Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Houston NASA - Boardwalk Area by IHG

Great, would definitely book again. Would like extra attention to the cleanliness of the showers. Other that that enjoyed the stay.

They have a WOKE NEWVO stupid idea and took the coffee maker out of the room replaced with a card that says SIP SUSTAINABILITY and in an effort to save the planet from plasict cups we have coffee in the lobby! FIRST THING I want a cup of coffee and DO NOT WANT TO GET DRESSED TO GO GET IT! So I di and went down and USED 6 cups to bring coffee to my room to avoid going up and down -- seems they missed the point, besides irritating a guest who has over 20 room nights in THAT property -- NO MORE! To make matters worse as I checked out and complained the Desk Clerk 'graciously informed me that I could have requested a KURIEG at check in -- HOW WOULD I KNOW as it would have been more helpfu to have been told then! Besides I had been at meetings all day and then drove 3 hours checking in at 7P with luggage etc -- yeah I want to then carry a KURIEG (which is terrible coffe anyway). I had a 7:30 dinner meeting so really just dropped my stuff in the room and left -- NO TIME TO HAVE SET UP MY OWN COFFEE MAKER. Came back at 9:30 exhausted and went to bed -- never thought to check on the pot that has been there at every other visit. As the Desk clerk pointed out if I had read the card I could have had it brought up! YOU CANNOT FIX STUPID! I will EXPRESS(ly) NEVER stay in a HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS AGAIN. Maybe managment should listen to their own commercials and stay there to GET SMART!! I do not write reviews!

Everything was good from start to finish from the staff until we got to the room we went to the pool. We did the fitness room like and the breakfast. Everything was good. We are definitely coming back.

Breakfast was delicious and the beds were so comfortable Our stay was very pleasant and I will return Thank you

Was very clean when I walked in I could not believe how amazing it smelled!
