Fabulous location - near to the beach, in an area that feels safe but is a short walk to the high street and a 15 minute walk into central Brighton. Xavier was really helpful at all times. Beds were comfy and rooms spacious. Bathroom was a little ‘shabby chic’ and everything worked well, including the shower. My son loved the hidden room on the top floor!We really enjoyed our stay and it felt very homely and comfortable.

This house is great for a group as mpat of the beds can be split into singles, downstairs is fairly.open plan and these is plenty of space. There is just ome bathroom which meant careful planning! Overall great stay.
