Heartseed House Bed & Breakfast

Dee and Nigel are world class hosts. The entire property and room was clean and well organized with everything you would want. The breakfast was splendid every day, in fact, the eggs come from the chickens they keep. The view from my room of the countryside was beautiful and very peaceful.

Cannot fault this beautiful B&B. Dee and Nigel are perfect hosts, the room was beautiful with an amazing view and it was immaculate with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast choice was outstanding. The helpful tips of where to visit and where to eat really helped us. Thoroughly loved our stay.

The property was very modern and well situated just outside of town in a rural area with beautiful views of the countryside, the town and the Firth of Dornoch. Very impressive accommodation in all respects.

Absolutely amazing and one of the best, if not THE best B&B I have ever stayed in. We were made to feel welcome from the very outset. Dee & Nigel are amazing hosts and the puppy dog cuddles were great as well. As a B&B the breakfast was exceptional and the room and condition of the whole place is top notch which helps give a wonderful homely feel. It was the little touches though such as the sharing of local knowledge and the home-cooked biscuits which made this stay really stand out from any other. I would not hesitate on staying here again if the opportunity was presented. If Carlsberg did B&Bs then this would be it.
