxury hotel with stunning ocean views. Breakfast costs €25 for adults and €15 for children, and it is definitely worth it. It includes free-flow sparkling wine, a wide variety of stylish and delicious dishes, and breathtaking views. The hotel also has parking and a swimming pool, and the service is excellent.

Very nice hotel, very good location and feels new and fresh. Room was upgraded as well so a beautiful view from the room. Good but basic breakfast with nice bacon. Bed was nice but firm and good pressure in the shower. Will come back for sure

Heel goed, maar heel duur.

Although the facilities and cleanliness were ok, the communication of services by the staff were lacking, especially in terms of what is available to the customer. I only found out that the garage parking is included in the stay because the ticket machine did not accept my credit card. The procedure for the garage was never communicated by the front desk staff, neither was the street parking terms & conditions when we arrived late due to traffic. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was fixed to a temperature and could only be changed by the front desk when I asked them. For a hotel of this price class I expect better customer communication and not letting do the guest do all asking. Certainly won't stay there again even if the area is nice and directly at the ocean shore.

L’hôtel est très propre et idéalement situé, offrant une belle option pour se baigner dans la mer. Cependant, l’arrivée à 23 heures a été chaotique. La réception ne trouvait pas ma réservation et la situation a été très mal gérée par l’assistant manager de la réception à cette heure tardive. De plus, malgré notre demande de ne pas déranger, la femme de ménage est entrée dans la chambre le matin, pensant que celle-ci n’était pas occupée.
