Mega Aussicht vom 11. Stock!!! Mit Alpensicht… Das Zimmer war riesig und toll eingerichtet. Beim Frühstück gab es reiche Auswahl und freundliches Personal. Top: kostenfreier Parkplatz. Einzig das anonyme Selbst-Einchecken ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

L’hôtel est très confortable et extrêmement pratique, notamment grâce au système d’enregistrement et de départ en libre-service, qui fonctionne parfaitement. Les chambres se trouvent entre le 10ᵉ et le 12ᵉ étage, offrant une vue magnifique sur toute la vallée de la petite ville de Menziken. Le 13ᵉ étage est dédié à la salle de petit-déjeuner, où le personnel est très chaleureux et accueillant. Comme il n’y avait pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, j’ai demandé s’il était possible de conserver un sac de glace pour des médicaments, et une employée très aimable m’a proposé de le mettre dans leur réfrigérateur réservé — ce qui m’a vraiment sauvé ! Au 14ᵉ étage se trouve le bar, avec une vue également très agréable. Le village de Menziken est calme et reposant, un vrai bol d’air frais pour l’esprit. Le seul petit inconvénient : j’ai l’habitude de dormir avec deux oreillers, mais je n’en ai pas trouvé de supplémentaire dans la chambre.

Grundlegend ist am Konzept - vollkommene Automatisierung - nichts auszusetzen. Dennoch war der ganze Entree zum Grundstück nicht einladend, wirklich Niemand anzutreffen, heisst auch- weiterführende Fragen, zB zur Rechnungsadresse, konnten nicht angegeben und geklärt werden. Für das Set-Up und Umgebung ist der Preis definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt. An Sauberkeit ist nichts auszusetzen.

This hotel uses a self-serve kiosk for check-in which is fine, so long as there are no issues with the room. We booked a room for three adults (sofa bed + queen) and the room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke despite the fact it was a non-smoking room. There was no additional bedding available for the sofa bed and a hunt in the laundry and main hall closet yielded two clean sheets (no duvet or pillows). I would look elsewhere for accommodations. An email was sent to the hotel about the cigarette smoke in the room and the auto response was that this may take two days for response - not much help given the circumstances.

Check in was very smooth with the computer in the lobby. Breakfast was great. And yes, the bathroom doors are frosted in the middle, clear otherwise, with no lock, and aren't suitable for families. One of the two air conditioner units worked. The communication by messaging with the hotel was slow, and didn't get resolved before our 2 night stay was completed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a couple of issues that weren't deal breakers.

Das Zimmer war sauber, sehr heiss, die Klimaanlage zu schwach. Immerhin war die Bettwäsche angenehm, das Kissen allerdings sehr klein.Beim ersten Mal funktionierte das Aktivieren des Zimmerschlüssels nicht, und wir waren ziemlich ratlos. Den Service können wir nicht beurteilen, wir haben niemanden gesehen. Die Fenster hielten dicht in der lauten Umgebung.

It was terrible for us…first of all it was a self check in which had no English option in using the kiosk. Through translation of a phone app, the kiosk was asking for our Nationality, adress and identity document but did not give us an option to choose Canada. So we tried to phone the helpline and our phone call could not be connected. So with nobody there to help us we were forced to abandon our desire to stay and also forfeited our money that was prepaid. And had to rebook accommodation elsewhere…I would not stay at this hotel again.

No staff at this hotel. Great shower and workout area. Tried to get an extra pillow and sent an email. They told me where the pillows are but none were there. Housekeeping didn’t bring one. Then went to breakfast at 7:45 Monday morning before a long drive and the hotel was out of eggs and yogurt. The woman working in the eating area said she was waiting for more food and apologized. Many complaints about lack of food this morning. Heard 2 loud gunshots Sunday night and wanted to ask staff about safety and nobody there. Won’t stay at one of these again.

total anonym, kein Personal beim check in und check out. Hat zwar alles problemlos funktioniert, ist aber sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Hotel selber ist sehr steril. Frühstück war sehr einfach und bescheiden. Für eine Nacht als Durchreise ok, längerer Aufenthalt würde ich nicht empfehlen

L’hôtel est très confortable et extrêmement pratique, notamment grâce au système d’enregistrement et de départ en libre-service, qui fonctionne parfaitement. Les chambres se trouvent entre le 10ᵉ et le 12ᵉ étage, offrant une vue magnifique sur toute la vallée de la petite ville de Menziken. Le 13ᵉ étage est dédié à la salle de petit-déjeuner, où le personnel est très chaleureux et accueillant. Comme il n’y avait pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, j’ai demandé s’il était possible de conserver un sac de glace pour des médicaments, et une employée très aimable m’a proposé de le mettre dans leur réfrigérateur réservé — ce qui m’a vraiment sauvé ! Au 14ᵉ étage se trouve le bar, avec une vue également très agréable. Le village de Menziken est calme et reposant, un vrai bol d’air frais pour l’esprit. Le seul petit inconvénient : j’ai l’habitude de dormir avec deux oreillers, mais je n’en ai pas trouvé de supplémentaire dans la chambre.

très joli hotel et le check in est très facile attention, aucun panneau pour trouver l'hotel, vraiment très mal indiqué, même sur le batiment un petit nespresso dans la chambre aurait été top vu la qualité de l'hôtel ;-)

Mooi, net en schoon hotel. Wij verbleven in 4 persoonskamer met onze zonen. Heel ruimtelijk. Prachtig uitzicht. 24 uur per dag zelf inchecken. Goed ontbijt. Enigste nadeel was dat er haast niemand was, voelde wat stil en onpersoonlijk.

No staff at this hotel. Great shower and workout area. Tried to get an extra pillow and sent an email. They told me where the pillows are but none were there. Housekeeping didn’t bring one. Then went to breakfast at 7:45 Monday morning before a long drive and the hotel was out of eggs and yogurt. The woman working in the eating area said she was waiting for more food and apologized. Many complaints about lack of food this morning. Heard 2 loud gunshots Sunday night and wanted to ask staff about safety and nobody there. Won’t stay at one of these again.

Check in was very smooth with the computer in the lobby. Breakfast was great. And yes, the bathroom doors are frosted in the middle, clear otherwise, with no lock, and aren't suitable for families. One of the two air conditioner units worked. The communication by messaging with the hotel was slow, and didn't get resolved before our 2 night stay was completed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a couple of issues that weren't deal breakers.

total anonym, kein Personal beim check in und check out. Hat zwar alles problemlos funktioniert, ist aber sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Hotel selber ist sehr steril. Frühstück war sehr einfach und bescheiden. Für eine Nacht als Durchreise ok, längerer Aufenthalt würde ich nicht empfehlen

The door handle had left a big hole in the wall. The water flows out of the shower cabin in volumes that the little mat cannot soak up even from a short shower. Last no coffee/tea making possibilities in the room. The beds were good and the room was nice and clean

We had the penthouse with near 300 degrees of views over the town and mountains. Room is amazing and very big, bathroom is opulent with high end sanitary equipment, rain shower was excellent.

This hotel uses a self-serve kiosk for check-in which is fine, so long as there are no issues with the room. We booked a room for three adults (sofa bed + queen) and the room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke despite the fact it was a non-smoking room. There was no additional bedding available for the sofa bed and a hunt in the laundry and main hall closet yielded two clean sheets (no duvet or pillows). I would look elsewhere for accommodations. An email was sent to the hotel about the cigarette smoke in the room and the auto response was that this may take two days for response - not much help given the circumstances.
