Great spot by the river, easy airport shuttle and clean rooms. The indoor pool was chilly and hot tub was barely warm but otherwise our stay was great. Staff was very friendly & responsive.

Love that there were something to fro in the hotel while staying there. The pool table was fun to use and nice pool area too. Little gym is well equipped and personnel were very friendly.

I was so thankful when we walked in we weren't hit with a lot of fragrances or chlorine smell. Everything was neat and taken care of. Having the game area in the lounge was nice. The gym looked great. The pool was perfect for my littles to enjoy.

Property is well maintained and staff were very friendly. The hotel is located in a great location near the river with a trail. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops downtown. It felt very safe. Rooms were a little smaller, but we only used it as a launching base for our adventures. Beds were comfortable and we woke up refreshed. Good breakfast, pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

Think tiny house meets eco hotel. HOWEVER the shower and bathroom were incredible, the bed was so comfortable that we fell asleep immediately, easy to log in to your digital streaming services on the TV, eco friendly, 24/7 lobby with coffee, tea, cocoa and free wi-fi just in case you need to get work done, water bottle filling stations on every floor and the breakfast was incredible, and had hot foods like pancakes and omelettes. Were sticking with tru by Hilton here on out.

The hotel is well taken care of and has very nice amenities and a friendly staff. Unfortunately, large bus loads of high school students arrived and made the small swimming pool and breakfast situation miserable. Thankfully it was only one night. Guests loading up plates of food from the breakfast buffet and heading up to their rooms and spilling in the elevators was offensive and I felt bad for the staff who try to do a really good job at keeping the place clean.

The hotel is well taken care of and has very nice amenities and a friendly staff. My husband and I, and our two toddlers stayed 2 nights, we had stayed prior and loved it so thats why we decided to stay again. However, this trip was just a little disappointing, we walked into the room and the floors were very dirty and stained. There were stains and dirt and food all over the walls, the bathroom had pubic hair on practically every surface, the office chair looks like it hasnt been cleaned ever. After a couple hours of my kids playing on the floor their feet were black. It was just not clean and felt gross. The breakfast wasnt very good either.

Oir firsy time traveling with a pet. We get to our room and the floor wasnt swept, had dog hair and othwr itema left on floor. Their was hair stuck in the comforter and on bed sheets. I understand having certain rooms for pets, but it doesn't mean leave the hair from prior pet stay in the room.

Hotel staff was friendly upon check-in. Unfortunately when I drew back the sheets before climbing into bed I found hair and lint balls. The front desk said they could move me to a new room or send housekeeping with new sheets. I chose new sheets and a maintenance man came to the room with a new set of sheets leaving me to strip the bed and remake it. The breakfast was underwhelming, and the pancake machine was difficult to use. Watched a staff member giggle at the struggling guests as she walked past rather than offering help.

Our room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The bed was made up nicely but I questioned if the sheets had even been changed. There was old, dried urine streaked down the front of the toilet and splattered on the floor around the toilet. There was dried toothpaste in the sink and counter.

Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Lobby is set up great for families/friends. Cute game room, market has a huge selection, breakfast had good variety of options. Coffee is actually great!

Unfortunately, the shower was super slippery. Without warning, stepping into the shower, you immediately slipped and had to catch yourself from falling due to the shower flooring surface. This happened to both my husband, and I therefore I wonder if the slippery nest was from the cleaning products they used or if it indeed is the material on the shower floor. After we are finished showering and drying, we located a shower mat behind the toilet. It should’ve been readily available with this slippery of a shower.

Overall was nice. However… the floors in the rooms were not carpeted so you could hear every single move from the room above. The family above us was stomping, rolling the chair, bottle flipping, jumping all over hell until after midnight. I called the front desk and it didn’t seem ti do any good. Not sure if they addressed it or not after I called. Had to wake up very early so the last thing I wanted to do was listen to all the chaos past midnight.

