If you stay in the cozy canal suite, be warned you are on the top floor. I was aware there was no lift but 5 flights of stairs is just wow. There is no wardrobe to hang your clothes and i didnt like the fact there is no toilet door. So no privacy. The bed was not comfy at all and kept curling round. Breakfast was nice and staff were lovely.

Wij zijn 4 dagen in het supper hotel geweest. Super leuke dagen gehad. Meiden waren erg behulpzaam, alles was op loopafstand, bedden sliepen top. Airco op de kamers was ook erg fijn. Echt een aanrader. Enige “min punt” was dat ze geen lift hebben als je op de 4e zit is dat best een stuk omhoog

Great spot close to lots of shopping and activities. Easily walked to museums and even Chinatown. Very convenient. No elevator and the stairs can be kind of tough being a little narrow but still good overall.

There is a lot to like about SUPPER hotel. Location, great bar and reasonably priced. Despite the warning of noise the level we experienced was more than we expected from the description. It was loud enough to make the window panels shake and this went on into the early morning. Instead of fighting we tried to join in and go to the bar and party. But it doesn’t do this every night. So I think you should do more than the small notice about noise. Ear plugs and or free drinks as that might make it easier to put up with.

There is a lot to like about SUPPER hotel. Location, great bar and reasonably priced. Despite the warning of noise the level we experienced was more than we expected from the description. A very pleasant, cosy boutique hotel right in the heart of Amsterdam. The location was excellent and within walking distance of everything. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. I stayed in "Le Noir" room which is basically a dark room with a few LED mood lights. Instead of a standard TV there is a projector above the bed which projects TV onto the wall which is pretty cool. The staff did mention the hotel was new and there were certainly a few teething issues. Many areas of the hotel were still under construction and were accessible to the public - seemed a little careless that these areas were not locked. There was some noise from these works during the daytime. There were also no staff working overnight which I found to be a security hazard. Not sure what would have happened if there was an incident overnight, particularly if the key card stopped working and you become locked out... The room did not have a thermostat or any temperature controls. It was a little cold at times although my friends in the other room had a portable heater which I guess is available on request. It is worth noting that the room is essentially pitch black and even with all the lights on you can barely see anything which makes getting ready to go out difficult! Walk in shower did not drain very well. Shower also has no privacy screen so more suited for couples than friends. Despite the above issues I would definitely stay again as I believe the hotel has great potential.

This hotel is located in a great location and was central, great for a first time visitor to Amsterdam. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room I stayed in was tidy and well-presented. My only advice would be for any light sleepers to potentially looking at other options as you will hear some noise from nearby venues.

Hotellet var ret coolt, men henvendte sig nok mest til et yngre publikum. Vi havnede øverste oppe og der var ingen elevator, så der skulle slæbes kufferter. Det havde masser af charme og rigtig godt

Die Einrichtung ist nicht so fancy wie es auf den Fotos aussieht. Allgemein ist das Hotel sehr heruntergekommen und ungepflegt. Wir hatten das Zimmer ''Le Noir''. Dass es dunkel eingerichtet ist, war uns klar. Aber, dass die Lichtverhältnisse so schlecht sind hätte ich nicht gedacht. Man hat kein Tageslicht geschweige denn Luft außer die Klimaanlage. Das Zimmer wirkt sehr stickig und einengend, da es maximal durch LED Stripes und 2 Kleinen Nachtlampen beleuchtet werden kann. Sich zu schminken war eine Qual :) Es war sehr staubig und dreckig, der Beamer an der schwarzen tapezierten Wand macht auch null Spaß (sehr verpixelt durch die raue Wand). Der Eingangsbereich riecht nach einem Gemisch aus Raumduft und Toilettenabfluss, das war ebenfalls sehr unangenehm. Durch den Club nebenan kann es Nachts auch mal laut werden. Das einzig tolle ist die Lage, man ist direkt in der Innenstadt am Blumenmarkt und alle Hotspots sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Aber für den Preis werde ich nicht nochmal dort übernachten.

Väldgt fräscha rum och välstädat. Branta trappor så inget för den som har svårt att gå. Lättare frukost som serverades liknande en afternoon tea, superfint och gott. Jag kommer boka det här hotellet fler gånger.

The room and set out was nice the area also but the amount of dust in the room was actually appalling. As soon as you turn on the projector you can just see nothing but dust particles in the air floating around being assisted by the air conditioning.. I’m also still waiting for a £250 holding fee to be returned into my account that I was not informed about when making the booking.

I only had one man who was nice and helpful I didn’t appreciate the dirtiness of my room at one point an employee just straight up walked into my room without waiting for me to respond which is beyond a breach of privacy, very disgusted with my stay

Average stay for the price of rooms. Quite surprised high rated hotel like this with the price tag has a reception that shuts at 10 and have to let yourself into the property felt more like a b&b. After leaving me and my partner suffered from bed bug bits when contacting the hotel about this issue they seemed to think that it was mosquitos. Even after evening checked out by my doctor.

