Good location, interesting check in with digital key. Prefer a door code normally. Parking was nice, communication was great. Wish there were a few small amenities provided such as basic shower things. The kitchen wasn’t 100% clean. But overall will definitely recommend this location and if need be will stay here again.

It was a nice place to stay, able to pickup groceries to save money from always dining out. The property is divided into 3 main areas, which could be better labeled as to know which 1 you are staying at 1 front entrance and 2 rear entrances.

The place was nice and clean. However, it was quite a tight space. Even with the sheet of instruction, it was hard for us to find the entrance. We requested some items but got no response as it was through Expedia. Our room was near the trash area and trash were full, so there was some smell whenever we walked by, plus some cats attacked the trash can, so trash was flew everywhere. It was cleaned up the next day by the host though. Anyway, it was a good stay, just some minor maintenance issue (TV remote was out of battery, or trash issue). We would recommend the place once these issues are fixed.

Upon check in, we noticed that the entire house had a housekeeping issue - it had not been properly cleaned in a long time. Floors were dirty and we swept them immediately, showers had mildew in all the corners, grease on top of the range hood, inside the microwave was filthy, BBQ looked like it had never been cleaned, and on and on…

So many things to say about that SMALL place… First of all, the pictures posted on the website were in NO ways matching the reality. We were supposed to have a house, and ended up in the basement of this house. Practically no windows so the place was very dark. FURTHEMORE no soap or shampoo were given because it can be “allergic” but at the same time there were dirty used up sauces in the kitchen which can be allergic .. so what’s the point ???? And because its never ending everything was so dirty, hair in beds, stains in the oven, dirty carpet… We tried to call the host but he was not helpful at all. BIG DECEPTION FUYEZ !!!!!

The property is very clean , convenient and accessible to the mall , resto, parks and coffee shops . The neighborhood is safe and quiet.Plus the bed and pillows are so comfy .Everything you need is provided except for the wifi. But we are grateful for this wonderful place of Mr. Sharma . Sorry, but this was absolutely not what we expected from the advertisment on hotels.com. The pictures on hotels.com are very nice, they show nice and good rooms. Reality is different: We had a very small appartment in the basement, no AC, partly no windows, no fresh air. No living room, filthy sleeping sofa. Needed to kill several spiders... Sorry, shouldn't be on hotels.com.

Clean quiet unit and property. There was no AC but they have multiple fans for use in all the rooms. Was a bit too small without a living room space and only 4 chairs for our family of 6. Limited kitchen utensils and cookware as well.

Really Nice place to stay. Romans are really big, clean, wonderful view on the mountains. We were 8 ( 3 couple) to travel together and everybody hot their private restroom. Very well decorated.

The stay was not that good as every night there was thumping from the upstairs until well after midnight. Also sleeping was very challenging as lights came on through the bedroom window from midnight until 4:00 ams. It would be a suggestion to put darker curtains in the bedroom.

Stay here was very nice for 2 couples and was incredibly cost effective for 2 bedrooms (we were in one of the basement units). A little bit of issue with the electronic key but the property manager was quick to respond and assist. Would certainly stay here again if traveling with a group

I chose the chateau for the view but be careful as it is divided at least in 10 lots and i got a superior basement’ i do not know what superior means as it was a basement with no view on the garden just windows for the light from above. In addition to that no service at the arrival, just text after call, i got an email with instructions. The bath had its pipes blocked and we could not take a shower, we call them but they hang up. But they finally came to fix the problem at 9.30pm… the only positive aspect is the good conditions of the equipments inside. The value of money is bad, you could find better elsewhere..

The service lacking, i was unable to get the key to the building via their Igloo lock or their Kevo service. Ive request help a few times and clearly no response. The resident was very small, with our group it proved to be very crowed foe a party of 6. The basement suiet isnt suitable for thia group. The service is lacking. I wouldnt recoment this place. Heating is either too cold or too hot as well. Inhad to sleep with the window open which isnt ideal cause you can hear traffic noises.

The property is very clean , convenient and accessible to the mall , resto, parks and coffee shops . The neighborhood is safe and quiet.Plus the bed and pillows are so comfy .Everything you need is provided except for the wifi. But we are grateful for this wonderful place of Mr. Sharma . Thank you ! . Thank you!

Really Nice place to stay. Romans are really big, clean, wonderful view on the mountains. We were 8 ( 3 couple) to travel together and everybody hot their private restroom. Very well decorated.

The service lacking, i was unable to get the key to the building via their Igloo lock or their Kevo service. Ive request help a few times and clearly no response. The resident was very small, with our group it proved to be very crowed foe a party of 6. The basement suiet isnt suitable for thia group. The service is lacking. I wouldnt recoment this place. Heating is either too cold or too hot as well. Inhad to sleep with the window open which isnt ideal cause you can hear traffic noises.

De luxe suite? Bei unserer Ankunft war die Küche total dreckig, die Pfannen und Töpfe unbrauchbar! Nach 2 h putzen und Einkäufen im Supermarkt ( neue Pfanne, Gläser, Messer) war die Küche nutzbar! Bei unserer Reklamation wurde auf den Eigentümer verwiesen, nichts passierte! Vor den Schlafzimmer Fenstern im Lichtschacht Mülltüten! Trockner Sieb voll mit Staub und Haaren des vormieters! Mülltonnen komplett voll, Müll stapelt such daneben! Elektronisches schließsystem funktionierte nicht, da man uns einen falschen Code für die App geschickt hatte! Waren 14 Nächte da, ging am di, mi und Donnerstag nicht! Kein weiterer Code möglich!

There were no towels and toiletries. I have to buy towels, shampoo and soap. Kitchen has coffee maker but there's no coffee etc.

I booked a 3-bedroom stay but only 2 bedrooms were available when we checked in. I reached out to the owner and I was told that they don’t have 3 bedrooms available. I sent proof that I paid for 3 bedrooms. They were unwilling to help.