This is for the discount minded person. Rooms are very very small and don’t have carpet. Room doesn’t have a closet either. Has an “IKEA” feel in how it’s put together and decorated. I wouldn’t consider these rooms for any long term stay, I.e. more than 1 night.

Rooms are efficiently mapped out , but small . As I analyze the layout , it is well thought out for storage . Bathroom is nice sized . I have never stayed in a hotel that has been so obviously thought out . I have stayed in soo many places . Like most people , I look for ambience and views and comfort . But though this room lacks some of the plush things I look for . It’s an efficiently designed room . The pool and workout room nice . The breakfast descent too .

After an airline cancellation made my entire trip null and void, I did not have the opportunity to stay in Idaho after all. My reason for the five stars was I booked this hotel “nonrefundable” and they went above and beyond to accommodate conditions out of my control whereas other properties I had booked for the same vacation week refused refunds on unused reservations. This amount of customer courtesy was so important to this disabled veteran on a fixed income, as it allowed me to recover some expenses from the trip for services I did not even get to receive. I highly recommend Tru and the Hilton family of hotels in general, but this one especially for their understanding and compassion.

Very nice hotel. Not familiar with the Tru brand but the hotel appears to be brand new. Very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and the price was very reasonable.

$70 pet charge. Internet access is a scheme to get your data which they blatantly state they will sell to third parties. Asked for a receipt - not only could the reception not provide it, could even tell me the amount. Staff playing pool rather than at the desk.

Property is well maintained and staff were very friendly. The hotel is located in a great location near the river with a trail. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops downtown. It felt very safe. Rooms were a little smaller, but we only used it as a launching base for our adventures. Beds were comfortable and we woke up refreshed. Good breakfast, pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location very near the greenbelt and falls. I had a nice view of the river from my window and there's a bridge that takes you right to the greenbelt. It's walking distance from several restaurants & bars, convenient location to hwy 20 and I-15 access. The property is new and very clean. Walmart and a few other retail stores are nearby and would be an easy walk.

Hotel staff was friendly upon check-in. Unfortunately when I drew back the sheets before climbing into bed I found hair and lint balls. The front desk said they could move me to a new room or send housekeeping with new sheets. I chose new sheets and a maintenance man came to the room with a new set of sheets leaving me to strip the bed and remake it. The breakfast was underwhelming, and the pancake machine was difficult to use. Watched a staff member giggle at the struggling guests as she walked past rather than offering help.

9am is too early to close breakfast. We arrived late the night before and the kids needed to sleep. You need to keep it open until at least 10am. We have never seen a hotel close it so early

Laundry is at the hotel next door, which is inconvenient. The breakfast items are all processed food and unhealthy. Property condition and staff were great.

The breakfast was very meager and unappealing. The breakfast offerings were very limited. A machine was spitting out one pancake at a time, and there was a long line and outside of that the hot options were not at all appealing. We won’t be choosing this hotel next time.

Quick check-in and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The breakfast was limited and the pancake maker did not work.

First, I want to comment on the friendliness and kindness of the shuttle drivers both last night and this morning. I also want to show my appreciation for the young lady who is covering the breakfast this morning who that’s not her normal position and so she was kind of trying to figure things out, but she did and she was very helpful. I also want to complement Chris who is at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and kind and I just really appreciated his attitude. My only disappointment was that as a person who can’t have gluten and can’t have dairy there was just about nothing that I could have for breakfast. It is so tough to travel and I love to have a good breakfast in the morning. I would love to see hotels start providing more options for people who have restricted diets. Gluten and dairy are getting to be pretty mainstream and fairly common so I hope that understanding that hotels will make more effort in the future to make things available for us

Excellent location right on the river walk. Great for traveling with dogs! Lots of restaurants nearby, and easy access to the interstate.

Very helpful staff at check-in. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working and it was very hot. Maintenance tried to fix it, but we ended up moving to a different room. The staff were kind and helpful. Great location near the Greenbelt.
