The gym was not as advertised. It did not “have everything I needed.” It was a small room with statiknaru bike and a treadmill. Continental breakfast was basic, frozen section fare. Overall would recommend it as a clean place to sleep. Nothing more.

The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean. A great place to come back and sleep after a day out exploring Coney Island, the beach, or other parts of Brooklyn. The one drawback: it's tucked away behind a lot of auto body shops on a dead-end street near a subway car lot. In the end, that wasn't a big drawback. We laughed about the fact that it felt like we were vacationing in a junkyard, and then enjoyed being really close to the beach and the amusement park. The hotel also has free parking, which is super rare anywhere in New York City.

There is ample free parking in their lot and the main road. Hotel is clean, friendly, everything you could want. It is not somewhere you would walk around though. Mainly in an industrial area with auto body shops and garages. If you don't mind that or have a car to get you to the area with stores and restaurants then you get a lot for your money staying at this place. I would go again as long as I have my car.

Staff was great, super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Staff honest, returned money we forgot in the safe. Only issue is the elevator. Too many guests and floors for the limited elevators. But otherwise great. Would go again.

The Best Western Brooklyn-Coney Island was an absolute pleasure. The entire building was clean and spotless, the staff were so kind and helpful, and the room and beds were perfect for getting a great night's sleep. The location in proximity to Coney Island and to loved ones nearby was perfect for us.

Great comfortable hotel in Brooklyn/Coney Island. Been looking for a clean, safe hotel to visit family. Very clean on the inside, very decent shape. Rooms are super small but comfortable. Breakfast was great. Parking can be a bit tough. Overall will stay again.

They offered continental breakfast which was decent. The staff was pleasant. The television had 3 channels. The rooms were small and compact. The nightly cost was too much for the area. Place is very basic, rooms are small but clean. Room key was not working, they couldn’t figure it out, we had to have the person at the desk coming upstairs every time we needed to get in. No cot. I wouldn’t pay 210$, especially the rooms are tiny and very basic like sleeping in my grandma’s guess room. Overall experience 1 to 10 = 5.1

My stay was mostly okay. The twin queen bed suite was a bit smaller than I’m used to, but that didn’t bother me too much. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no microwave. Breakfast was okay, but the French toast was stale and the sausage was cheap from the dollar store. It was exactly what you’d expect for the price, though. *There was some construction noise throughout the night, and I think the walls might be a bit thin too. This is a pretty heavy construction zone, so it’s not surprising.

The customer service was horrible they tried to use their own rules to cancel your reservation and not accommodating to what the website states. When I picked pay at the property that’s what I expected. I used Expedia all the time and NEVER had a issue like this before BROOKLYN the one time I decide to go to Brooklyn and they try to get slick MYTA

Our stay at this Best Western Brooklyn-Coney Island was terrific, however the TVs were not working due to technical difficulties throughout the hotel. The staff did come up and tried to accommodate by placing a new TV. The staff was so polite and great customer service. We are planning to return next month!

Passing thru NYC and we had not been to Coney Island before. The location is close to most things in Coney Island and it was easy to get to, but the surroundings are a bit strange/industrial. The staff were friendly and the comfort and cleanliness was nice. I would stay here again, only knock maybe be parking it was on the street and a small side lot - we came in late and were fortunate to get a spot right in front of the building. I would imagine if this was peak travel season the parking could get dicey. But it’s NYC who needs a car anyway?

Great option if you need to be in the area. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself. Unfortunately for the price, the area does not match. A decently long walk to the boardwalk and not in the safest area. Should be priced better for what it is.

The gym was not as advertised. It did not “have everything I needed.” It was a small room with statiknaru bike and a treadmill. Continental breakfast was basic, frozen section fare. Overall would recommend it as a clean place to sleep. Nothing more.

it was hard to find but the hotel itself was nice clean.staff was nice and helpful.We came for the breakfast at 10Am and most of the food was gone

Wonderful stay with wonderful staff. The hotel was nice and clean, with very attentive staff throughout our stay. Our breakfast was included in our package, although it was quite basic, we enjoyed the variety there.

When i walked in there was no one at the front desk, had to wait 20 minutes before someone finally came to check us in, I frequently come to this hotel and every time we stay breakfast is alway cold

Nice, clean place to stay while visiting my daughter who lives nearby. Desk staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast offered a variety of choices. Coffee was so so. Really appreciated their welcoming hospitality. Bike friendly.

This was our second time staying here and it’s still an OK place to stay to be close to Coney Island. However parking can be difficult. This time we actually had to come with a 10 foot UHaul moving truck to move my daughter to an apartment complex here in Coney Island. When we arrived it was a challenge to find a parking spot. We asked the man at the front desk if any employees might be parked in the lot and wondered if they might be able to make room for our truck and the man said No that none of their employees park there. However their maintenance man that happened to be sitting in the lobby must have been getting ready to leave for the day as he went out in the parking lot and he had been parked in one of the handicapped spots. So as soon as he left we were able to park our truck in the handicapped spot as I have a handicapped placard. Other than the minor issue with the parking the stay was good. The free breakfast is good and has a lot of items available and the room was clean.
