We stayed 4 nights at Dusit Hotel. We were looking for an affordable and comfortable hotel with an access to the beach. Dusit hotel was beyond expectations. The hotel has everything you can possibly think of for a 5 stars hotel. The room is large very comfortable and beautifully designed and decorated. Breakfast is very nice with a lot of options. The pool at the 31st floor offers an outstanding view on the city. During our stay we have been given coupons to go the private beach, 5 min walk for the hotel, were you can enjoy a transat with an umbrella, towels and water. You can also buy food and beverages. Overall an exceptional experience, that I recommend

Overall the room wasn't cleaned properly. It was an okay room, a lot of empty space. Customer service wasn't that great. Front desk staff tended to avoid speaking to or acknowledging me whenever I was coming in or leaving which was the strangest thing. I accidentally booked the hotel room twice and tried to get a refund for one of the bookings and was denied. It was the exact same room and dates too but I was still denied. I wouldn't stay here again when I'm back in Doha. I'd rather pay more and go to the St. Regis.

The Dusit is a fabulous hotel. The room and bathroom are very spacious. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are amazing. The breakfast buffet was fab with so much to chose from. The location of the hotel is perfect. As for West Bay in Qatar it is lovely and immaculately clean . Be aware if your going out to have a drink at one of the hotels you have to have id on you ie, a passport no matter your age.

I’m regular customer at Dusit doha hotel. Everything is perfect , from staff to services, location everything. They just need to add more lights in the bathrooms on top of lavatory. It’s a bit dark in the toilette. But other than that all is good as i said i’m a regular customer at Dusit Doha

The hotel and the amenities are ok. But it is disappointingly and poorly managed. I arrived at 8.30 pm and my room was not ready yet. I had a friend come to my room for a bit, and got a call from the front desk about it. I definitely would not stay there again.
