Gute Anlage mit mehr Potential. Nicht gefallen hat uns das Essen, die Getränke aus Plastikbechern sowie die Abendunterhaltung ausschließlich auf Französisch.

Aufgrund der vielen Franzosen hatte ich mit besserem Essen gerechnet. Das Buffet war okay, oft frisch, aber nur wenige schmackhaft zubereitete Gerichte. Viel Burger, Hotdogs, Pizza, Pommes, Nudeln. Viele wollen das ja auch so.Immerhin gab es immer auch Fisch. Das A-la-Carte Restaurant ist nur drei Tage pro Woche geöffnet, was uns beim Check-in nicht gesagt wurde. Schon am dritten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes konnten wir dort vor unserer Abreise keinen Platz mehr bekommen. Die Zimmer sind groß und hell, das Bad pinselsaniert, was für mich okay war, aber Duschen in der Badwanne ist für mich schon ein Unfallrisiko. Der Meerblick ist durch Dächer und Solaranlage der am Hang gebauten Zimmer beeinträchtigt. Aber okay, für den Preis. Schön waren die Gärten zwischen den Häusern, mit sehr eifrigen und freundlichen Gärtnern, außerdem die Pools. Schön angelegt, sehr sauber, groß und tief. Außenpools unbeheizt, aber mit 19 Grad Anfang März benutzbar. Beheizter Innenpool klein, aber warm. Der über einen steilen Weg erreichbare Strand von Esquinzo ist sehr schön, hat eine nette Bar und man kann Liegen mieten. Was uns gar nicht gefiel, war die Bar des Hotels. Statt dort abends bei netter Musik einen Drink nehmen zu können, wird man dort durch die lautstarken Spiele der französischsprachigen Animation beschallt. Die Terrasse der Bar ist mit Plastikmöbeln bestückt und insgesamt nicht sehr gemütlich. Man kann sich in die Hotelhalle setzen, aber dort gibt es relativ wenige Plätze.

Teilweise ist die Einrichtung bisschen heruntergekommen und dreckig. An zwei Tagen wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt, haben uns neue Handtücher selber besorgt. Gegen Ende des Urlaubes wurden es mehr Gäste im Hotel, was dafür gesorgt hat, dass keine Gläser an den Spendern mehr da war, dreckiges Geschirr herumstand usw. Dies ist bisschen schade gewesen. Insgesamt jedoch ein schöner Urlaub.

Poca variedad de comida y animación totalmente en francés, las personas de España nos sentimos excluidas al no entender nada. Por lo demás muy buen hotel, ojalá mejoren eso!

La terasse vue Ocean est tres mediocre la vue correspond plus a une vu toit de l'immeuble en dessous . La chambre etait grande est spacieuse . Tres déçue de la temperature des piscines. Piscines extrêmement froide. Difficile de s'y baigner meme en periode d'été. Restauration mediocre , peu de choix et répetitif. Sercice en salle de restauration pas du tout professionnel cest a nous meme de mettre la table apres d'autres clients et de nettoyer les tables . Un grand merci au femme de ménage qui font un tres bon travail sur la propreté des chambres.

A nice hotel, with good service and a great spa team. However, the value of the all-inclusive is quite low, with everything stopping at 11pm and only very cheap and nasty versions of alcoholic drinks available unless you pay extra. Seems to mostly cater to French guests, with very little in Spanish or English.

Sara and Sheila were great host. The service was great. The entertainment should be more inclusive. Mostly French.

I stayed here for a week and I was ready to come home after it usually I want to stay longer, main reason being there was nothing to do on the night time no where to go and if there was there where to many banks and the foot paths where non existent, the water pressure in the bathroom was not very good either, the staff where very helpful, I would like to say a big thank you to oz who spoke good English and was part of the entertainment team who made sure I was involved when we were playing volleyball because I was the only English person there and every body else was french, there wasn't many English people at the resort actually so everything seemed to cater for the french, The food wasn't bad but could do with a decent toaster in restaurant so you can do toast for breakfast

A relatively recently refurbished Hotel, which is clean and has a fantastic upgrade package (MFC), the staff are all friendly and received some great service from Reception, when needed. The beach is a short but steep (coming back) walk with a very uneven terrain - not for those with mobility problems - but fine for the able-bodied. The buffet rest. varied from standard fare to excellent depending on the theme but there was always something to eat, unfortunately it was quite often not hot enough, and the orange juice is watered down, these were my only, slight, negatives i had. Would we stay again? Oh yes but only with the upgrade package.

