A strange hotel to be honest. Book in in the bar! Then taken through a metal door into a very narrow corridor and stairs to our room. The room was tidy and clean. But because the floors were above a bar the noise was pretty grim. Playing music and laughing till 2am was a bit much. We only stayed two days instead of three nights. Nothing to do with them it was a personal thing. Bognor itself is also grim. The pier arcades were empty of stuff to win, very grotty. Not worth going to be honest. Back the the hotel, it was more like rooms over a noisy pub.

Terrible “hotel” entire place smelt like feces and sewerage. Grotty decor not a hotel fairly sure it was being used as a bed sit. Had to step over a teenager in the lobby / entrance who was taking apart and repairing his e-bike. Room was basic and grubby television had no remote control couldn’t be operated without one and wasn’t connected to an aerial anyway Loud bar downstairs room as I said was smelly and stuffy couldn’t open window really though due to all the pigeons living on the window ledge

This is a really good hotel air con in room to keep cool and great staff making you feel welcome, great sea view and would definitely stay again

In the explanation they said WiFi at 25mps in each room, there was no WiFi even the TV in the room couldn’t connect!!! They said they had a parking lot, they don’t it’s just street parking, Free 6pm-8am