We stayed in the disco room and had a lovely stay. The hotel was very close to the town centre and everything was within walking distance. Staff were friendly and welcoming and kept our bags when we had checked out so we could continue to explore. Slight uncleanliness with dust and a contact lense by the sink. The shower would over flow and not drain causing the bathroom to flood. Overall, lovely hotel and really lovely area. Would go again.

No lo recomiendo tiene un problema con ratones.Vimos un ratón en la habitación que nos asignaron el en primer piso lo cual reportamos a recepción (personal de la noche) y la respuesta fue que “es normal y que el problema lo tiene en la cocina”, por lo que decidimos dejar la habitación y pasar la Noche en aeropuerto ya que ese día teníamos nuestro vuelo. Las 4 personas que nos hospedamos teníamos el desayuno incluido y todos tuvimos un cuadro estomacal. En otra dos habitaciones se hospedaron amigos y no desayunaron en el hotel y no se enfermaron. Lo único rescatable son las chicas de recepción que están durante el día las cuales tienen un muy buen servicio y prácticamente de encargan de todo.

What a little gem, we booked the Champagne suite for 2 nights and it was perfect for us. The complimentary bottle etc in the mini bar was a lovely touch qnd appreciated. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The location is spot on and walking distance to everything we needed. No complaints for us. Thank you

We loved lots of things about this hotel but it fell short in other areas. We stayed in the Bar Rouge suite and the decor was very atmospheric, the balcony lovely to sit on and people watch and the huge cinema style screen projector was great. However, the mini fridge didn't shut properley and the lounge/in room bar area was only really used as a dressing room due to tv screen veing in the bedroom. We stayed 3 nights and despite it saying rooms would be cleaned daily, i think this only happened once. We didnt complain so i suppose the hotel didnt have the chance to rectify these minor quibbles and staff were friendly when we saw them. This suite has a seperate entrance to the bar/check in area which meant we only really encountered staff checking in and out. The room itself was quite dark but we were expecting that from the others reviews and didnt cause any problems. Location is great and we didnt have any issue with noise, although it was a midweek stay so this may differ on a weekend when club next door might ve busier. Overall, we had a lovely couple of days at Hotal Supper and would return.

Location is key. The room was pretty good. Really, really small for 5 people. But we wanted to be close to the central area, so for what we needed it was great. We have a family of 5, so we wanted to be in 1 room—we got the noir room with a king and queen. Perfect. Staff was amazingly nice!! They offered to let us leave bags after checkout so we could explore without the baggage. Quiet, clean room.

A very pleasant, cosy boutique hotel right in the heart of Amsterdam. The location was excellent and within walking distance of everything. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. I stayed in "Le Noir" room which is basically a dark room with a few LED mood lights. Instead of a standard TV there is a projector above the bed which projects TV onto the wall which is pretty cool. The staff did mention the hotel was new and there were certainly a few teething issues. Many areas of the hotel were still under construction and were accessible to the public - seemed a little careless that these areas were not locked. There was some noise from these works during the daytime. There were also no staff working overnight which I found to be a security hazard. Not sure what would have happened if there was an incident overnight, particularly if the key card stopped working and you become locked out... The room did not have a thermostat or any temperature controls. It was a little cold at times although my friends in the other room had a portable heater which I guess is available on request. It is worth noting that the room is essentially pitch black and even with all the lights on you can barely see anything which makes getting ready to go out difficult! Walk in shower did not drain very well. Shower also has no privacy screen so more suited for couples than friends. Despite the above issues I would definitely stay again as I believe the hotel has great potential.

What a little gem, we booked the Champagne suite for 2 nights and it was perfect for us. The complimentary bottle etc in the mini bar was a lovely touch qnd appreciated. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The location is spot on and walking distance to everything we needed. No complaints for us. Thank you

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Amsterdam. The place was beautiful and unique. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. Truly amazing. There is no elevator, but this isn't an issue for those without health challenges. Climbing the stairs was perfectly fine, and the staff were very helpful with our luggage. Highly recommended!

It was fine when we checked in and they were friendly at the front desk, but it isn't really a front desk because there are only there at certain hours, so if you need help later in the day you are out of luck. This became a problem when mosquitos were all over our room, we found out the were coming through the ac/heating unit and we were bitten up all over. When we went downstairs to ask for help, no one was there and the bartender said they knew nothing about the hotel. We had asked them to change our sheets one day and they didn't, we had to ask again the next day. Also we were on the top floor and we could still hear the club on the bottom floor, I can't imagine how loud it would be and how impossible it would be to sleep if we were any lower down.

The smell of sewage in that room was unbearable we couldnt even stay . Full refund was agrreed then back tracked upon as soon as they had a room available the following day by this time we had already spent a night in a different hotel .

