Regency Towers 1202

It had beautiful decor throughout! The beds were comfortable and clean. We had a great view of the beach/ocean! Lots of amenities to make our stay great! The only problem we had was with the check-in. We were instructed we couldn’t check in until 4pm. We came at 4:30 and the desk had a sign saying that they were closed. I went to tell the rest of my party the situation. A woman saw me come back in (because I was going to take a picture of the sign) and the lady asked if I was checking in. I told her yes. She came around and gave me the paperwork to fill out. Then said that I needed to pay $40 for a parking pass and for our wristbands. I knew about this but she said that she hoped that I had cash because she had already shut down the system! I was not impressed with her attitude! However, the next time I went to the desk, a very nice woman, was very courteous and helpful!

Very clean. Had a few small minor issues with the unit. Contacted the property(guest services) and they jumped on it and got everything taken care of. All the staff were nice. Place was clean everywhere.
