Loved the location, our room was great & the staff was friendly. We did not like the constant long wait for the elevator. It did not seem like they were all working & there were not any signs right effect.

Excellent parking, nice breakfast, excellent guest laundry facilities, safe. Very clean public areas& nice staff! Great restaurant & bar. Regarding room: Very spacious with ocean front balcony. Full size refrigerator. Poor housekeeping! I had to sanitize door handles and light switches. Room Floor was absolutely nasty!

We were on the 17th floor. Great views of ocean and the strand. Full kitchen was convenient. Parking on site, no charge was convenient. Bar/restaurant was great and food was excellent Staff was friendly and helpful Pool was a lap pool. My only criticism is that the pool is tucked away partially covered, so the sun does not really reach the pool area. Hotel is pet friendly and was very accommodating for our dog Great place to spend a few days or a prolong vacation We will return to this property

Every staff member was knowledgeable and very friendly. I truly enjoyed the staff at breakfast. The gluten free options were a nice surprise. The views in the dining areas are wonderful. The only drawback are the tight ramps in the parking garage. They actually have mirrors so you can see if anyone is coming onto the ramp. Use them and be cautious.

This property is amazing and has everything you need except speedy elevators. If you plan to go on a weekend prepare to wait 30 minutes or more for an elevator. I feel especially sorry for the staff who I have witnessed waiting an hour to get in an elevator with their carts.

The bedsheets were dirty. There was pop corn, sand, and hair in the bed and shower. The room was obviously not cleaned. The hotel is an extended stay hotel which means they don’t change the sheets when they do a room refresh. But apparently they don’t even change the sheets between people??!! Their gluten free option was a blueberry muffin and that’s it. Will never stay here again

Arrived late Friday night to find sand in both beds as if sheets werent changed from previous guests. Since housekeeping wad gone for the day, we were told to come to the front desk if we wanted new sheets to remake our beds. Just gross and bad business.

The only thing I enjoyed about the hotel was the ocean front view from my room. The hotel room wasn't cleaned properly the room was very dusty, hair in the shower, bathroom sink and hair on the bed. I'm glad I packed Lysol wipes, towels, throw blankets, and my own pillow case. There was a big roach in my room the staff was very nice and moved my husband & I to another room with a oceanfront view when we walked in the room it wasn't properly cleaned just like the 1st room. The floor was so dusty it looked like the blankets were just changed. The front desk did mentioned that housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms everyday while staying at the hotel but i expect the room to be cleaned properly after somene checks out.

The sheets on my bed had dry blood stains when I call to the front I was told staff was gone for the night however they would have the security guard to bring up some fresh sheets. My shower was also dirty as well.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Such a nice hotel. The staff was great also. We did not run into one rude person. Everyone greeted us with a smile. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. The bed (which was not that comfortable) had stains on the sheets. I even found a bit of blood. There was hair everywhere. The hotel allows pets so the halls had a consistent wet dog smell and so did our couch. But other than those things it was a pretty okay stay.

Prpoerty location is great. What was disappointing is checking in late in the evening and going into your room to be welcomed by a roach upon entering your room. Then you see them in your kitchen counter, inside tge diswasher...just terrible

The ocean view was beautiful. I loved the full kitchen set up. The only problem I had was the bed. The mattress was clearly old. It was lumpy and hard. I ended my stay a day early because I was so uncomfortable.

Stay was nice only thing was the shower whoever configured the shower did not try it. Water gets out all over the floor and baseboard. Accident waiting to happen no bars or anything to hold on to. You do not need to be old to use bars etc

Ocean front has breathtaking views! The room though compact includes a full size refrigerator, mini stove, dishwasher. The A/C only works when balcony door is closed (decide between hearing the waves or cooling the room). I was surprised that flying insects still reach the 12th. The mattress was too hard and pillows too soft. Pets allowed. We had to close balcony because room next were smoking marijuana.

The Staff was excellent. The breakfast each morning was excellent. We were put it room #1108 which was not so excellent. There is no screen on the balcony door so enjoying the air at night was out. The bathroom fan did not work and the shower has only one half of a glass door. The light switches are set to some kind of weird combination in order for them to work. The room was very clean upon arrival.

A view that never gets old. Perfect for a short or long stay with your pup. Clean room, outdoor potty area with doggy bags. Not everyone picks up their dog waste so probably need cameras out there. Cute restaurant with pretty decent food and drinks. Good service. Rooms are large enough to entertain your dog in on cold days. Beautiful beach front and easy access. Clean property. HORRIBLE FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE! If it wasn't for Kamaya at the front desk, we would have not met one single nice person, seriously. Kamaya was amazing! Tiffany, Barbara, the man working early the morning of July 5th, 2024 and the front desk female attendant with the fro, can not handle the busy Myrtle Beach season, and they should be replaced asap! They are not funny with their snide comments and unruly behavior towards guests. EVERY SINGLE guest that I witnessed approach the front desk, whenever I was passing by, was treated disrespectfully. When my 20 year old son went down to ask for additional coffee creamer for our room, Ms. Joyce, (not sure, I know her name started with a J) with the fro, told my son that she drank all of their coffee creamer. Another male employee had to step in and tell her to stop and be respectful to her customer. That is asinine! Again, this hotel was beautiful BUT, the front desk crew, aside from Kamaya, needs to be refreshed. Assistant manager Tiffany Johnson was no better. Tiffany was very aggressive and wanted to fight. Please fix your front line crew, then you truly have an amazing destination vacation spot.

