Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Alles gut gepflegt und sauber. Gesamtes Ambiente sehr schön und mondän. Guter Wellnessbereich. Sehr gut erreichbar. Ein paar Minuten bis zur Straßenbahn die alle paar Minuten fährt. Gute Geschäfte in der gleichen Straße. Kein Alkohol und vorwiegend muslimisches Publikum, aber das weiß man ja vorher. Alles Top!

Had this hotel a few times now. Staff is very friendly. Clean rooms witch amazing balconies. The gym is amazing and very well equipped with even a boxing ring. High quality yechnogym equipment. Swimming pool is not very big but nice. And everything you beed is in walking distance.

It is really new and really luxury hotel. Probably too luxury for the Western mentality. Friendly stuff and good management. the only minor downside is too many confusing rules and regulations. Some important equipment did not work in mens spa during our stay, but I hope they will fix it eventually.

We’ve just been from Istanbul and Ottoman hotel made a whole experience wonderful! Fantastic hotel with excellent facilities. I was very skeptical as had been doing research with pool facilities etc one by one hotel in Istanbul and not many hotel in Istanbul offers a good swimming pool (pool is very important for us as it’s not holiday if no good swimming pool) but the pool in ottoman is wonderful 10 out of 10! I even swam at 6.30am before our flight at 13pm just how good to swim here! Sauna, steam, turkish bath are also superb! No complaint at all

Lovely hotel. Clean and very well decorated. Breakfast was great too, with a nice range and fresh omelette made to order. Swimming pool was nice although not allowed for children under 7 and you have to be wearing a swim cap. Easy access to nearby tram station to Sultanahmet and Grand Bazaar. Lots of food places nearby too.

This hotel is in a word…sumptuous! Upon check in, we were given a free upgrade and they sent complimentary fruit and nuts to us later that evening. The hotel is clean, with quality in every single detail, from the marble floors, chandeliers, and beautifully appointed and spotless rooms. This was truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. It is a bit farther from the tourist attractions but a short tram ride. It also was WAY less touristy and the surrounding restaurants and stores had much better prices and more delicious food. I would also highly recommend the breakfast at the hotel. It says continental but it was complete and delicious with rows of fresh fruits and vegetables and baked goods, as well as made-to-order Omelettes and eggs any style. We enjoyed it every single morning and had different foods each day!

Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier und der Aufenthalt war wieder mal gut. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit der Zimmer sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es wird nur oberflächlich saubergemacht. Pantoffeln, Toilettenpapier und Wasser mussten wir mehrmals erfragen. Die Handtücher müssten mal unbedingt erneuert werden, sie sind rissig, verwaschen und sehr dünn. Der Boden wird nicht gesaugt, es wird schnell und dürftig saubergemacht. Die Bettwäsche wird - wenn sie sauber aussieht - einfach nicht gewechselt, obwohl das Schild ausgelegt wurde. Ich muss sagen, dass sich diesbezüglich leider nichts verändert hat. Die Sauberkeit war auch beim letzten Mal unser Kritikpunkt. Sehr schade, dass sich da nichts getan hat. Bei unserer Ankunft war außerdem das Schlosssysten der Tür locker. Das hätte man im Vorfeld erkennen und reparieren müssen. Es wurde dann auch am nächsten Tag repariert. Das Hotelpersonal ist - wie gewohnt - 1A! Sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und mit einem tollen Sinn für Humor :-) Ein besonderer Dank gilt Imen, Lilia und alle, deren Namen ich nicht mehr weiß. Sie alle haben mit Ihrer Hilfsbereitschaft, Freundlichkeit und raschen Problembewältigung den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht! Insgesamt ein angenehmer Hotelaufenthalt. Einzig die Reinigungskräfte sollten unbedingt geschult werden. Wir kommen aber gerne wieder :-)

Had to change room Within 5 minutes of landing, hair on bed carpet dirty fridge filthy . Spoke to the manager who assured me he had just checked the room . New room we moved into same issue hair in bedding fridge dirty mirrors full of marks cleanliness huge issue that needs dealing with . Excellent location staff semi friendly stayed in many hotels has to be the worst so far in Istanbul for hygiene . Location extremely well but let down by standard of the hotel up keep daily clean was literally make the beds up no vacuuming wiping etc dirt on the floor was always there family slept with socks on and covered pillows with clothes they had !

Receptionist was very rude on check in. I booked two superior twin rooms. I was given an accessibility/ disabled rooms. Cleanliness was very poor. We found hair and nail clippings inside bed sheets. Hair everywhere in the bathroom. When we asked for the sheets to be changed, this was not done. Rooms were spacious and furniture was relatively news. A/C worked very well. Overall I would rate this hotel as average due to poor customer experience at reception and cleanliness level.

