Hilton Garden Inn Biloxi

Didn't have enough parking because they let park trailers park in car spots so many guests used 3 spots. Management would do nothing to help.

I was disappointed in the quality of the breakfast provided, especially since it was not free. The selection was poor and the toaster didn't work. I have had better breakfasts at other Hilton hotels - why not in Biloxi? Also I enjoy a drink before retiring in the evening, but the bar was closed when we went for a drink at 9 pm. We had to walk up the street and get our drink in the unpleasant smoke smelling Hard Rock.

Everything was great except the pubic hair in the hot tub , and the pull out bed had dog hair a stained dog poop on it, front desk attendant brung us fresh linens…. That’s it

we were told that the hotel had trailer parking and that was not the case.

The place is in good condition and the lobby is impressive. The rooms are nice. Parking is free and the location of the hotel is fantastic, close to everything. The breakfast is not free, but is good and has a friendly staff. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend for 3 reasons: 1. The pool is unusable, cloudy, and very hot. If a pool is important to your stay, skip this place. 2. The hot water and water pressure in the place is temperamental. For us, we didn't have it the entirety of our stay. We asked about it several times during our stay and kept being told we weren't using the shower correctly--we hadn't turned the handle to the right place, whatever. We are adults who have showered most every day of our lives--we know how to use showers. 3. They don't clean the room or change the sheets unless you ask. I understand this policy, but after a couple days at the beach, our room needed cleaning and we asked for it that morning. They didn't clean it. So we went down to the lobby that evening to ask them about it and they didn't really do much to help except hand us sheets to make our own beds. Housekeeping was gone and they couldn't do it. They said we needed to give 24 hours notice for a room cleaning, but the sign in the bathroom of the room does not indicate that nor was I told that when I called and asked for it. Overall a nice hotel with staff that doesn't communicate well and is dismissive about issues. Compensation for these issues was free breakfast.

When we checked in they could not find us in their system. 30 minutes later, we get to our room that was supposed to have an ocean view, It was a view of a wall and hvac units and super bright lights. Facility would not change our room even though we paid for an ocean view because it was booked through hotels.com. The rooms carpet was sticky!! The door to the bathroom would not shut all the way, so no privacy at all. AND there were dead crickets on the floor. The pool was dirty with algae and trash. This was listed as a 4 star hotel and I will never stay at this location again!!

The location was conveniently located. The staff was courteous & helpful. It was late when we returned to our room & needed to heat our food but it was in aluminum. The staff was kind enough to grab us some plates. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was inadequate parking spaces. There was nowhere to park when we returned. Fortunately a person left after I waited a few minutes. Other than that would recommend

We were given a tag to put on dash of our car to not get towed but one night there were NO parking spots. This was during Crusin the Coast yearly event. That was a Wednesday night, wasn't even a busy time for CTC. Drove around the parking lot waiting for a spot to open for 1.5 hrs! So I decided to go talk to the Desk Clerk. What a joke! This person didn't care AT ALL! I asked her why I was given a tag to not get towed so where was the Tow Trucks to tow away the offenders and there were lots of offenders! She had no intentions of calling a Tow truck and didn't care were I parked my car! She said park off property. I said if I get towed is Hilton going to pay the bill? Surely not! So I ended up parking in a field under a tree. The car was still there the next morning, luckily. I told my wife to pack up and we were checking out and to hell with Hilton! Hilton ruined our yearly event, and we went home. I'll never stay there again!!!!!!! I am not finished with this yet. I am going to contact corporate Hilton and see about getting restitution for my crappy stay!

Great location along the gulf coast. Close to downtown; restaurants and casinos. Liked the security of having to use your room key to access rooms with the elevator. Rom was clean and very comfortable. The

The hotel was very clean, employees super friendly and walkable to casinos and restaurants. We had a pet and the fee was reasonable compared to others. Definitely stay again .

Everyone was very friendly, but professional. They had a breakfast buffet available. They will even whip up an omelet for you. The only thing I was unhappy about was the shower. water pressure was not good & tub would fill with water when taking a shower…

The property was close to several shopping and dining facilities. The staff were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The room was clean.

We traveled from Pensacola to Biloxi for just one night because we had tickets to see a blues band at Ground Zero Blues Club. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and walking distance to the club.