Everything was amazing. Nice place and food was lovely with plenty of choice the Staffs were very friendly . The rooms are very clean as well.

Sehr freundliches Personal überall. Das Badezimmer könnte etwas saniert werden , die Ecken und Badewanne Armatur , Fugen mussten erneuert, entkalkt und ausgetauscht werden... Ist aber alles funktionstüchtig..

Las instalaciones están muy bien, la atencion es correcta y el bufet acorde al precio. El todo incluido es un poco ambiguo, ya que fuera del desayuno, comida y cena algunas cosas no están incluidas y son de pago. Estaba muy limpio y las instalaciones,así como la habitación están muy bien. En resumen, para el precio que tiene está genial. Los empleados del buffet y de limpieza genial! Como punto negativo: el todo incluido fuera del desayuno, comida y cena es bebida de grifo y poco más, bebida elaborada se paga, y los helados también. El check out fue a las 5 de la madrugada y estuvimos buscando al chico de recepción x todo el hotel, 45 min después aparece, gracias que íbamos bien de tiempo, pero fue lo peor del viaje. The hotel itself is stunning, and the animation team work tirelessly, keeping guests engaged. The hotel charge you a daily rate to use the safe in the room, and a deposit for pool towels, which everytime you change for clean ones you have to pay an additional charge which is non refundable. Our towels got taken(stolen) and we had no receipt so lost our deposit only to be told by staff we should keep towels with us at all times. All inclusive bar stops free drinks at 11pm. Non of the above is stated when booking, you are not told to keep receipts with you for towels to be refunded at end of stay. no guest would want to steal our dirty towels, I believe they remove them, so people lose there deposits. No water provided in rooms either.

La terasse vue Ocean est tres mediocre la vue correspond plus a une vu toit de l'immeuble en dessous . La chambre etait grande est spacieuse . Tres déçue de la temperature des piscines. Piscines extrêmement froide. Difficile de s'y baigner meme en periode d'été. Restauration mediocre , peu de choix et répetitif. Sercice en salle de restauration pas du tout professionnel cest a nous meme de mettre la table apres d'autres clients et de nettoyer les tables . Un grand merci au femme de ménage qui font un tres bon travail sur la propreté des chambres.

A nice hotel, with good service and a great spa team. However, the value of the all-inclusive is quite low, with everything stopping at 11pm and only very cheap and nasty versions of alcoholic drinks available unless you pay extra. Seems to mostly cater to French guests, with very little in Spanish or English.

Hotel war schön gelegen und die Ausstattung war im Großen und Ganzen gut. Das Essen war nach ein paar Tagen leider etwas eintönig. Ansonsten ist das Hotel für den Preis ok

Emplacement super près d'une plage magnifique, même si peut être un peu sportif pour certains. Piscine extérieure fraiche mais vivifiante! Piscine intérieure agreable avec jacuzzi, sauna et hammam. Petit déjeuner délicieux, qualité des dîners variable mais globalement bon. Manque d'insonorisation dans les chambres. Location de voiture conseillée

A relatively recently refurbished Hotel, which is clean and has a fantastic upgrade package (MFC), the staff are all friendly and received some great service from Reception, when needed. The beach is a short but steep (coming back) walk with a very uneven terrain - not for those with mobility problems - but fine for the able-bodied. The buffet rest. varied from standard fare to excellent depending on the theme but there was always something to eat, unfortunately it was quite often not hot enough, and the orange juice is watered down, these were my only, slight, negatives i had. Would we stay again? Oh yes but only with the upgrade package.
