Este precioso ático a estrenar tiene una terraza exterior muy grande con barbacoa y encantadoras vistas al mar. Se encuentra justo en frente del mar y del paseo marítimo de la bahía de San Pablo.
También hay conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita en el apartamento.
El apartamento tiene dos amplias terrazas. La terraza más grande mide 5 x 3 m y tiene vistas a la bahía y es ideal para tomar el sol, desayunar, almorzar, cenar en pareja o simplemente relajarse con una copa de vino mientras disfruta de las bonitas vistas al mar. Consulte las imágenes adjuntas para ver las magníficas vistas que hay desde esta terraza, que está amueblada con muebles de jardín (mesa, sillas y tumbonas) y también con una barbacoa de gas.
La segunda terraza más grande mide 3 x 1 m y está orientada al sureste. Por lo tanto, esta terraza es ideal para que una pareja desayune y disfrute del sol de la mañana. En esta segunda terraza hay una lavadora.
Este ático tiene una habitación doble con baño en suite y una cocina, comedor y sala de estar. Este ático en el último piso se sirve con un ascensor. La cocina está totalmente equipada y en el comedor combinado hay televisión por internet con muchos canales internacionales. El apartamento está totalmente climatizado.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely place. As a solo traveler, it was the perfect size for me. I think a couple could stay there also but I can’t see three people staying there (maybe a child on the couch in kitchen area). What I loved: Perfectly clean, loved the layout of the space with daylight coming from two opposite directions. The patio and its extraordinary view, off course, over San Paul’s Bay… splendid. The building is quiet and functional (elevator, caddies to take to the supermarket)… the overall location made it easy to Bolt my way everywhere. The neighborhood could use a few hot spots for a local night out. It is very quiet at night but it felt very safe, which is essential. And although the place is not quite as big as the pictures make it out to be, I felt at home and very “at home” instantly, which is the most important thing I could ask for. Very good communication with the Manager of the space. I definitely recommend this place.
