I always stay at ALOFT, its convenient located, clean room and has a working electric car charger.

First of all the hotel is in immaculate condition and the room was amazing with modern decor and the gym was nice and the pool was awesome and they had snacks downstairs in the lobby like 711 and they had games in the lobby and the whole vibe in the lobby was just festive in the evenings with families hanging out and having fun and the staff is probably one of the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever experienced in a hotel in my life. I don’t usually come to Austin, but I feel like I wanna make another trip here just to come to the aloft.

First time staying at an Aloft property. Staff were all friendly, professional and helpful. Outstanding! The property was nicer than I expected. We enjoyed the lobby area with the bar, pool table and other table top games as well as sitting outside in the courtyard. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay at another Aloft property!

When I went to the Elevator to go from 2nd floor to lobby, the Elevator button did not work. Tried several times then decided to just take the nearest stairs, which was stair A. Stair A exits to the outside of hotel near pool and patio areas. When I got back inside the hotel, there was an 'Out of Order' sign on the first floor elevator door. Why did staff not put up 'Out of Order' sign on elevator door of all floors? I tried to return to my 2nd floor room using stair A; however, no one can enter from the outside using stair A. I returned to the front desk to find out how to get back to my room. We had to get management to come to the front desk to provide assistance on how I can return to my room. I was guided to stair B which is the stairs that is completely inside the hotel. So, here are some thoughts about management at this location: 1) It was apparent that new employees do not get adequate training. Desk clerk had to get management out of his office to assist on where/how do I get back to my room. Also, management was needed to show staff how to print invoice after I had been 'checked out'. 2) Management failed to adequately post signs that the elevator was 'out of order' and directions to stair B (only stairs to use for going to and from rooms) on all floors.

All staff were welcoming! I mean everyone! The rooms were clean and beautiful! The bar was absolutely amazing and inviting! I will return!! I wish I could give it 10💫💫

Loved the on-site bar and the lounge area filled with fun activities like checkers, billiards, and other games. The checkin and check out process was easy and the staff was always welcoming. I look forward to staying here again

Doesn’t include breakfast but it was a nice weekend getaway. Pool was ok.

Nice hotel, the only thing that is odd about these hotels is the hotel bar, which opens at 5 PM and closes at 10pm. These hours are not particularly convenient for travelers. It would have been nice to have the bar stay open later into the evening.

The room was cold (which I loved) but was kind of musky when I arrived

We stayed at the ALoft in Round Rock for 5 nights. Our room was only cleaned once with the cleaning sign on the door each day. It was a beautiful hotel and the front desk staff were excellent. For the price we paid for 5 nights we were very disappointed with the cleaning service. We did not receive any compensation.

Walked into the room and instantly it didn't smell clean. Looked decently clean. Bathroom was not up to par. Bedding did NOT smell clean at all. Not impressed with this location. Didn't even have coffee in the morning. Thumbs down.

Room and pool were dirty.

Everyone was so nice and polite. Very clean. They all deserve a raise. Highly recommended

The floor beside the bed was dirty - as if something sticky had dripped and dirt collected on those areas. I asked that that area be cleaned - they replaced the towels but did not clean the floor This makes me question the cleanliness of the room in general

Out of 4 nights only one day we had house cleaning. No tv channels the last day

What I didn’t like was that the WiFi was not working in my room. There was no microwave and disposable bags.

AC not working. At arrival thermostat showed 71 degrees Turned down to 65 no results showed 72 at my departure…,

Loved the room, very comfortable bed. Room a little small, but well designed.

The room is near the elevator noisy

Hotel was nice overall but room was noisy - partly from being on the first floor, heard cars outside our window and most noises from the hallway.

The room was clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Only complaint is the walls are thin, you can hear conversations and movements pretty easily. However, I would stay here again.

The beds were comfortable enough and the room was clean. However, the set up is beyond bizarre and hardly any space to put your things. We had four people in the room and very little counter space in the sink area and the room itself. The room division in the middle of the room was weird and not very functional. Also, the walls are paper thin. We could hear people talking normally in the hallway as if they were in the room with us and we could also hear footsteps above us.

The staff were all great, and the cleaning services were also great. My biggest issue with the booking is the room itself. It was small, there was no closet (only two metal bars that go from ceiling to floor with a bar across to hang up clothes), and a very very small mini dresser (it wasn't enough for my clothes). There was no iron available either.

