Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences, Genting Highlands

Clean room, good free parking, average food for breakfast but no bar. How can a hotel branded Swiss~Garden operate without a bar. One can drive up to the Genting complex quite easily.

Slow check in and check out process. Waited 30mins for check in and 30 mins for check out. Rooms are okay. Basic.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The hotel lacks proper customer service, and it is much older than what the photos on the booking website show. The front desk staff do not understand customer service at all and never smile. Nothing in the hotel reflects what was advertised online. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel not to waste their money. There are definitely better hotels around with better service, better staff, and a more comfortable stay.
