I loved this place. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, couldn’t ask for a better stay. Loved the fire pit and the bbq grills that were provided for guests. It made for a nice relaxing evening.

The hotel was great, the room well appointed, great bathroom and kitchen, comfy beds. My one complaint and it turned into a real downer as we checked out was that in a 5 story hotel with so many nice amenities, they only had 2, yes 2, baggage carts. We went down for breakfast at 7am, check out was at 11. There were no carts. We asked if one could be held for us and we would come down and get it. The front desk said they would bring it up once one became available. We checked all floors on our way down to breakfast and on our way back up then over the next 3 hours until we checked out we made the rounds 3 more times. Apparently people were just hoarding the only TWO carts available in the entire hotel and for good reason. No carts ever became available in those 3 hours. We had 3 cats with us and all their stuff as well as our suitcases, coats, etc. it took us 6 trips up to the 5th floor to get all our things down to the lobby. No one offered to help and it turned a really nice hotel stay into a royal pain. I would suggest at least 6 - 10 carts for a hotel that size or a front desk staff that stops guests in the am and asks what room they are in and reminds them that they can’t just keep the carts in Their rooms until they check out at 11. We weren’t the only guests grumbling about this. The manager was also sitting in her office instead of coming out to offer apologies or help. Ruined a great stay.

Great hotel! Staff was very friendly and professional. Top quality bed, linens and mattress. We are traveling cross country so it was a welcome and restfully stay. Yep.Nice facility with great gym , pool, outdoor space with fireplace, and a great area for OKwalking dog/dog park. We would definitely stay here again. No. Really nice.

Easy check in process. Lobby is nice. Room we had was fine, but the sheets smelled musty and unclean. The breakfast stinks. Pre-packaged egg quiche is disgusting! Same with packaged sauasages. Drury inn holiday inn express, fairfield inn all offer a much better breakfast service. Make this correction, and youre at least up on their level.

The location of this facility was next to one of my favorite breakfast spots, First Watch. We were within a mile or less from friends, family, dinning, and shopping. We did have to purchase air freshers for the unpleasant odor of food which saturated the curtains and furniture in the room. Over all the staff was great in accommodating our needs and customer service.

We found our new home away from home! We will be staying at this property anytime we visit family in the area … the staff was great, especially Evan at the front desk! Very friendly and super helpful ! Room was spacious with a kitchenette… great restaurants in the area and close to the highway. Highly recommend it!

Great layout for the hallways and rooms! The room had a kitchen with everything needed. There was also plenty of space in our room with a wonderful bathroom that included an anti-fog mirror and a great closet in the bathroom. The breakfast was wonderful and included little quiches and pre-packaged warm breakfast sandwiches. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

I reserved a king size studio 6 weeks ahead of time. They put me in a queen size suite. I called to have them fix and they said they gave my room away since they figured upgrading me to more sq ft would be better for me since I was staying a week. I told them it was a downgrade as my husband and I are both big and tall. They offered to move me to the correct room the next day, but the next began a slog of 14 hour days so I didn’t have time to move. They said they were not willing to take a king from other reservations that hadn’t checked in yet, and I had to deal with it. I asked fir a discount to at least do something and they only offered a $20 credit for the first night. We both slept horribly. On top of it we clearly requested no room cleaning and the first day we were gone, they came in and rearranged all our stuff. We take everything down to our own pillows and coffee maker as we are seasoned travelers. It was not feasible to switch rooms at 11pm and it was terrible to feel our privacy was invaded. The attitude of the manager was terrible. Never stay here.

Had a great stay until 5am when the people above us started having their morning fun. The builders definitely went cheap on the insulation, after 2 of listening to the moaning and screaming we packed up and left. Pool was awesome and hotel was clean ill give it that.

