Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was an ok place, outdated and older. But manager office was prompt to resolve any issues and good. They send us an email a few days and changed ourProperty because of the construction wich we did not realized the place has been under. Overall was ok.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family spent a week in this condo. The furniture was modern and clean and it had a well-supplied kitchen. It got down to 38 degrees one night so we turned on the heat. We had to shut it off because the vents were extremely dirty and were blowing out white particles all over.The closet out on the deck needs to be totally cleaned out. There were birds in there when we arrived! The location of this condo is perfect. We enjoyed being right on the beach and enjoyed many beautiful sunsets! We played mini-golf at Pirates Cove which was just within walking distance. Overall, we had a spectacular family vacation!

We were woke up each day at 7 am by hammer drills and other loud noises. It by far the worst experience we have had in Indian shores. We had to park across the street due to the construction going on. Other than that it was great.