I had the chocolate cake almost every night because it was so delicious! We woke up to a beautiful ocean view and sunrise everyday! We loved Tim at the front desk…He was so friendly and funny! This is one of the best places I have ever stayed! We were originally supposed to be here for 8 days and extended numerous times to almost 4 weeks! Every person at the hotel I’ve met has been beyond amazing, especially Stacey & Charles at the bar and everyone at the front desk! Tim and Joe are the best as well as all of the ladies on the morning front desk. I brought my dog, Sophie, and all of the employees here have treated her as of it’s their dog. I will come back next winter for an extended stay. It’s a beautiful, friendly, warm and welcoming place right on the water. And the food is amazing too!! Free breakfast and the dinner in the evening offers delicious options. You MUST stay at this place, it’s the BEST!!!

My friend and I booked a terrible hotel during Bike week.. we left immediately and found THIS hotel bc all the others were booked. Once I explained our situation to the woman at the front desk she immediately jumped into action!! I cannot express enough my gratitude for her because she literally went above and beyond to assure we had a room!! Both ladies were so sweet and so helpful. She got right on the phone, tapped away on the computer and assured us we were in a safe place now. Great location with beach access, very clean, wonderful breakfast in the morning, nice pool, and all around very friendly and helpful staff. Met a nice couple on the elevator that had a similar situation and we exchanged stories about how great the woman was that helped us. If you’re traveling for a girls trip like we did then this is your place bc you will definitely feel safe. I saw plenty of families the next morning too. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would absolutely stay here again in the future

This Marriott Residence Inn is directly on the ocean beach. It is a short 5 minute ride from the MB airport and you can get around to the boardwalk and nearby restaurants and shops by foot or no more than a 10 minute Uber ride. The hotel is beautiful and clean with a large well equipped fitness center and outdoor pool. The daily breakfast buffet offers plenty for anyone’s appetite, both traditional and healthy items. The staff are friendly and helpful. The suites come with a terrace and a full kitchen. The shower was large and the room also had a large sofa and table for four. The room was one of the nicest I have seen. The rooms were quiet throughout the day. We are not pet people, but plenty of folks brought their dogs. We didn’t hear any of them barking, but the elevator and lobby was routinely full of them, which honestly we did not find appealing. I traveled with my 2 kids and they were happy and comfortable in the room, the lobby and beach areas. I would definitely stay here again. It felt like home!

Very clean, neat in a very nice quite location of Myrtle Beach.. staffs very friendly and except the $20.00 nightly parking charge everything else was exactly the way it was described👍👍 I loved the balconies. We had an oceanfront room in 15th floor, which was a suite and was enough space for our family of 3… the view from 25floor was magnificent. The breakfast area was so nice neat and wonderful. The gym had a beautiful view of the beach. And all the first floor and second floor had even big balconies for guest to enjoy the breakfast or just sitting in front of the bar and enjoy their drinks with the nice view of ocean.

We were on the 17th floor. Great views of ocean and the strand. Full kitchen was convenient. Parking on site, no charge was convenient. Bar/restaurant was great and food was excellent Staff was friendly and helpful Pool was a lap pool. My only criticism is that the pool is tucked away partially covered, so the sun does not really reach the pool area. Very nice hotel. Staff was extremely helpful. Bar and restaurant are excellent. Breakfast was good, always well stocked including fresh fruit. Being Began/Vegetarian, we could not find anything hot to eat as everything including bread/bagel had eggs. The only hot item we could get on some days were hash browns. We would highly recommend for Residence Inn to consider including some vegetable options in the breakfast which is not only health for everyone in particular for kids, but can be taken by both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarians.

We recently stayed for a just a few nights and wanted to good hotel that doesn't break the bank, and near the airport. This hotel is clean, updated and modern, only 5 minutes from the airport, but I don't recall hearing planes. The hotel has clearly been updated and the room was very modern, nice and comfortable. Breakfast area was nicer than we've been elsewhere, while the eggs are the typical powdered variety, we were still impressed with all the choices. Every morning had items like eggs, usually two breakfast meats (pork or turkey sausage), French toast sticks, hash browns, bakeries, bread/bagels/English muffins for toasting, oatmeal, make your own waffles, fruit, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, juices, milk (including chocolate milk). I liked being able to sit and look at the ocean/beach from breakfast. The front desk staff was friendly, pleasant and helpful. Parking garage was a little tight, but there are a few spots on the lobby level you can use to check-in, then move your car to a different level. Didn't try to pool, it was way too cold when we were there. Would definitely stay here again.

I am really disappointed that plastic cutlery is used, and some dishes were polystyrene. Surely a better environmentally stainable alternative can be found or just use normal cutlery and plates. The amount of waste is outrageous.

Great Hotel. Easy checking in with Craig. Friendly and informative. Breakfast was great with many options. Staff very pleasant. Towels for pool and beach clean and available. Would recommend this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

Overall, the stay was good. The beachfront property and size of room was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of seating for breakfast but for a Marriott property I expected a few more options. It took a little time getting used to parking.

The first two nights I slept horribly due to the firmness of the bed. However; after speaking with the front desk, the bed was replaced within 30 minutes and I slept very peacefully the following two nights. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel, the staff was nice, the breakfast was excellent with Sandy & Damaris, and the surroundings were very clean and well maintained.

This is a pet friendly hotel. Our room had pet hair in an amount more than you would expect. They immediately sent someone to take care of the problem and they spent about 30 minutes doing an extra cleaning that we felt should have been done when the last guest departed. They also replaced the air filters for the air conditioner and accidentally left the used filters leaning against the wall with dust bunnies dropped in the process on the floor which indicates a lack of final inspection by a housekeeping supervisor to see if the room is in proper condition for the next guest.