I asked fir a discount to at least do something and they only offered a $20 credit for the first night. We both slept horribly. On top of it we clearly requested no room cleaning and the first day we were gone, they came in and rearranged all our stuff. We take everything down to our own pillows and coffee maker as we are seasoned travelers. It was not feasible to switch rooms at 11pm and it was terrible to feel our privacy was invaded. The attitude of the manager was terrible. Never stay here.

The property was nice, clean, and seemed relatively new. There was access to various places to eat. The bad part my family and I experienced was that our room was not ready upon arrival, which was booked weeks in advance. So after a long day on flights (beginning at 4am) we had no choice but to sit in the lobby and wait\sleep almost 1&1/2 hrs till our room was ready. Then the room was too small for our party of 3 people. The manager present(Allyson I think) showed no sense of urgency to get us into a room, she actually left the property while we were in the lobby resting and waiting on our room. Athhough the night staff (Clay & Dominique) were absolutely awesome. They actually worked diligently at getting us into a room. Overall the experience was not good at all, but Clay & Dominique didall they could with the limited staff and resources available.

Great hotel! Staff was very friendly and professional. Top quality bed, linens and mattress. We are traveling cross country so it was a welcome and restfully stay. Yep.Nice facility with great gym , pool, outdoor space with fireplace, and a great area for OKwalking dog/dog park. We would definitely stay here again. No. Really nice.

We found our new home away from home! We will be staying at this property anytime we visit family in the area … the staff was great, especially Evan at the front desk! Very friendly and super helpful ! Room was spacious with a kitchenette… great restaurants in the area and close to the highway. Highly recommend it!

The location of this facility was next to one of my favorite breakfast spots, First Watch. We were within a mile or less from friends, family, dinning, and shopping. We did have to purchase air freshers for the unpleasant odor of food which saturated the curtains and furniture in the room. Over all the staff was great in accommodating our needs and customer service.

We left a coat in the room, but when i called them, 3 times because they said they'd call me back but never did, they couldn't find it. How could they not find it, it was in the closet. I'm sure the cleaning staff took it. That doesn't say much about their employees. We asked for an extra luggage holder, but the desk employee didn’t know what that was or where to look for one. The room was okay and the location was great for what we needed. Close to shopping and restaurants. We are from Oregon, so the highlight was eating at Cracker Barrel, lol.

Easy check in process. Lobby is nice. Room we had was fine, but the sheets smelled musty and unclean. The breakfast stinks. Pre-packaged egg quiche is disgusting! Same with packaged sauasages. Drury inn holiday inn express, fairfield inn all offer a much better breakfast service. Make this correction, and youre at least up on their level.

Great layout for the hallways and rooms! The room had a kitchen with everything needed. There was also plenty of space in our room with a wonderful bathroom that included an anti-fog mirror and a great closet in the bathroom. The breakfast was wonderful and included little quiches and pre-packaged warm breakfast sandwiches. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent, putting my family in close proximity to shopping, dining and recreational activities. We were greeted warmly upon arrival, and the complimentary fruit infused water was a delight. The lobby area was inviting, and I loved the weather board and map of the town. My children enjoyed the pool every day of our stay, but on the last day, it looked dirty and there was trash through the space, so we cut our time short. The rooms were very spacious as was the bathroom. We were able to control the temperature with ease, making it comfortable for us. There were plenty of outlets to charge our electronics. We took advantage of the kitchenette, and found everything we needed. The stove light was out, and I notified the front desk. It was replaced the same evening. My area of concern was the bathroom. There were strands of hair in and around the tub and toilet. And the body wash was empty, and if the tub was cleaned, I’d like to think that detail would not have been missed. I was equipped with supplies to clean it myself thankfully. Breakfast was quite delicious, and the options varied from one day to the next. The cheese omelet was my favorite by far. The beverage bar with hot coffee and tea was a welcome treat, too. I traveled without my work or personal laptop, so when I received a request to send an email to all employees for work, I was able to use the lobby computer. Overall, this was a great hotel. It would be our first choice on future visits to the area.
