Snowmass Mountain by Snowmass Vacations

The stay was okay overall, but there were several frustrating issues. Site says the parking has height/width restrictions. When I reached out beforehand to get the measurements, no one seemed to know the specifics. It was very frustrating and made the start of the trip upsetting. The parking space does fit a midsize SUV, with a height clearance of 75 inches. However, it took a lot of back-and-forth and going in circles just to get that measurement. I was offered another parking spot in case it didn’t work. I felt that the measurements should have been readily available when I first asked. The listing inside the condo says the condo has parking for two cars, but when I asked, I was told that only one car could park there and the other would have to park 3–5 minutes away. That information should have been clearer and consistent with what is listed on the property information page and inside the condo. Living room nice, and the beds comfortable. The TV was small. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were all sticky and could use updating, as could some of the utensils. Cutting boards gross and plastic. Kitchen trash bags were flimsy. Chipped paint throughout the condo. There were also a lot of what looked like tiny moths/gnats in both bathrooms. The hot tub was good, strong chemical smell when jets ran. No towels. Overall, there were some positives, there were enough issues with the parking information, cleanliness, condition of the kitchen, and bugs that I would not book again.

Our stay was lovely, the condo was cleaned and had everything we needed. I was able to communicate with the owner for anything I needed help with. The owners were very helpful.
