Our room wasnot clean. There was pee stains under the toilet seat & the floor. We could hear other people in their rooms. Staff was nice though. The windows wouldnt close.

The building looks old but once u go into ur rooms completely different. They r really nice and recently refurbished. AC works fantastic. Big HD tv. Bathroom really clean and modern. No smells. And the included breakfast is fabulous. If I ever go back to bologna, I’d stay there again. Keep up the good work guys. It’s a little outside the city but we took Ubers.

We spent one night in the family room (2adults and 3 kids) and was surprised by the quality ofthis hotel ! So clean quiet and convenient! The room was brand new , each bedroom had its own minibar +a coffee/tea station

Stayed here for one night. Asked for a quiet room on a high floor and was given a room right next to the lift shaft, which also has wooden floors so super noisy. Moved to another room which had an un-renovated and old fashioned bathroom and was filthy. Black hairs were everywhere including on the bedding, the pillows looked dirty, and I didn’t even want to lay on it. Plug sockets next to bed didn’t work. Light switches next to bed also didn’t work, so we had to use the fuse box at the front door to turn the lights off. Breakfast wasn’t great, things didn’t taste fresh and staff wasn’t friendly. Wouldn’t recommend, and definitely won’t return

Beautiful property and beautifully renovated rooms. It is not very close to the old part of Bologna (23 minutes drive). One bathroom for a room of 5 is a bit crowded. The area was quiet but had a lot of mosquitos. Overall very good hotel though

Alle 23,45 vengo svegliato da una coppia che magicamente si palesa nella mia camera con le stesse chiavi ......si scusano e vanno via ......alle ore 24,00 mi chiamano dalla reception chidendomi di nuovo i miei dati e quelli della mia compagna, mai vista una cosa del genere!!! Meno male che eravamo in camera, altrimenti i due sconosciuti avrebbero avuto accesso ai miei oggetti personali (borse, zaini ecc...)

The hotel is very nice. Great staff. Only issue: no transportation. There’s very limited public transport around. However, a taxi could cost you on average 20€ to/from downtown. Other than transportation, the hotel is very good.

Gutes Hotel abseits des Zentrums, aber für Autofahrer ideal gelegen und mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Geräuschbelästigung durch umliegende Straßen bei geöffnetem Fenster möglich. Keine Mängel bzgl. Sauberkeit erkennbar, gute Betten und sehr freundlicher Empfang. Frühstück hinreichend vielfältig in guter Qualität und gutem Kaffee; lediglich die Marmelade aus dem Spender erschien minderwertig. Die nähere Hotelumgebung ist wenig einladend.

Im Großen und Ganzen eine saubere schöne Unterkunft. Leider war das Frühstück überhaupt nicht ansprechend. Alles Fertigprodukte, nichts ansprechendes oder frisches. Weder Tomaten noch Gurken noch Oliven.