Nothing unique, average hotel. Area was nice, close to beach. Traffic very heavy 24 hours a day. Cleanliness inside property was average. We stayed 3 nights and never saw a cleaning crew or anyone from housekeeping. I called housekeeping to find out when they would be cleaning and was told not that day but the next. I requested towels but never showed up so I went to the front desk and retrieved them myself. Not a good experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

The ceramic tile in our room was very dirty. We left dirty foot prints on the bath mat after stepping onto the ceramic bathroom floor after a shower. Pet hair accumulated on our bare feet. Thermostat would not hold a setting. It always returned to 71 F. There is no channel guide for the tv. Other than the professional that checked us in; we could not find anthing that rose above average.

Nice stay. We had a water view suite that was very nice. Downside..TV cable was terrible, only got a handful of channels. The breakfast buffet was a little pricey for the options available. We would stay again but please fix the tv reception.

I paid for a room with a balcony and ocean view. This hotel does not have balconies and only the suites on the front corners of the building have ocean view. My room faced the neighboring hotel and their pool. The picture that you see on the website actually faces east and not south towards that ocean. Parking is somewhat limited.

We were supposed to have a suite with an ocean view but we did not! According to front desk records we did not pay for ocean view! So, disappointed!

Very nice large room, staff was nice.

It was clean and safe hotel. I slept well after a long day of driving! My only issue was I asked for a view of the water but instead got a view of a roof top with what looked like AC units. Not pleased!

Great location and the beds were very comfortable

I was disappointed that the WiFi bead not connecting to the internet. I did connect to the network so it’s not a password issue. I reported it to the front desk. He said they had trouble a day or two ago. Unfortunately it never worked. Probably a simple solution of rebooting the server.

Think walks could hear everything above us moving

Our stay had its ups and downs. We came in Thursday night and really just went to sleep. Friday and Saturday the TVs were out in the entire hotel. No TVs were working. Also the internet wasn’t working on their free WiFi. I went to the front to ask about the internet 3 times before they finally said to just login to a different network and gave me a password for it. We asked for our room to be serviced 4 times before it finally got serviced on Sunday (we left Monday morning). Just not great service here at all. Will stay at another location if I go back to Biloxi

The stay was amazing for the weekend. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Just walking distance from the hard rock casino! Will definitely stay there again

Had a brief stay with friends at this quiet, cozy property. While the atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable, our experience at the front desk was disappointing—Nancy was dismissive and made us feel unwelcome. Thankfully, the overnight staff member (we didn’t catch your name—thank you!) went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and truly turned things around for us.

Front desk person was fantastic! ... Clean hotel. Great stay. Will return.

Everything was very good. But at both check in and out, there was no staff number at the counter. I hard to walk to the office behind the counter and ask for someones help both times.

I paid $300 for incidental fee that I have not gotten a week later. Called that can not find where I stayed there. My stay I called for towels no one ever came had to use a big towel to bath with because I only had 2 towels as if I was limited to how many time I could take a bath. Not to mention when I called I was told I was only supposed to be charged $25 for incidentals so where did my money go ?

Check in was at 3pm but the room wasn't ready until 5PM. This was upsetting but the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Other than Check in time being delayed all else was great !!!

Only place that my mother could walk to, to eat was Waffle House. Hard to walk across the street to the beach (a very busy road)

The day before i stayed in Houston at the Hilton garden home 2 suites. They had free breakfast. My sight had surgery two days before to save her twins. We stayed in Houston tx Saturday and then on Sunday drive to biloxi, ms. The only reason i picked the location was bc the Houston location was so good and took really good care of us. The biloxi location was horrible. The room was smaller but cost the same as Houston. Breakfast was 12.95 and the lady at the desk told me that bc i went through expedia i couldn't get my honor points and i they would not look up my account. I will not stay at the biloxi location again.

Excellent hotel in a convenient location for Biloxi. We did not take the breakfast but it seemed adequate if rather basic.

Beautiful and well done. Security elevators. Very quiet and clean. SUPER staff! Breakfast was NOT included but available for $13.75 a person, but still the usual hotel breakfast buffet. Not worth the $.
