The property has all of the right options available. E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G is within either walking or a short drive distance. Target, Walmart, Cane’s, Pei Wei, Wendy’s, McD’s, Kroger, Walgreens, etc. the list goes on and on. Even Lowes is around the corner. If you desire to stay somewhere that is convenient and stress free, this place is spot on. It also has a very convenient access to downtown, being not even quite 20 miles away. You just cannot beat the quality, location, or comfort. Oh, and the breakfast and all day coffee is so a nice perk ;-)

I stayed for one night for a business trip. The check in was smooth and the front desk person was very nice. The room looked clean initially however the sink was covered in someone's shaved hair remanents and the sink was backed up within 15 seconds of the water running. I also discovered I had no towels in the bathroom (only hand towels) after getting out of the shower. The manager was apologetic and offered a discount next time but I won't be in the area again likely. Parking was easy and breakfast was good.

The property was clean, quiet, convenient, and an overall great stay! We would definitely stay there again. Location was perfect because every store and restaurant is nearby. The staff was kind, efficient, and tried to remedy my concern. The issue was that the shower head had some type of black residue on the bottom third. I tried to wipe it away before calling the front desk. One of the desk associates came to try to clean it but couldn’t (she said it was rust). They offered us another room which we took. When we got to that room, it had the same problem. That was the only issue.

What i did not like...water pressure in shower was terrible. Hard to rinse in shower. I reported the evening we arrived and the day we left. No consideration to customer. The general mge said it was working as standard. I am Marriott member for years. And i know the Marriott standards do not have low water pressure. Plesse insure this customer experience is reported.

The a/c in my room did not work. It was set to the lowest temp in hopes it cooled down but it was very warm, musty, humid and the floors were sticky. It wasn’t a very comfortable stay. Likely won’t be back to this location.

I selected to king ste because my grandchildren were going to visit. When we arrived they gave us just a king, and we didnt realize it until it took us 4 tries to access the room. The acces keys didn't work and it took over an hour to access the room because we had to go back and forth to the feoont desk. Had to pay extra, it was late and the front desk person was not very helpful.

Stay got off to a great start by being greeted and checked in by Beyonce , I think her name is , who was so cheerful and helpful . She set the tone. All the staff we ran into greeted us every time we saw them. Room was clean , breakfast was good and amenities were nice. But it was Beyonce ( not sure I spelled correctly) that really made the stay. Owner must do whatever it takes to keep her!

I was scheduled to stay 2 nights at Fairfield for my Birthday and had great activities planned. All plans we ruined due to Fairfield Inn canceling my reservations at last minute. I had just driven 3 hours to Houston, and was about to go check into hotel when I received a call from Hotels.com letting me know that Fairfield Inn canceled my reservations. I was devastated!! I specifically reserved a Hotel close to where i needed to be for the next 2 days and due to them canceling my reservations my Birthday plans were ruined. Although Hotels.com tried to accommodate by finding me another Hotel, it was much further than I needed to be. To make things worse when I called the Hotel to confirm, they told me that they had No Hot Water!!! I then tried to make another reservation at another Hotel and although they had a room, i had to wait on my Birthday in my car until they had a room available and cleaned. I was scheduled to stay 2 nights at Fairfield for my Birthday and had great activities planned. All plans we ruined due to Fairfield Inn canceling my reservations at last minute. I had just driven 3 hours to Houston, and was about to go check into hotel when I received a call from Hotels.com letting me know that Fairfield Inn canceled my reservations. I was devastated!! I specifically reserved a Hotel close to where i needed to be for the next 2 days and due to them canceling my reservations my Birthday plans were ruined. Although Hotels.com tried to accommodate by finding me another Hotel, it was much further than I needed to be. To make things worse when I called the Hotel to confirm, they told me that they had No Hot Water!!! Target, Walmart, Cane’s, Pei Wei, Wendy’s, McD’s, Kroger, Walgreens, etc. the list goes on and on. Even Lowes is around the corner. If you desire to stay somewhere that is convenient and stress free, this place is spot on. It also has a very convenient access to downtown, being not even quite 20 miles away. You just cannot beat the quality, location, or comfort. Oh, and the breakfast and all day coffee is so a nice perk ;-)

It was clean quiet and super close to any and everything you need there is a Walmart 2mins away and food chains and shopping all within a 3 minute circle and further down about 15 mins it's sugarland with more shopping and great restaurants

The property was clean, quiet, convenient, and an overall great stay! We would definitely stay there again. Location was perfect because every store and restaurant is nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hot breakfast daily was delicious and we also had a dip in the pool! Thank you for a great stay!!

I stayed for one night for a business trip. The check in was smooth and the front desk person was very nice. The room looked clean initially however the sink was covered in someone's shaved hair remanents and the sink was backed up within 15 seconds of the water running. I also discovered I had no towels in the bathroom (only hand towels) after getting out of the shower. The manager was apologetic and offered a discount next time but I won't be in the area again likely. Parking was easy and breakfast was good.

Very comfortable beds, clean roomy bathroom with huge shower. Hot breakfast had more than some hotels we have stayed at....although I was bummed that there were no waffles. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

Stay got off to a great start by being greeted and checked in by Beyonce , I think her name is , who was so cheerful and helpful . She set the tone. All the staff we ran into greeted us every time we saw them. Room was clean , breakfast was good and amenities were nice. But it was Beyonce ( not sure I spelled correctly) that really made the stay. Owner must do whatever it takes to keep her!

I always stay at this location during my business trips and have always loved everything about the hotel. The staff always great! Friendly and go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need. Clean fresh rooms, breakfast in the morning is always great. At first sight, I was not sure if it was a good decision to pick this hotel, but since it was run by Marriott, I was going to give it a shot. It looked a little worn down from the outside, but we went in it was not bad. It looked clean and presentable. The attendant was nice and greeted us warmly. Once we went to the room, it was questionable at first, but it was roomy and comfortable. It did smell kind of "Dampy." There was a coffee machine, but no water. I guessed I could have gone to buy some, but it was late. I booked it for two days, and after coming back the first day in town. I was really surprised that the room was not even cleaned up. Apparently, they do it every other day! That was disappointing because the towels were wet from our shower in the morning, so we had to put them out so they could dry and use them again on the last morning we were there! That ruined the positive I had bout my experience.

We had to be moved twice. The first room stank so bad we had to move. The 2nd room had mold Al in the shower. It was terrible, we cancelled our 3 day stay immediately!
