Well we had a heck of a time getting our bearings but once we did we found Bianca and we loved it. Giovani was delightful. We would book again but we’d get the top floor suite. It is an old building and as the directions said noise does carry down through the floor. Pat and Neil

Lovely spot in a central location. The room was small but in excellent condition and quite serviceable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. A shame they don’t have breakfast as the downstairs has the sweetest set up for it.

Great location in the heart of Venice. The room was typical of European hotel rooms. The place is about 12-15 minute walk from the bus station, perhaps shorter with a water taxi. Our host was friendly and welcoming and there was a small community kitchen downstairs. Would definitely stay there again.

Cute little room in an almost 600 year old building in the heart of Venice. The staff were incredibly friendly, happy, and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and they made sure we had all the information we needed to get into our room. There is a small common area with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and teapot. Our room was tiny, but clean and had a cupboard for our clothes and a little safe if you need it. The bathroom and shower were great, too.

Pretty convenient area but a 2 floor walk up not mentioned in listing, not a.big deal but worth mentioning. Bathroom small, bed too low to ground, door lock is not very secure. Ac was turned off by cleaning staff and was very warm upon my return, very upsetting after a long day out.

B&Bなので、地元の方に近い感覚で宿泊できたのは、貴重な経験。但し施設としては、床が傾いていて慣れるまで気持ち悪い。シャワースペースは狭い。また、エレベーターが無いので、大きなスーツケースは大変だし、疲れた体にこたえます。また、フロントスタッフが常駐していないので、チェックインの際は不親切に感じましたし、緊急の対応はどうするのか疑問が残ります。立地は、ベネチアの観光地の中心にあり、観光・飲食共に便利です。

Clean, nice staff, good location, and proximity to Vaporetto to and from Santa Lucia train station. Not sure if we missed it, but make sure to recommend guests to exit the vaporetto at S Silvestro. It is very close to the hotel and easily accessible.

Lovely rooms, very comfortable, quiet and clean. It was the perfect option for an escape to Venice. The service was amazing. The location was perfect to explore different parts of Venice, close to shops and loads of restaurants (big & small). I totally recommend it.

I cannot begin to explain how easy it was to stay at Bianca Capello. We arrived late at night from the Venice airport and the manager had left us very clear instructions to get in. We had absolutely no issues getting into our room and slept so soundly all nights we were there. Super comfy bed, AC, and we had the terrace room which was so nice to enjoy the mornings and evenings on. It’s so walkable to everywhere in Venice. Such a safe and quiet street too! Don’t hesitate to book this little gem of a hotel!

The B&B is charming and clean. Check in was easy and just as host described . Host was very responsive, we never encounter him/her. The house is historical. Renovations nicely done. The BEST sleep I had during my entire trip!!!. The bed and pillows SO comfortable. It is nestled in a district that feels miles away from the train station; but only because of the maze like streets( to us tourist ) . Venezia is charming and relaxing even with all the tourist. Loved our time there.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The safe had a preset sequence that wasn’t easily changed so basically useless to protect your property. Nice location and easy to get to the water transport.

Great location in the heart of Venice. The room was typical of European hotel rooms. The place is about 12-15 minute walk from the bus station, perhaps shorter with a water taxi. Our host was friendly and welcoming and there was a small community kitchen downstairs. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, nice staff, good location, and proximity to Vaporetto to and from Santa Lucia train station. Not sure if we missed it, but make sure to recommend guests to exit the vaporetto at S Silvestro. It is very close to the hotel and easily accessible.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, very close to Ponte Rialto. Walking from garage san Marco takes about 20 min. Air con was not very strong so it was a bit warm in September

Lovely rooms, very comfortable, quiet and clean. It was the perfect option for an escape to Venice. The service was amazing. The location was perfect to explore different parts of Venice, close to shops and loads of restaurants (big & small). I totally recommend it.

Lovely spot in a central location. The room was small but in excellent condition and quite serviceable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. A shame they don’t have breakfast as the downstairs has the sweetest set up for it.

Cute little room in an almost 600 year old building in the heart of Venice. The staff were incredibly friendly, happy, and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and they made sure we had all the information we needed to get into our room. There is a small common area with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and teapot. Our room was tiny, but clean and had a cupboard for our clothes and a little safe if you need it. The bathroom and shower were great, too.

Fantastique ! Je recommande à 100%. L'accueil est une merveille, on se sent chez soi. Le bâtiment a beaucoup de charme et il est hyper bien placé ( arrêt s.silvestro du vaporetto a 3 min à pied). La chambre avec terrasse est géniale, un vrai plus. Café et muffin tous les matins a disposition en chambre. C'est calme malgré la situation centrale, la clim marche très bien. Bref, c'est parfait.

Muy cómodo y limpio. Casa reformada. La anfitriona muy atenta y amable. El desayuno muy rico aunque le añadiría algo salado, las opciones que hay son todas dulces. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Ubicación excelente. Calidad-precio inmejorable en Venecia. ¡Para repetir y recomendar!

Giovanni was the most charming and friendly host. This property is a hidden gem. So hidden it took us a few minutes to find it, on a small alley just off of a typical Venetian piazza. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The shower had a window to the outside for fresh air. I found the location to be the perfect mix of centrally located and just left the beaten path. Everything you want to see is within a 15 minute walk. Would stay here again.

Wonderful location and staff! We took a private water taxi and the dock is only a 2 minute walk from Bianca Capello House. Location is centrally located and easily accessible to main points of interest. Luca and his Staff were so very accommodating! Luca arranged private water taxi to airport and I highly recommend this-well worth the $$ as takes you directly to the airport dock. Room was a bit small but just perfect!! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Venice!

We loved this hotel! We were greeted at the door by Giovanni who had us sit down immediately and brought us water and espresso. Our room was ready early and it was so charming! We were given great restaurant recommendations too. The AC was a treat, the towels were so soft, and the bed was comfortable. After checkout we were able to leave our bags until heading to the train. Can’t recommend enough!

There’s a restaurant and bar/cafe right outside and both were fantastic. For the restaurant- get the seafood spaghetti if you really want to taste Venice. The staff were great and very welcoming. One tip - bring Euro in cash to pay the city tax. Overall a great stay and we loved our time in Venice!

Giovanni responded to messages before I got there and gave us a warm greeting upon our arrival. We had the top room which was tough with the luggage, but a very lovely space. Great location, short walk to Rialto bridge and S. Marco Square. Great food and shopping close by, less touristy than near the train station. Highly recommend!
