Arrived slightly late but still greeting by owner. Room was spacious and luxurious but does need some TLC. Beautiful balcony overlooking wonderful spacious gardens, small pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly, helpful and respectfully distant. Had a great meal at The Bear of Burton (two doors away). Great distance from Christchurch (6 minutes). Would stay again.

Lovely large room with good size bathroom . Beautiful grounds and the pool was most welcomed as the weather was hot. Great breakfast .
