I have stayed here I the past and thought that it was impeccable, but this time the breakfast service was poor. No coffee sometimes, no forks and no one around to ask about it.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the mini market at the front. Hotel was quiet and in a great area to walk to local restaurants at the Levee. Great outdoor space with seating. The only thing I could possibly say that was a miss was that the rooftop and tap bar is closed on Sunday and Mondays.

Hotel was very clean and staff was pleasant. I reserved a “city view” room. You could see the city if you looked hard. Mostly saw construction and another hotel. Breakfast was your standard complimentary hotel breakfast but food was fresh. Only complaints I would have would be the thin walls. We heard the upstairs people walking and singing in the shower. We could also hear the tv/music in the room next door rather loudly. Oh and you have to pay $15 day parking.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Our only complaint was the sound transmission between the units. It seemed like the developers skimped on sound insulation.

This was my third stay at this hotel in the past year. The previous two stays were great, this most recent visit was horrible. Upon checking into my room I took my shoes off and stepped in a very wet area of carpet. I quickly realized it was either dog or human urine based off the smell. I called to the front desk to complain and waited for some time for the desk clerk to come to my room and sniff the wet area. He then proceeded to tell me about is elder dog that also has accidents. I was then informed he got me a new room. He gave me the room number pointed to its direction and walked away. He did not even bother to walk me to the room. Upon entering my new room there was an unknown brown substance on the tile floor and the windows had not been cleaned in some time. Other than receiving this other room the only thing staff did for me was validate my parking for the inconvenience of stepping in a biohazard within their facility. Upon the next morning I found they have also decreased the offerings of their breakfast. In the past they’ve had eggs, bacon, and sausage. Now it’s just cereal, bagels, apples/bananas and Yoplait yogurt along with an overflowing trash bin next to the dining area. This will be my last stay at that hotel as it appears customer service, cleaning, and amenities all have gone downhill.
