All of the staff were super friendly, and were always eager to assist. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfy. There were several restaurants available on the property, and they all served tasty food, including the breakfast buffet. The spa, pool, and gym were also lovely. It was an amazing experience to stay here,and I definitely would stay again.

Stayed for two nights, quite a new hotel, the room was good and clean and the gym was really well equipped with modern machines. Breakfast was good and dinner was nice although overpriced. We had a super nice waitress called Samana who was very happy and helpful.

A wonderful oasis after weeks of trekking and travel around Nepal. The staff across the board were probably the most friendly and accommodating I've found ANYWHERE. M Club was one of the better ones, particular the evening appetizers/treats/snacks.

We would like to give a special "shout-out" to Sandip, our server at Thamel Kitchen on 2 occasions during our stay - he was attentive, charismatic, friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty when he brought my jacket, which I inadvertently left in the restauratn, up to our room.

Special thanks to Anu at front reception who arranged a taxi to the airport for me and walked with me to ensure I got into the correct vehicle and costs confirmed. Nice touch!

The room is big enough for us: two queen size beds. Beds and pillows were good. The services from the front desk to the concierge were excellent and attentive. We dined in Tahini, Edomame and Thameel. All three offered very tasty food and excellent service

Romi and the hostess at Thamel Kitchen, and everyone were polite, attentive. Staff at check-in as well. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Both on-site restaurants were super delicious. This is by far one of my favorite stays at a Marriott and all of hotels.

Everything is wonderful. They even had a free shuttle to go to the airport. But the weirdest thing happened. The Hotel receptionist（a guy）called the shuttle driver en route. He said I didn't pay the hotel bill. The thing is I settled the restaurant 6 hours prior to my checking-out. The other receptionist all knew I've already paid for hotel via Expedia. But out of the blue, after I left for the airport, the guy was trying to double-charge me...

It was a very comfortable stay in Kathmandu for 4 nights. Except for the slight delay of the the airport transfer from the Kathmandu Airport to the hotel upon our arrival, everything else was perfect. The room was spacious and clean, and there were a lot of options in the breakfast buffet. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They constantly asked for feedback to ensure that all our needs were met. We also had the Signature Spa treatment at the hotel and it was worth every penny! Will be definitely staying again in the future!

This property excels in all phases of accommodation. But what sets it head a shoulders above others is the staff. Outstanding is an understatement. The team at Marriott Kathmandu is the best I have ever experienced. In all my years of travel I have not come across a more well managed group of professionals anywhere. In particular the restaurants - all of which were excellent, innovative and creative. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay. I will be back.

Excellent hotel but Indian and Chinese food way too spicy for my taste. Staff truly went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast our server Pravakar was extremely kind and was quick to know what we liked and didn’t like. We truly appreciated his kindness
