This hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable, for staying. However, it is in a horrible part of town and my truck was stolen out of the parking lot. I do not recommend staying at this hotel because of the theft rate in the area.

There are many water leaks inside the hotel, laundry out of service, when they clean the rooms they only make beds, put towels and take out the trash, they never leave what is necessary

There was cockroaches all over and the front desk was never around. And people breaking into cars in the parking lot. It was not a good stay. I finally got my room cleaned 3 days later. Very unhappy

i had a great experience. clean, hot water, breakfast was good, no elevator issues, definitely booking this hotel again next time. also in a decent area that i’m familiar with so 10/10 to me.

I like thats its a newly constructed hotel. Its clean and the bathrooms are very spacious. I had an incident with the first clerk upon entering the hotel. She was extremely rude, rolling the eyes and answering very arrogantly when I asked about the pool not in operation. I came in town for a Conference, my daughter traveled with me so I needed a pool for her entertainment. I asked the desk clerk about the reason they did not alert or inform on the site that the pool was closed, and she got indignant and her attitude was sure a turn off… Iam big on customer service when I pay my hard earned money to stay in a hotel. I should be able to get a discount or a free stay or something that will suffice or some form of credit.

I was so shocked at some things. Like how the hallways had no A/C. They were super hot. The room was nice and cold though, so that was good. And lastly, about 10-15min before check out time my husband was going to take a quick shower and turns out they turned the water off. We couldnt even wash our hands after using bathroom. Mind you we were packed and ready to step out the door. Never experienced this and was so surprised 😮... definitely not coming back here

Seems like a new hotel. Desk was nice & helpful. I reserved 2 rooms that joined & a crib or toddler bed. They did not have either even though I reserved several days in advance & put in the special notes. Our toilet was clogged & no maintenance on weekends so they gave us another room even further down the hall. Then the TV remote didn’t work. Front desk was in our room about 25 minutes trying to figure it out. We were tried had been driving 4 hours. But other than that breakfast was great hot food. Pool & workout room were clean.

Friendly staff , would have appreciated the cleaning to be offered daily but I do understand it’s a suite and not a hotel room. I did find a couple of hair in the tub when I arrived but nothing crazy.

My family drove in from Dallas for Christmas and stayed at this hotel. It was a convenient location, near my home and downtown. The front desk staff was wonderful and welcoming. The room was clean and very spacious. I will have my family stay here at this location in the future for sure.

We checked in on Friday. The front clerk did not tell us about breakfast basically did not go over anything. We were not greeted either. Of course we were given towels but on Sunday morning I asked the same front clerk if we can get more towels ( checked in on Friday with my two children which are listed because I paid an extra $11.** per person for booking), she told me that u had to bring the dirty towels down before she could give more. First of all I request the first floor and received one on the fourth. This is my first time staying at this particular hotel and will be my last due time with the help of this particular worker. When I check out and she do not give excellent customer service I will be contacting you again.

My family drove in from Dallas for Christmas and stayed at this hotel. It was a convenient location, near my home and downtown. The front desk staff was wonderful and welcoming. The room was clean and very spacious. I will have my family stay here at this location in the future for sure.

They do not clean the room and want to charge an additional $25.00 daily to clean. The breakfast is by far the absolute worst breakfast of any hotel. Most hotel breakfasts are not great, but this is the worst. I could not eat a single day it was so limited and bad.

The room was comfortable, quiet and spotless. The staff was kind and helpful. Great tv in the room, wonderful shower. Nice fresh breakfast and great coffee. Loved the kitchenette in the room to. It was a great stay and we are looking forward to going back in a couple of months

Seems like a new hotel. Desk was nice & helpful. I reserved 2 rooms that joined & a crib or toddler bed. They did not have either even though I reserved several days in advance & put in the special notes. Our toilet was clogged & no maintenance on weekends so they gave us another room even further down the hall. Then the TV remote didn’t work. Front desk was in our room about 25 minutes trying to figure it out. We were tried had been driving 4 hours. But other than that breakfast was great hot food. Pool & workout room were clean.

It’s surrounded by motels and there’s weird people all around the place and there was girl who screamed really loud from her room which was weird and it also doesn’t tell you the rooms are connected with others which was a concern for me since I travel with my 4 year old , I could barely sleep knowing there was another door to another room and the room reeked of nasty smell when I walked in I had to spray my own perfume but other wise hotel staff were nice
