Pretty convenient, just a 3 min walk to the nearest subway station. The block however is remote from the main hotel and so there was a no front desk on site but about 2 minutes away round the block. We had an early morning flight out of Tokyo and had to wake the manager up in a another round om when ch was a touch embarrassing! And the room was tiny but it had a washer in the unit!

We had an early morning flight out of Tokyo and had to wake the manager up in a another round om when ch was a touch embarrassing! And the room was tiny but it had a washer in the unit!

We had a hard time looking for front desk and taxi couldn't enter alley way to hotel. It was a convenient area to catch trains. It is not suitable for kids and families except for overnight stay to transit. We stayed 5 nights and didn't get a room service after 4th day.

So the room was fine. But the front door was broken so they were opening it with a clamp, clearly dont do maintenence. Having the rooms on a different street to the entrance was annoying.

As an apartment, we were comfortable, really appreciated having two showers, two toilets, two sinks as we’re a family of four. However, the photos and description provided by the hotel are misleading. One of the pictures shows a hotel tower… the description says the hotel is ‘connected’ to the train station. Neither is true. The ‘hotel’ is a small group of repurposed apartments. The apartments are clean and of good size. Things are in good condition. What is a bit shocking and unexpected is getting to an old small back street, having to go to their other ‘hotel’ to get checked in, having to leave an ID or a 10,000 yen deposit, etc, etc. If they were honest about what the property actually is I think the apartments would be well appreciated.

The location of this hotel is pretty good, and that is the olny good thing I can say about this place. You have to check in and then walk a around the building to get to your rooms. The path to your room is like a garbage dump. The AC in our room wasn't working. We had to talk to the clerk multiple times before they are willing to check the AC for us.

チャックインの方法が独特で、客室がある建物から100mほど先まで歩く必要があります。当日は大雨だったので、かなり不便しました。なお、チャックインにデポジット1万円が別途必要です。チャックアウト時に返却されましたが、事前の説明はありませんでした。客室は一見すると綺麗ですが、虫が壁に張り付いており、衛生状態は気になります。また、下水の匂いがひどく、気分が悪くなりました。臭い取りのためか、部屋の至るところに芳香剤が置かれていましたが、下水の匂いと芳香剤の匂いが合わさり、地獄のような状況になっています。そのほか、気になる点として、バスタブが使用できないこと、Wi-Fiの電波が弱いこと、クローゼットがないことなどたくさんありますが、何より問題だと思うのは、火災報知器が取り外されていることでしょうか。消防法令上の義務をどう考えてるのかうかがいたいですね。

Property smelt like sewer and very limited cleaning. Didnt have trash bag for trash. The area is great for walking otherwise will not stay here again. For a hotel that smells awful with loud noises to reuqire 10,000 yen deposit is crazy.

Easy to check in and out. Good location in Shinjuku. Small but clean rooms. No space for clothing and suitcases, but over all we were satisfied with the stay. Good living for the price we payed.

This area is in a great location to walk to various tourist sites and is a 5 minute walk to a central train station. It was extremely clean; the bed was comfortable and it was enough space for my partner and I to rest comfortably. If you're using this just as somewhere to rest your head it is ideal. However; the sleeping was terrible. The sound travels and depending on your neighbours this can prevent you from having any rest as I could hear footsteps constantly all night long and banging from the upstairs neighbours. You can also hear the neighbours talking. If you need proper rest this is not the place for you!!

The hotel is very close to the JR station, but the soundproofing is not very good. The room has a washing machine, which is great, but it is very small and there is no place to hang clothes to dry. The room also has an exhaust fan, but its placement is inconvenient, and I’ve hit my head on it several times.

Nice place. Hotel room is a lot smaller than I thought but that is not a knock to the place, it had everything you want. I would recommend to a friend. Pro tip if you are over 6 feet ceilings aren’t that tall

This place is not a regular hotel setup. It’s more like a small Japanese apartment situation. Small clean room in a quiet little side street neighborhood. Tons of restaurants and entertainment 1block away. I’ll definitely stay here again.

