Neapolitan Breakfast

Matias foi extremamente atencioso e solícito em nossa chegada !! Chegamos de madrugada e ele nos recebeu e nos deu um atendimento excelente!! Tudo limpo, organizado, confortável e extremamente bem localizado!! Volto 100 vezes!!

Easy, convenient, great location

We had a bit of an unfortunate stay, the electrical transformator in the building had failed shortly prior to our arrival and the repairs made the electricity a bit unreliable. They finished the repairs the morning we left so it's most likely not a permanent issue. The positives of our stay was that the hotel was quiet and the staff was really helped us planning both what sights to visit as well as which restaurants he recommended

I would give it a 7 STAR if possible. I must say, I travel a lot, specially to Italia and this is one of the better places I have stayed in Napoli. STAFF: Mattia went several times out of his way to make accommodations extra special (meeting us at the last min when we forgot to let him know about our arrival, bringing breakfast to room on one morning and providing vouchers for the other mornings; providing us with great restaurant and tour info for Napoli). The housekeepers were fantastic as well and very helpful. On our first day, we were fortunate enough to witness the Pope parade past our hotel. Mattia helped us with the exact timing of it so we were right there in front as the Pope passed in front of us on his popemobile. A bucket list item.... LOCATION: Very central, 2 min walk to the Metro and many shopping and eating places. The staff was wonderful. You have to try the Gelato shop next to the hotel, FANTASTICO... When not if, I go back to Napoli, definitely staying here...
