A little difficulty as I arrived, had to phone the reception, well I was with a colleague who spoke German- so we entered after being given a password. If on my own would be a problem as my telephone had stopped- roaming exhausted on the drive. However, all sorted - it would have been easier if there was someone on reception.

Over priced, hair under the shower. Receptionist who doesn’t speak English. Generally not a good experience for the price.
