Great room, however I booked at this hotel for the indoor pool and it was closed my entire stay. Very disappointed especially since this was during the holiday season when fully booked.

The hotel was really clean. The rooms were nice and spacious. The amenities were great. With one of the nicest hotel gyms i have seen. The breakfast disappointing however.

We stayed here last week and though the front desk staff was different, she recognized our name. We will continue to use this hotel as our midway point for our Florida vacations. We used the pool this time and it was smaller than I thought the pictures looked and the water was dirty but it didnt stop us from using it

Convenient location, daily breakfast with GREAT coffee. A Swimming pool and fitness center were avaliable. Outdoor sitting area was a nice touch. Walking distance to a shopping center across the street, although you will have to walk briskly as you will be crossing a highway. Friendly staff who took care of all your needs. Would definitely consider this location again.

The breakfast options were limited, fruits were old and dried. Spacious studio rooms, we did find three little roaches and our toilet was wobbly. Loved the kitchen sink and microwave, gave it an extra home feeling. Indoor pool was very small. Laundry washer and dryer were reasonably priced $2 per load.

The room was very nice and spacious for my handicap mother. The staff was very friendly. The hotel offered a nice breakfast selection. The only complaint I have was the pool area. It was disgusting. There was hair everywhere, the chlorine was so high if gave me a headache. The water was cloudy. It was nasty to the point I wouldnt get in. The outdoor grilling area was very nice.

Breakfast and cleanliness of facilities was good. However, the windows do not open leaving the rooms and facility stuffy. If you are allergic to pet dander do not book here as they accept pets into all the rooms. My stay was hell due to my allergies being activated because there’s no ventilation. The bedding was the worst, two thin sheets and a slippery duvet cover was subpar at best. The worst of all was Christmas Day, we were left with no clean linen or towels and our garbage was not emptied which meant we came back to a terrible smell in the room. Now I wouldn’t be upset about this other than the fact that we were informed that those two things would be taken care of by housekeeping on Christmas Day .

Property is on a main road, the traffic noise was unbearable day and night. I did not get any good sleep. Check-in clerk did bare minimum, never explained anything, where and when is breakfast, where the elevators are etc., not helpful at all. Microwave in room was dirty from previous guest. Beds very uncomfortable. Not even lotion was provided. Breakfast was another disappointment. Went at 8:35 am, no eggs, no staff to ask anything, no staff at front desk, phone ringing endlessly, guests waiting at front desk with nobody to help. Check in was easy, they didn’t even require id or credit card. The room smelled very musty, it was an overwhelming odor. The shower never got warm. That was very disappointing. The pool was cloudy. Stains all over the carpet.

Best use of space. Large room with kitchenette. Full size fridge. A sitting area with a pullout couch. Space to place your luggage. Desk and drawer space plus a king size bed and a large tv. Love this Home 2 by Hilton. Will book again when traving.

Initially Hotels.com didn’t do something on their end and had a problem with checking in, but luckily, the general manager Barbara, or Bobbi, who worked the desk was such an amazing help with sorting everything out. I cannot stress how very professional and very helpful she was and I had an amazing stay at the hotel I booked for the night! Highly recommend booking there if you’re ever in the area!

We won't be coming back to this hotel. We asked to clean the room several times and it was not done ( and they asked for a clean 24 hour in advance and I even reminded them about it). When we arrived the soap was open and used and in general it didn't feel clean. Staff was not very welcoming. We were a family of 4 and they only put 2 body towels, so we were always asking them to give more towels.

We won't be coming back to this hotel. We asked to clean the room several times and it was not done ( and they asked for a clean 24 hour in advance and I even reminded them about it). Started off shaky with room not ready due to being short staffed 45 mins after check in time . So I gave an additional 1 hour to clean the room. When I arrived back the room was ready. However,I had to wait around another 45 minutes even though I booked and prepaid via Expedia. The hotel initially didn't show prepaid on their end which took phone calls and waiting for Expedia. The guy at the front desk was kind and was putting out fires by himself as I wasn't the only person this happened to. He did his best without management on site checking in multiple families and troubleshooting. He also made a special accommodation to ease my anxiety because I honestly wasn't sure if the issue was resolved until manager reviewed. I received that confirmation 2 days later at check out. I didn't let this spoil my trip. The room was very clean and I love the shopping area across from it. My boys loved the breakfast! I will be back there again as I understand sometimes everything isn't perfect especially when short staffed which was the main issue. My boys who are very picky were happy and that's all that matters!

The hotel was superb. Clean inside and out. Great service, nice spacious rooms for 2 people. LOVED the full fridge and the space to prep things. The food choices for breakfast were very good and the area was nice and clean. This hotel is in a GREAT location, and the surrounding area is very nice and safe.

Easy access to highway and the location ! Outside was somewhat noisy from the car wash place ( vacuum machine ) but it was safe and the shop was great as well Wish they could improve the breakfast somewhat

Convenient location, daily breakfast with GREAT coffee. A Swimming pool and fitness center were avaliable. Outdoor sitting area was a nice touch. Walking distance to a shopping center across the street, although you will have to walk briskly as you will be crossing a highway. Friendly staff who took care of all your needs. Would definitely consider this location again.

I like how the hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our kids enjoyed the pool and there was a wide variety of breakfast options, although the bananas were overly ripe. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious and pretty clean. Overall, we had a great experience.

The breakfast options were limited, fruits were old and dried. Spacious studio rooms, we did find three little roaches and our toilet was wobbly. Loved the kitchen sink and microwave, gave it an extra home feeling. Indoor pool was very small. Laundry washer and dryer were reasonably priced $2 per load.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My first night was a doozy, I had to switch rooms due to a bug being in the room. I came to the front desk and asked for a room change and they made it happen. The next room also had a bug but I decided to rid it myself due to tiredness. The night before I was to check out I requested a late check out, was told that it had been updated in the system. Unfortunately, it wasn’t, room service knocked and then tried to access the room while I was still there.
