We were disappointed in our stay. First, entering the property is confusing and there is minimal signage. The check-in staff was very friendly, and we did appreciate her. However, the room was a big disappointment. - The mattress was horrible. Pillows were child sized, and when we requested more it took more than two hours. - We were in a handicapped accessible room. The bathroom floor and shower were dangerously slippery. We were glad we are able-bodied, because this is a fall risk! - Cleaning staff removed the shower mat, making it worse. - The shower head was falling off the wall, and caused water to spray the floor. - The sink was horribly clogged, and did not drain (gross) and when we asked to get it fixed, was told the staff had a lot of assignments. They did finally fix it. - Breakfast was subpar, even bagels were stale. - The best thing about the hotel was how quick the elevators were.

I had a great time here. The front desk were extremely accommodating especially Layla. I found my room to be spacious and comfortable. The pillows are really great here too. My favorite part of this hotel is for sure the location.

The hotel itself is new and clean, but my room faced the back alley, where some guys were doing incredibly loud pressure washing in the middle of the night! Like, why?! Honestly, it was so weird, almost spooky, and the front desk refused to do anything about it. I had a white noise machine and earplugs, but I could still hear them. They didn’t stop until after 1 a.m.!