The infrastructure was excellent, but I believe the service needs improvement. Upon check-in, the very first thing I noticed was a chewing gum stuck on my pillow, which was quite disappointing. Mein Zimmer im fünften Stock war sehr groß und hatte sogar einen Balkon. Geblieben bin ich für 8 Nächte. Es war alles zu vollster Zufriedenheit. Zum Geburtstag gab es einen lieben Gruß der Küche. Der Spa-Bereich (hauptsächlich die gemeinsame Umkleide) mit dem auch extern nutzbaren Fitnessstudio könnt in den Abendstunden etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit benötigen.

We reserved their family room which is a two bedroom suite. The room is fantastic. There were some issues with the A/C but they came and fixed it quickly. The stuff was very rude the breakfast stuff make you feel so bad asking over & over that you need to pay for breakfast instead of just charge your room and go on with it the end of the checkout they should ask you you wanna pay upfront or charge on your card we ever wants to book it. Sabah saatlerinde otele giriş yaptım. Güvenlik haricinde resepsiyondaki bayan ne hoş geldiniz dedi ne de yerinden kalktı. İlk selamı ben verdim, iyi çalışmalar diledim ve erken geldiğimi belirttim. Aldığım tek cevap “kimlikleri alayım” oldu. Herhangi bir güler yüz, yönlendirme ya da misafirperverlik yoktu. Ücret talep edilip odamı aldım ama süreç boyunca “iyi istirahatler” gibi basit bir nezaket bile gösterilmedi. Yaşadığım memnuniyetsizliği dile getirdiğimde ise “siz bilirsiniz” şeklinde umursamaz bir yanıt aldım. Kahvaltı alanında da durum farklı değildi. Hiçbir personel günaydın, hoş geldiniz ya da afiyet olsun demedi. 5 yıldızlı, bu kadar güzel ve temiz bir otele personel seçimi maalesef hiç yakışmıyor. Hizmet kalitesi, personelin güler yüzü ve kibarlığıyla tamamlanır. Bu konuda ciddi bir eksiklik var.

Disappointed. The hotel looks beautiful and the bed was fabulous. The cleanliness could certainly be improved and the staff were really quite rude and communication was a problem. The spa was beautiful but the staff made it unpleasant. The attitude and behaviour of the man on the night desk was disgraceful.

This is a great hotel, close to all the amenities and lots of restaurants. Plenty of public transportation options within a walking distance to get you to the rest of the city. We loved the property and the staff were amazing. The restaurant was solid in a very nice setting. The only issue we had was that the hotels.com description send it included a bar. It did have a bar but they did not have alcohol and they do not serve alcohol in the entire Hotel so I think it would be more accurate to remove the bar indication in the hotel description.

Hotel looks beautiful from the outside however its not the same experience inside. The first day we arrived, there were lots of missing amenities. We complained about it for the whole day and were provided this the next day. The restaurant meal was terrible, ordered room service and had one of the worst food experiences in instanbul, we had to call them multiple times to even order this food as they were not answering the phone. We did not carry the right USB and when we approached staff to help with this, they were trying to charge us more money and tried to give us an old USB while keeping the new one for themselves.Pool and spa facilities are not great either especially for couples. Overall it was not a stay i would recommend to couples.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at this hotel. Everything was just perfect, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the exceptional breakfast each morning. The breakfast spread was truly outstanding, with so many delicious options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was very convenient, and the hotel’s location made it easy to access public transport ,we used the nearby train station to reach all the famous attractions with ease. There are also plenty of shopping malls and restaurants close to the hotel, which was super convenient. Our kids absolutely loved the stay, it was a wonderful experience for the whole family. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Enjoyed my stay at hotel deluxe mid June for 4 nights. Hotel staff were friendly & always happy to help, also offered a money exchange service at front desk. Breakfast was pleasant but there could have been more variety also there was no toaster available for the bread and english tea was hard to come by (i am glad i took my own teabags) Room was as described- tidy & spacious. We had requested a connecting room as had two family bookings and this was given which was great! The only negative i have to say was on one of the nights there was a party/wedding event taking place on the ground floor, we were staying on the 1st floor and the music was absolutely pounding until almost 1am! Events like these should not be allowed to end so late i’m sure we weren’t the only guest’s being kept awake by the loud music. Other than that our stay has been very pleasant. We ate from the garden restaurant twice was very nice. Hotel is a 4min walk from a shopping mall & 5mins walk from tram/bus stop so super convenient- also a mini convenience store is situated opposite the hotel which came in handy.