Average stay for the price of rooms. Quite surprised high rated hotel like this with the price tag has a reception that shuts at 10 and have to let yourself into the property felt more like a b&b. After leaving me and my partner suffered from bed bug bits when contacting the hotel about this issue they seemed to think that it was mosquitos. Even after evening checked out by my doctor.

Very nice receptionists - when they were available, otherwise nice bartender or security staff, very helpful. - Very small room, not even a single chair/stool, no table/desk, no night table(s), no space for a large suitcase, only a small coat-rack with six coat-hangers. No elevator (typical steep staircase). Over four days management was unable to solve a problem with the keycard access to the room, access problems each evening anew.

Lovely stay at this hotel, right in the town centre so easy access to everything. The staff at this hotel are by far the best you could ask for! Nothing was too much trouble so thanks very much for helping towards our first experience in Amsterdam!

Great spot close to lots of shopping and activities. Easily walked to museums and even Chinatown. Very convenient. No elevator and the stairs can be kind of tough being a little narrow but still good overall.

Loved our stay in the Supper Hotel. The room was so nice and the hotel is situated in such a fantastic location in the heart of Amsterdam. Definitely would stay again. And a big shout out and thanks to the beautiful Ruby who was phenomenal to us during our stay.

This hotel is located in a great location and was central, great for a first time visitor to Amsterdam. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room I stayed in was tidy and well-presented. My only advice would be for any light sleepers to potentially looking at other options as you will hear some noise from nearby venues.

The location was perfect for what we wanted, a lot of nice bars and pubs around but not so busy that you can’t get a table or could hear anything from the hotel. Everything was walkable! The value for money was really good in a city where hotels seem to be getting extortionate!

If you stay in the cozy canal suite, be warned you are on the top floor. I was aware there was no lift but 5 flights of stairs is just wow. There is no wardrobe to hang your clothes and i didnt like the fact there is no toilet door. So no privacy. The bed was not comfy at all and kept curling round. Breakfast was nice and staff were lovely.

There is a lot to like about SUPPER hotel. Location, great bar and reasonably priced. Despite the warning of noise the level we experienced was more than we expected from the description. It was loud enough to make the window panels shake and this went on into the early morning. Instead of fighting we tried to join in and go to the bar and party. But it doesn’t do this every night. So I think you should do more than the small notice about noise. Ear plugs and or free drinks as that might make it easier to put up with.

No lo recomiendo tiene un problema con ratones.Vimos un ratón en la habitación que nos asignaron el en primer piso lo cual reportamos a recepción (personal de la noche) y la respuesta fue que “es normal y que el problema lo tiene en la cocina”, por lo que decidimos dejar la habitación y pasar la Noche en aeropuerto ya que ese día teníamos nuestro vuelo. Las 4 personas que nos hospedamos teníamos el desayuno incluido y todos tuvimos un cuadro estomacal. En otra dos habitaciones se hospedaron amigos y no desayunaron en el hotel y no se enfermaron. Lo único rescatable son las chicas de recepción que están durante el día las cuales tienen un muy buen servicio y prácticamente de encargan de todo.

The stair is very very small, long and narrow, it is extremely difficult to carry heavy luggage back to the room. The maximum size of each step exactly equals to one feet (lady’s size), very easy to get hurt. Since I arrived at 11:00pm, I was told to get the key from the bar next to the hotel. I felt those staff in the bar were not friendly, maybe that was extra workload to them. When I successfully got the key and started the stay, I found the remote of air conditioner was not working. Obviously, the hotel staff did not check the room carefully. Then I went back to the bar and asked the staff to fix it or replace the batteries, the staff told me “nothing we can do, we only pass the key to you”. This hotel is absolutely not a good choice for travellers carrying big luggages 2. After you plan to have late check in, you are likely to deal with rude bar staff. And if you encounter any issues or problems with your room, NOTHING they can help. 3. DO NOT book this hotel in advance if you insist, because when I checked the room rate on 2 days prior to my check in date, it is only €35. But I paid €194.

The stair is very very small, long and narrow, it is extremely difficult to carry heavy luggage back to the room. The maximum size of each step exactly equals to one feet (lady’s size), very easy to get hurt. Since I arrived at 11:00pm, I was told to get the key from the bar next to the hotel. I felt those staff in the bar were not friendly, maybe that was extra workload to them. When I successfully got the key and started the stay, I found the remote of air conditioner was not working. Obviously, the hotel staff did not check the room carefully. Then I went back to the bar and asked the staff to fix it or replace the batteries, the staff told me “nothing we can do, we only pass the key to you”. I arrived at midnight so I had to check-in next door at the bar but the bartender was immediately helpful in getting me the key. My room was up 3 flights of extremely steep stairs so you must be careful if you are bringing big bags! Luckily I only had one small case but even without bags it's quite tricky. The room was fine, there was a projector which would have been cool to use but I was too late to work it out. There was meant to be coloured lights in the room but it didn't work on the remote. For a one night stay it was decent and a good city centre location but I wouldn't haven't been comfortable on the soft pillows if I had to stay more than one night,
