Loved the comfortable beds! Breakfast is definitely on the go. Outdoor pool was clean and the perfect temperature on a 96 degree sunny day. The only thing was we were hoping for shade, and didn’t have any. The photo showed an umbrella, but they didn’t have one.

Very nice hotel. Everything was clean, safe area and plenty of free self parking (a plus) since many other places charge. Bed was super comfortable. Wish the shower temperature was adjustable. It was set to a warm temp and would've liked to be able to have a hotter shower. Breakfast was lacking. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff, both in the evening and morning, were incredibly helpful and welcoming! The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location couldn’t have been more convenient. We also really enjoyed the pool area — it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, a great stay!

The pool was closed on Monday, which was fine, but it was supposed to open at 8am on Tues. We wanted to use it before leaving and front desk didn't want to be bothered to open it Other then that it was nice

The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly (shout out to Joan). However, my father and I feel that a closet/wardrobe would be more appropriate for hanging clothes instead of hooks and knobs on the wall, and a microwave would have been nice. Maybe a lamp on the desktop area for more lighting. There was easy in and out access for handicap parking which was very beneficial. I enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Nice modern hotel. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Salt water pool was enjoyable. Breakfast was stocked the entire morning with many options. Free coffee, cocoa and tea 24-7. Will be looking for this hotel chain for our next trip.

It was good overall. The staff was nice. The breakfast was really light. It's not waffles, sausage, bacon type place. They had cereal, gluten-free bagels, oatmeal, sausage-egg biscuits, and snack type stuff. The OJ was really watered down. They had free coffee and hot chocolate all day, with a selection of creamers. The pool was small but nice and clean. The hotel is right off a smaller roadway, but the traffic was loud all night.

Checked out after 2 nights into a 5 night stay. Lobby was covered with foul smelling water Breakfast area was not clean with bugs on the floor Room I checked in night one was not clean at all. Roach husks and live roaches in my room. Asked to be moved to a different room. They did so happily. Second room was cleaner, but the floor was still sticky and had not been swept. Night 2 had roachs coming out of the wall in a gap in bathroom tile. Checked out immediately and staff was rude about getting a refund for the nights I wouldn’t be staying. Sill haven’t been refunded.

Room was nothing special, had some issues. Housekeeping missed some trash from previous guests on far side of bed. Never found a bucket for ice. Ceiling/floor/walls extremely THIN. Will request top floor next time as we heard people above us running back and forth, quite loudly. Previous guests hair still in shower drain. No vent in the bathroom.

I've never stayed at this hotel before. The bed was amazingly comfortable! The air worked perfectly and didn't smell like mold or mildew. The coffee was delicious too. The only downside was the water pressure for the shower. It was really hard to be able to wash my hair with the water pressure being so low. I would definitely stay here again though!

The hotel is in a great location. It has wonderful staffing and the rooms look very nice. The beds were comfortable, too. They had some jimmy dean breakfast biscuit sandwiches in the morning with cereal, bagels, yogurt, and granola bars. The nice this was the coffee availability any time. Now, the negative. The shower was miserable. It barely had enough water pressure to wash off the soap. There were adjustable settings, but all of them were lacking.

Liked the facility & our room was modern & well maintained. Nice size room & bathroom. Didn't like they added a deposit to our bill for in case room damage without telling us before we reserved the room. Also, no microwave or coffee maker in the room.

Hot breakfast items are limited (breakfast sandwiches or premade mini omelettes), but this wasn't a deal breaker for my partner and me. Beds are super comfy, room was clean, and the staff was nice. Definitely a great place to stay as part of a longer trip, but the single (king) room might be a little cramped for longer stays. Location was good - check out the Asian restaurant next door! - price was good, and overall I would stay here again.

Had to cancel due to my wife admitted to a hospital. I called to cancel but due to the time zone change I was 40 minutes late to their cut off time. Trey wouldn’t refund my one day charge. I’ve stayed there before but will not stay at another Avid property in the future. I feel that this was very bad customer service.

I was not greeted by the employee working the desk. Once my reservation was confirmed, the woman at the desk started the check in process. However, after 5 minutes of silently clicking on her computer, I jokingly asked “is your computer running slowly today?” She snapped back at me, saying something along the lines of “ it doesn’t just magically happen, I have to route it through other sites.” The tone of her response was so aggressive that I raised my hands in a gesture of understanding and decided to remain quiet. Unfortunately the situation didn’t improve. After waiting FIFTEEN more minutes, she called someone on the phone to help her. Throughout the entire time, she didn’t acknowledge me, explain that there was a problem with the check in process, or offer an apology for the delay. Unfortunately the situation didn’t improve. After waiting FIFTEEN more minutes, she called someone on the phone to help her. Throughout the entire time, she didn’t acknowledge me, explain that there was a problem with the check in process, or offer an apology for the delay. Great value for the price! Michael was wonderful at checking us in and always treated us when we returned at the end of our days. Room was clean and new looking. Room was quiet (we stayed on 4th floor). Morning check out and easy and female (didn’t get her name) was also helpful and friendly. Recommend!

This was a really good stay because of Kayla who worked the front desk. She would welcome me with a little wave each time i entered the lobby and was very informative with any questions i may have. That little wave made me feel welcomed and i never had any other hotel provide me with that feeling.

It was okay for a one night stay. Close to a Starbucks and not far from the main shopping mall and 71st with lots of food options. Staff wasn’t very welcoming upon arrival and I don’t know if I couldn’t figure it out but the window in the room had too much light coming in at night.

Very nice hotel. Everything was clean, safe area and plenty of free self parking (a plus) since many other places charge. Bed was super comfortable. Wish the shower temperature was adjustable. It was set to a warm temp and would've liked to be able to have a hotter shower. Breakfast was lacking. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

They had cereal, gluten-free bagels, oatmeal, sausage-egg biscuits, and snack type stuff. The OJ was really watered down. They had free coffee and hot chocolate all day, with a selection of creamers. The pool was small but nice and clean. The hotel is right off a smaller roadway, but the traffic was loud all night.

The room exceeded our expectations, the breakfast was grab and go, however the sausage/cheese/egg biscuit was excellent. The coffee machine is amazing. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly, especially Kayla. She is an excellent representative for the hotel and truly a “people person.”

Everything was a 10, except the breakfast. The food was acceptable but the hot food ran out over 30 minutes before the end of breakfast time and the lady refused to put anymore out. She said it takes her 15 minutes to make it and then the breakfast time would be almost over so we could eat what was out.

We stay here often when visiting Tulsa. The clock in the fitness center needs a new battery, stocked towels, and TV remote. The high and low cleaning of the facility lobby and breakfast area as well as breakfast serving containers seems to have gotten worse since our previous stay. Overall, staff are responsive, it's a safe location, breakfast is good, and the price is affordable.

We loved the location, but some of the rooms were not clean due to being a pet friendly Hotel. We had to change rooms several times due to broken door locks, and stains on dirty bed spread, the room we had the bed side light didn't work. One room we were assigned didn't have a cord to the phone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, no waffles though 😋 but ok. Over all stay was good.

Although it was a holiday weekend, everything from front desk to room to parking lot was great. Stayed numerous times and always been a great experience. My only suggestion (which is very minimal) would be to have more cable channels to watch. Several of the channels that showed available did not actually work and just showed a black screen with no picture.