My fella and I felt like giants in the room. He’s six feet tall and I’m five nine. There was a loft in the room that we didn’t have access to according to notes saying that they’d know if the ladder was used and we’d be charged a bunch of money if it was found that we touched it. It was a full on key for the room door instead of a card that was fun at first but later became annoying because it’s pretty bulky. The part of town was a bit rundown. I was uncomfortable walking around alone at night. All that being said, it was cheap and close to two train stations which was great. However, in hindsight I think I would have been happier spending another $100+ staying somewhere I wasn’t constantly hitting my head on things and to have a bathroom that was big enough to pull my pants up in instead of having to open the door and step out into the room to do it. We got what we paid for and it was fine for the three nights we were there but I won’t be staying there the next time I’m in Tokyo.

Area was great and the apartment its self wasn’t bad at all, size was okay compared to other places I stayed in around Japan. My only issue was the staff. Unfortunately, extremely rude and unhelpful and had no idea what was going on, the person I communicated with over email and the person I spoke to in person at the hotel had conflicting rules. Was told not to listen to whatever the person who responded to my emails said because they change the rules daily which made absolutely no sense to me at all. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the unfortunate experience since there were several issues. It’s kind of sad as the area was great.

Everything worked fine, polite staff, super close to train station. Only minus they require a deposit or passport for safety reasons and I don’t this happening from A while, I guess they got bad experiences in the past

Was tidy and large enough for us, very convenient location for public transport and local restaurants. I was grateful that they took a booking last minute, but was taken by surprise when they asked for a 10000 yen cash deposit on arrival as this was not made clear to us when booking, so none of us had cash and I had to give them my passport instead.

Easy to check in and out. Good location in Shinjuku. Small but clean rooms. No space for clothing and suitcases, but over all we were satisfied with the stay. Good living for the price we payed.

駅チカで大久保、新大久保共に近くて、歌舞伎町からも徒歩圏内です。部屋も快適でした。ゴージャスなホテルがいい方は違うと思いますが、周りのお店は夜遅くまで開いていて、便利で、部屋内に洗濯機もあり、私たちはリピありです。ありがとうございました。

My fella and I felt like giants in the room. He’s six feet tall and I’m five nine. There was a loft in the room that we didn’t have access to according to notes saying that they’d know if the ladder was used and we’d be charged a bunch of money if it was found that we touched it. It was a full on key for the room door instead of a card that was fun at first but later became annoying because it’s pretty bulky. The part of town was a bit rundown. I was uncomfortable walking around alone at night. All that being said, it was cheap and close to two train stations which was great. However, in hindsight I think I would have been happier spending another $100+ staying somewhere I wasn’t constantly hitting my head on things and to have a bathroom that was big enough to pull my pants up in instead of having to open the door and step out into the room to do it. We got what we paid for and it was fine for the three nights we were there but I won’t be staying there the next time I’m in Tokyo.

The room appeared clean and I liked the white sheets. I liked that our family room had two bathrooms. There were complimentary umbrellas downstairs to keep us dry in the rain. The neighbors were quiet. We liked the alley ways with restaurants and the local Family Mart that was in our area. There was a Don Quijote store within walking distance of us, coffee shops, and good eats like a quaint hole in wall fresh soup dumplings place. Too bad there was a mound of trash next to this property in the alley that never got picked up in two days we were there. The laundry machine in the property worked but it did not have heat to dry clothes thoroughly so we had to walk to a laundry mat to dry our clothes using a machine that utilized heat. Overall, our stay was comfortable.

We booked a 4-night stay here just before Christmas 2025. Just to be clear: this is not a hotel, but an AirBnB style of accommodation. The AC/heater was almost ready to retire, lots of dust on the weird green curtains, kinda dirty decorative pillows/blankets (the brown ones), dirty laundry machine, and it seems that someone actually lives here as there was a name on the front door. During our last night, we actually had a notice to vacate the premises as they were supposedly doing something illegal in regards to licensing. The only good thing about this place was the location as it was very central. In short, we wouldn't book here again.

Quarto pequeno mas muito limpo, com todas as comodidades, inclusive máquina de lavar. Perto da estação de metro e na região de Shinjuku. Ficaria tranquilamente novamente. Restaurante’s, lojas e serviços nas proximidades. Funcionários simpáticos.
