Reasonable price. Breakfast is good. The car park is located at 2/F in which you can access through the elevator. Do not return to hotel too late or else you need to park open area/ another free park that 5 mins from the hotel. Hope that 1-2 more drying machine can be introduced. Since the washing procedure last only 30mins but most people spend 40-60mins for the dryer.

This is a very neat spot! There’s a Lawson’s down the street, charcoal grilled dining right in front of the hotel. The lake is about 10 mins bike ride away. I suggest to spend the extra yen and get the electric assisted bikes from Pu San Rental (located next to Kawaguchiko Terminal). Did an overnight rental for 4600 yen per bike. But this hotel was very clean, has a common area with luggage lockers and if you pay 1000 yen you get 1-1/2 hours of sauna and bedrock bath facilities.

I cannot say enough the good things about this property. First of all the price is very good. And it comes with free shuttle pickup from the train station. Free breakfast. Decent size of room. Friendly staff who speaks good English. Automatic check-in checkout machine. When we checked out to go to Gotemba premium outlet as the next step, I realized they have a free bus service to send us straight there. And we could have used the same free service when we came from Mishima train station which could saved more. Highly recommended.

清掃が行き届いてなく、初日からバスタブに前の宿泊客のものと思われる髪の毛（他の毛も）が付いたままになっていた。東横インは他の所でも何回か利用していて安いのにサービスが良いと気に入っていたが、今回の様に掃除が行き届いていないのなら今後は使用を控えると思う。

I had to change room 3 times until I got one that didn’t smell of smoke. After it snowed there was chaos as people tried to get to the station. The hotel buses were not running. Other hotels buses were running. Reception could not call me a taxi even after an hour. I decided to walk and then got on a shuttle with another hotel. Avoid this hotel if possible it caters for the mass Chinese market.

朝食がA棟がご飯、B棟がパンとどちらも食べられるのがよかった。チェックイン前に荷物を預けられるロッカーがあるのも便利。禁煙の部屋を予約していたのに部屋に入ったらタバコ臭くて窓を開けて換気しないといけなかった。

The room was very clean, but very small. We forwarded our carry on luggages and check in luggages to Kyoto from Tokyo (we were only in Fujikawaguchiko for 2 nights and just packed enough for 3 days/2 nights in our backpacks to hold us over). If we had our luggages, the room would've been way too small. At the end of the day, we were only at the hotel to shower and sleep and it was more than adequate. Slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, hair combs, and green tea/hojicha tea were provided. The staff was very friendly and the included breakfast was AMAZING. The curry and potato soup were so good and we loved the shine muscat grape jelly!! This hotel breakfast actually beat our ryokan breakfast. It's a close walk to the bus stop, but there wasn't much to walk to in the area except for a handful of restaurants and a Lawson.

While the hotel is not directly on the water or next to the kawaguchiko station, it offers free shuttle service to the station and has very close bus stops for the local sightseeing buses. The free breakfast is a great addition because there are not many breakfast options in the area for early starts. The room was spacious and the bath was excellently sized for a taller traveler.

The shuttle bus is very efficient and useful. An easy 5 minute walk to lake Kawaguchiko. Staff are helpful and polite. Free breakfast is good! good area to stay in close to tourist attractions. Full sized bath tub! Bed was very hard but pillow and blanket were nice.

I really appreciate the shuttle bus driver and the lady that greeted us at the front of the hotel. Once we got to Kwawguichiko Station, we are exhausted and overwhelmed but as soon as we headed to the shuttle bus our driver took our suitcase and we felt safe and taken care of. Check-in was very smooth to our surprise and everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you to the hotel and staff for making everything wonderful. The only surprise was that the check-out time was 10 am. That was inconvenient and out of the ordinary for us as it is earlier than most other hotels. I hope the hotel can reconsider to have check-out at 11 am like other places.

We lost one of our carry on bag, we needed to retrieve it that was left in the JR train, the staff went above & beyond to help us to find it because we don’t speak Japanese. We were able to locate it at lost & found at JR terminal with everything intact. We really appreciate their professional level of complete outstanding service.

Even in a service oriented country like Japan, I have rarely seen such great service. They have free shuttle bus from hotel to station, free baggage storage, and free breakfast. The staffs are amazingly helpful, and the location is great.

近隣に飲食店やコンビニがあるため特に不便は感じませんでした。ホテルスタッフの案内が悪く、説明不十分と感じたためすみません、評価を下げさせて頂きました。困りこと、質問はないかチェックインする際、声掛けがあっても良い気がします。

兩大一小住一間房，沒有提供小孩的毛巾。去前台索取小姐很兇看名稱是S開頭的。然後一直說要費用。我當時沒帶錢所以就算了。第一次遇到多要毛巾還要收費的。然後他說小孩子沒有給毛巾使用。

While the hotel is not directly on the water or next to the kawaguchiko station, it offers free shuttle service to the station and has very close bus stops for the local sightseeing buses. The free breakfast is a great addition because there are not many breakfast options in the area for early starts. The room was spacious and the bath was excellently sized for a taller traveler.

I stayed one night at Toyoko Inn Fuji Kawaguchiko Ohashi and found it to be in a fantastic location—only a 10-minute walk to beautiful Lake Kawaguchiko, with souvenir shops and restaurants nearby as well. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station every 30 minutes, making it easy to get around. The only downside was that my room had a noticeable cigarette smell, which took away from an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its location and amenities, but it would be great if they improved the room ventilation or provided non-smoking rooms for guests.

Läget var fantastiskt eftersom det var nära till allt. Personalen var hjälpsam med att hitta frukostställe. Hårda sängar men det beror på vad man tycker om. Gå gärna ut på en tidig morgonpromenad innan alla turister kommer till ön för att uppleva soluppgång och lugnet.

Boendet låg jättebra då vi ville göra vandringar runt sjön. Vi hade en otrolig tur som fick se Fuji i relativt bra väder. Mäktigt! Helt okej gratis frukost. Superbra med den regelbundna och gratis shuttlebussen från Kawaguchiko station till boendet och även omvända hållet. De flesta i personalen kunde inte engelska, men de var väldigt hjälpsamma och försökte alltid hjälpa till på bästa sätt med hjälp av Google translate.

Boendet låg jättebra då vi ville göra vandringar runt sjön. Vi hade en otrolig tur som fick se Fuji i relativt bra väder. Mäktigt! Helt okej gratis frukost. Superbra med den regelbundna och gratis shuttlebussen från Kawaguchiko station till boendet och även omvända hållet. De flesta i personalen kunde inte engelska, men de var väldigt hjälpsamma och försökte alltid hjälpa till på bästa sätt med hjälp av Google translate.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. There were many options for breakfast and it was started promptly exactly on time. The facility was completely adequate and the room was nice and tidy. I thought it was a fun touch that in the rooms they have prints that are inspired by traditional Japanese fabric prints. They also have ones of that same series in the hallways in the ground floor. They have little QR codes next to them so you can learn about the original fabric prints. I also appreciate it that they had spiritual books from many different faiths in the hotel room. Including a book on Buddhist philosophy. I found it very refreshing to have such an inclusive collection of books for people from different faiths who might be visiting from around the world. The communal spaces like the hallways looked like it had been a little while since a remodel. If you're someone who needs the most modern pristine Hotel you might not find this to be your favorite, but if you're like me and you care more about the staff and the convenience of the location and having an adequate room for very reasonable price then this was a great stay. I think some people who are more picky travelers might have complaints but I did not. I would definitely stay here again.
