Easy access from i-295. plenty of restaurant options nearby. pool was dirty and not clean, but everything else was great.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the front desk and she was extremely helpful with getting us set up with our room promptly even though we arrived late at night. She was super sweet with our girls and immediately we felt at home. The rooms were super clean and very spacious! Love the sliding door separating the beds from the bathroom which made it a whole lot easier getting ready in the morning without disturbing anyone. I will definitely recommend this hotel!

It was very clean and comfortable. They breakfast was pretty good. The pool was a bit cloudy and needed to be shocked or something but overall it was nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Fine except the condition of the parking lot!! Work was being done and for 3 days we had to park pretty far from the door!! Was not happy about it! Should I have known I would have went elsewhere!!!

Property was clean, a lot of kids were on property at the time of our stay so it was very loud. Our room was right next to the side door to the pool so it was a lot of open and close. The hotel is right next to a top golf which is nice until you have to hear the parking lot of cars honking until late at night. The breakfast was average. Unfortunately the pool was closed for some of our stay and the water looked foggy the whole time. Overall a nice hotel for a quick stay. Clean, decent location to everything you need.

Nice Motel, good room, Hot, sumptuous breakfast, good amenities, free onsite parking, fast internet, helpful, lovely reception staff, heater and A/C quiet and good, but a little bit of traffic noise, as windows are single pane, but we slept well because of, after a long drive.

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were amazing. I loved that they have dove soap and lotion in the bathrooms The only true issue was that the pool seemed to be dirty. I had use the pool cleaner myself to remove debris from the pool.

Loved the fresh brewed 24 hour coffee in the lobby. Close to everywhere I needed to be! Super clean and quiet rooms!

I've always been a fan of Holiday Inn Express & Suites but, this was my worst stay. The day bed/sofa looked like it had semen stains.

The room had a large red juice stain in carpet and the shower had hair in it and toilet was not cleaned , smell of urine in the bathroom

This hotel was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Perfect location to food and interstate. Very safe area. When I come back to this area, I will only stay here.

I have stayed the night in several hotels in the area, this Holiday Inn was above and beyond in hospitality, cleanliness and comfort. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Overall, great location. It was close to shopping and dining. We chose the hotel because of the close proximity to Top Golf. I loved the 24 hour coffee! It was very hot in our room and the beds/pillows were very uncomfortable. The queen bed was a very tight fit for 2 adults, and it was a very firm mattress.

Spacious rooms. Average comfort bed, water pressure in shower is decent. Average breakfast.

Clean enough, cool enough and comfortable. Very spacious room design (was in a suite). Bathroom amenities Dove products were great to have.

Perhaps the AC was a bit loud, other than that, it was a very good place.

Very nice, clean hotel. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable and rooms were cold as you wanted. Coffee was great. Proximity to the highway made it a little loud in the room we were in. Maybe in a room facing a different direction you wouldn't have heard it as much. I would definitely stay here again.

Lidia was phenomenal. Super friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside is that my room was probably too close to the road and I could hear the cars go by. Other than that bring your earplugs. I love this place and the staff is super friendly. I felt like at home.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville – Town Center and was thoroughly impressed. The location is fantastic — just steps from St. Johns Town Center and close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions like TopGolf. The staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth and quick. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-lit, with a comfortable bed and plenty of outlets for charging devices. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for both work and streaming.

Nice hotel. Just need front desk or housekeeping to answer the phone. Multiple calls made. All with no response.

I did not like the night manager informing me that because I did not pay for my room in advance and that my card on file(which was closed bc of fraud two days prior) was declined when they tried to charge the rooms bc of my late arrival decided to scold me on they have the right to give my reservation (rooms) to someone else. Which is absolutely understandable, however that was not the case bc there was availability but it was no need to keep reiterating my declined card in the presence of my friends and family that we’re also staying at the hotel. The hotel was clean and everyone else was very nice, but I would not stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone

Check in was wonderful. The young lady at the desk at check in was fabulous.The comfort of the room was lovely, only thing was the hot water would change with others showing and wound go like warm. Breakfast items were plenty and a lot of variety. Parking lot and Lobby was clean. The check out was a bit upsetting. It was 11:07am and I got a call on the room phone from the man at the front desk wanting us out and I’ve never experienced that so abrupt like that. We were gathering out things to leave getting all organized and 7 minutes after check out time I got a call rushing me. I would have thought there would be at least a 20-30 minute window to exit the hotel especially being a Holiday Inn member I wouldn’t think the front desk would be on your tail that quickly especially with being handicap which I explained in the check in notes and to the young lady at check in but they didn’t have a handicap room available.Next time maybe the man at the front desk can be a bit more patient and understanding to guests checking out to allow them a little window past 11am especially being handicap and elderly.The man at the front desk when I was very nice and pleasant checking out he wouldn’t make eye contact with me when spoken to and he just wanted us to leave so he could move on with his day.I’ve traveled and gone over all over the country and world traveling and he needs to be trained be trained more efficiently and to be a bit more courteous to guests. Thank you.

My daughter and I were in town to visit UNF. The location is perfect, central to everything and easy to get onto the highway.

The hotel was close to numerous restaurants and stores as well as UNF. The great thing though is that its location is away from the high traffic areas making it easy to enter, exit and park. The staff was super nice and helpful with questions.

St Johns Towncenter close by is a very big plus. I really loved this area and will stay again in the future.

The staff was wonderful ! Allowed me to check in a little early because I was “road weary” from a long drive. The breakfast was a little bit, disappointing only because for example there was no butter or cream cheese for bagels or toast, and the juice was a little bit watered down outside that the coffee was great. The eggs were great.

Great customer service! Clean room! Breakfast can be better. Also the fruit juices need to be sweeter and not watered down with no taste. Unseasoned potatoes and eggs. Bacon would have been nice.

We were not happy with the continental breakfast- expected more. Powdered eggs, Turkey sausage and regular sausage, biscuits and gravy- it was the same every morning. Gravy was definitely canned or had a flavor of being canned. We had long days and looked forward to a fresh breakfast. There was no coffee pot in the room. Which was the biggest turn off. Great location, clean but the added extras weren’t exceptional by any means. The people were nice, the place was clean..
