SureStay Hotel by Best Western Meridian

The young lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not much to ride home about.

Construction workers stayed there and they were very loud and rude.

Wasn’t what was shown on website you could see the outside from under the door the carpet was stained and dirty had a odor no outlet for plugging up phones too noisy

The room was clean. The staff was nice. The air worked the water worked. I changed hotels at 11 o’clock at night because of a problem at the hotel I was at. Sure they had no problem getting me a room that was more than sufficient.

Made reservations on line during the 19 hour drive and didn’t scroll to the end to see the additional charges for having a pet. The man working said he’d cancel the reservation and I’d get a refund but he lied. No cancellation. No refund. I’ll NEVER stay in another Best Western