Simple modern design, but walls are paper thin. Heard both neighbors and the people above us.

The only thing I can say negative about the stay was the handle in my shower was broken and barely usable. Everything else was fantastic!

The front desk went above and beyond for us. They were cordial, accommodating and professional.

The staff was absolutely excellent and even let us extend our stay by one night! The room was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

I was greeted by Veronica who was the most helpful and friendly host ever. Like she was really great and so friendly. Just amazing. And then she was off for a few days… but in her absence was Gloria!!!! Who was just as amazing! She made me a bagel and cream cheese the next day when I woke up and brought it to me before I could even reach the elevator! We need more customer service like these 2… I mean hands down. I would only visit again if there were present. I’m voting Veronica and Gloria for president! Seriously… give them a raise.

I have never had such an unpleasant and degrading experience ever. I spent $1,000 for 2 rooms for the weekend of 05/10-05/12 2024 and part of my travel party my son, and daughter in law, and 2 young grandchildren were treated horribly from the moment they checked in. The front desk staff treated them as though they were crimanels and made them wait in the lobby for nearly 2 hours after they took nearly $500 from the bank account. I called earlier in the day to insurre that they would be able to check in and put a deposit on their debit card and was told yes, just to find out they only accept major credit cards for the deposit and they then accused my son of attemting to pay with a fradulant method of payment, all because they were using their Cashapp account. The hotel did take the money from his account just to turn around and beat on the room door at 7 am on a saturday and kick them out and called the police and reported them as using a fradulant methad of payment. They ould not even allow them to dress the children or themselves, the had to leave(by police escort) in their pjs. All the hile and even still now, The Aloft Hotel still has their money. The hotel said they dont accet cash app, yet they debited his account and I ersonally paid for all of my food and drink with my cashapp account. After kicking them out for no legitmate reson, they told me that i would not be alowed any visitors for the duration of my stay. I am a VIP member, and was treated just a bad.

The friendly staff was amazing Gustavo, Jesus and all the staff at the front desk. They made sure I was comfortable and my stay was pleasant. They also made suggestion for local eateries and places to go grab a bite to eat. The ambience is amazing in Aloft and Element, lots of games in the lobby and great bartenders as well. The general manager And chief engineer Eric were very helpful on helping me as well with my 3 day stay. Also , the front desk person at Element named Shane was friendly and very helpful for finding perfect room for me. The element rooms are bigger and more spacious than Aloft. I definitely recommend either one of these hotels to accommodate your need.

Someone walked in on me and my two babies because the room key was given out by mistake.

Front desk caucasian guy had a bit of a snappy attitude at check in even towards another black customer. Overall room perfect for my stay. Clean. Great location to Austin.

The lobby and bar were a nice amenity. Handicap bathroom accommodations were very helpful. Location of hotel was close to our destinations.

The hotel is distant from Austin. Limited dining options. Had to request an iron and board as the rooms aren't equipped with one. You can hear people above you walking.

The location is great. Very relaxing and modern place to stay.

When i booked room it said a continental breakfast daily came with the booking but that wasn’t true when i got there. They should be honest about that! False advertising!!!

The lication of the hotel was reqlly good., rooms were clean and beds were awsome. The only thing is that it didnt have a continental breakfast. Our family does travel ball and having breakfast in a hotel is a must.

Front desk personnel very attentive and cordial. Well presented, professional and welcoming. The Hotel was very nice and cleaned. The room was perfect, from the decor to setup! Breakfast was disappointing, convenience store like.

Everything was great except the breakfast. It took forever to get the food, not everyone got their food and had to be reminded, microwaved food was cold inside.

I booked thru Hotels.com. The hotel description indicated free breakfast as most hotels do. I came down our first morning, "Please point me toward breakfast!". They looked at me like I had lobsters coming out of my ears. "What room are you in?" I said, "403". He says, "Oh, you booked through Expedia. You didn't buy the correct package that includes breakfast." Correct package??? After explaining I had never even heard of their brand til I went to Hotels.com, they said, "Sorry." They did offer to let me take some fruit for free, including the most over-ripe bananas I've ever had. No making an exception for a first time customer. I felt pretty stupid for booking Aloft. I won't be staying with them again.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Good bar in the lobby too.
