Trash dumpster for hotel is backed right up to pool, so that makes things interesting on a hot day poolside. Vending machines only take exact change, no way to pay with card. Ice maker not working. Bottled water is for sale at front desk but they only accept cash. Had to clean feet from walking around barefoot in room, they were black.

Clean, comfortable room. Looked like maintenance is an ongoing process (painter working in the stairway, etc.), which is always a good sign. Elevator was briefly out of service but was fixed same day. Helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty basic, and the breakfast serving area seemed very cramped. Location was so far east in Mesa that it was not really convenient to many of our activities, even Sloan Park.

Room had a smell like sewage. Drain in shower was issue dry P trap. Dark and dreary lobby, place just didn’t feel inviting and relaxing. Tv remote only worked if you stood in front of it. Coffee pot was in room but no place where it was sitting to plug it in. Room clean though.

Have stayed here numerous times but this time was very disappointing. Room was dirty and dark as well as toilet. Housekeeping wanted to clean my room at 9 am When check out wasn’t till 11. For 500$ a night was not worth it. Would rather have slept in my car

Stayed one night and in the morning when I woke up there was a lot of bugs in the bathroom floor. Looked around the room the was more by the walls. Went to front desk they sent housekeeper to the room bugs kept coming out thru cracks in the wall. Worse experience the bugs were going inside the shoes and clothes we had on the floor.

This is a very clean, comfortable hotel. We didn’t have the breakfast because we were meeting family for breakfast, but we did check it out and it seemed to have everything needed for a good breakfast. We would stay there again and have booked it again for the end of September.

All the rooms only have double beds. You should have queen beds in this day and age if you expect 2 people to be able to share 1 bed. The rooms were otherwise fine except the sink had an odd sewer smell. I didn’t appreciate the $200 room deposit. That’s kind of absurd when other places only take a $50 incidental charge. There’s not even a minibar in the room that could trigger additional charges. One of the best things was that the hotel was easy access to the freeway. So overall a decent place. But the bed size and the excessive deposit I probably would choose a different location to stay next time I’m in town.

1 - No space for clothing - 1 drawer other than bedside table and closet. 2- Bed was on some sort of metal stand that made noise every time you moved. 3 - very poor lighting. 4 - 1st floor window was unlocked upon arrival. Glad I checked it

Our room was clean and quiet, and the price was very good. The bedding was on the cheaper side, and made noises every time we moved at all. Check-in was obnoxiously slow, primarily due to the staff member who took her sweet time taking care of each detail…..oh so slowly. Inexplicably, the shower door did not fit properly, resulting in the bathroom floor becoming flooded from the splash/spray.

Bed was just a foot or so from the air conditioner— so it would blow on you making you freeze, then would run a minute and go off with a shuttering sound. The room would never be as cold as it should be— so between times it ran— you would have to kick all the covers off. The thermostat should have been across the room— ac kept shutting itself off when room still warm. . The bathroom door was a pocket door— very heavy and had a small plate for your fingers to close-/ I broke two nails, and never could get it closed all the way. Needs a handle or something bigger to pull. Hotel was clean— good enough breakfast with a nice lady working— good price— but we won’t be back.

The hotel you can tell is an older cheaper hotel that has been nicely renovated. It appears really nice and it was clean. But the rooms are really small, bathroom really tiny, shower was weird because the door opened into the shower. The bathroom floor was creaky. On the second floor, the upstairs was noisy... Not much sound insulation. The room was very nice otherwise, just small. The beds were very comfy. We had a fridge and microwave. No freezer though. Lots of towels provided. Overall a good stay.

Very noisy air conditioner which kept me up most of the night. Shower door had 2” gap at the base causing the bathroom floor to flood. Luckily I had enough towels to mop up the mess. People continually slamming the room doors and yelling, again keeping me awake until 1 pm. 3-stars is my review due to these issues

Check in was great, the place smelled clean and the front desk clerk was nice. We checked out a day early due to change in plans. The lady at the front desk said she would make a note to let Expedia know the refund for the unused night is approved, so we were happy and relieved. However, I just got a message that now the hotel denied it, so that is very disappointing.

June 8, 2025. Two credit card machines available but none works, They had to manually entered my card information. There computer freezes twice during process. We got the key, went to our room, found out that the room cleaning service just started. We had to wait another 30 minutes. Got the room at 3:50 (Room 112) Checkin time was 3:00pm. My old mother in-law ( she is handicapped) needed to use restroom, runaround, finally someone helped her to take to restroom. I never got this type of horrible experience in my life. I am sure they will not extend my checkout time. Don’t go to this place. Could not find manager, I asked another person to see manager, I was told she is not here. He flat told me they will not extend my checkout time.

The front desk personnel that checked me in were Demitri and Heidi. They were phenomenal! The manager in the morning was very helpful. I believe her name is Lisa. On Check Out lady was very courteous and helpful.

Required early check in fee of $30, even less than an hour before 3pm…I left at 5am, so didn’t get breakfast or use checkout limit, but they wouldn’t budge on early check in fee, so I waited in the lobby for 1 1/2 hours, as the “room wasn’t ready” until 3:15pm. Not many cars in the parking lot & no offer for a different clean room. Poor customer service in my opinion. I won’t go back!

Overall, it was a great day for the night! It is close enough to many fun areas, as long as you have a car. We were able to drive out to Lin’s buffet, Dunkin’ Donuts, and even the cheesecake factory. Originally, we wanted to go to Fuddrucker’s but unfortunately it was closed down.

This is fantastic at an affordable price! A huge mall is located right next to the property. I will definitely stay here again in future trips!

This is fantastic at an affordable price! A huge mall is located right next to the property. I will definitely stay here again in future trips!

Clean, comfortable room. Looked like maintenance is an ongoing process (painter working in the stairway, etc.), which is always a good sign. Elevator was briefly out of service but was fixed same day. Helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty basic, and the breakfast serving area seemed very cramped. Location was so far east in Mesa that it was not really convenient to many of our activities, even Sloan Park.

Overall, property was great. We were housed on the second floor at the end of the hall. However, we could constantly hear bumping above us and noise from outside. We were on the outside of a fence of commercial property with trucks going back-and-forth which made it noisy in the morning. However, overall, I’d stay again only this time not at the same location on the property.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean staff were very polite breakfast was the normal, for a free breakfast but staff always had the food available to everyone. the only downfall was we used the pool a couple of times in the morning, and you are supposed to use your key card to access but it was not working, you could just walk right into the pool area. We also noticed the back door you walk out of to get to the pool, or a back parking lot was open to anyone for access. You did not have to use your key card at all. This was a big concern for us. We talked to a woman at the front desk, and she said it is very safe here and because she had been working there for many years, they never had anything happen and we should feel safe. Well, that was not the answer we were looking for at all. Anyone can have access to the first floor coming through that back door. I hope they change this for everyone's safety. We saw employees coming in through that door without using any card at all. And others who may have been staying at the hotel?

We arrived late and left early because we had a hiking agenda at the Superstition Mountains. This hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was fantastic and we thought the hotel to be a great stay.

I was only here for work (long physically taxing days) so all I desired was a quiet sleep on a decent bed. I got that and more - pleasantly surprised how quiet jt was. The breakfast was exactly what I needed. Overall a great stay.

Had to wait 10 minutes to check in because desk person was on phone taking a reservation. breakfast meat choice was very limited ( not enough for amount of people eating , was most always empty and eventually gave ups )

Place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Love being able to charge my Tesla EV on site and wake up with a full charge. Breakfast was good as well. Real food, not just cereal and muffins. I will continue to use this hotel for my trips to Mesa AZ.
